My Favourite Season

How is everything? I’m glad to tell you something about my favourite season——spring.

Spring comes to Canada in March. The weather is warm and sunny. People feel comfortable. But sometimes the temperature can be as low as -15℃ and it even snows. We won’t see flowers until May or June! In this season, we can play “snow” soccer. On weekends, we can also have a field trip to the countryside and make syrup. There are plenty of fun activities in spring.

I am looking forward to the coming of spring. It’s a season full of hope.

Summer老师上课有时也会“开火车”。当我们前进到“America”(美国)的地盘上时，我们发现美国的版图不像中国是一大块集中在一起，而是有许多小块分布在各个地方，“这到底是怎么回事呢？”“为什么美国的版图上会东一块西一块的呢？”“这真是太奇怪了！”我们在下面窃窃私语，老师为了解答我们的疑惑，开始扯起了美国的地理，然后又扯起了美国的历史、文化，直到她下意识地看了看墙上的时钟，才发现“火车”开得太远了，可她还好像讲得意犹未尽，我们也听得意犹未尽。就这样，在玩玩闹闹中，我们就学会了很多的单词，收获了一些有趣的小知识，最重要的是我们始终努力着并快乐着。

北方的习俗和南方不太一样。 南方吃的是年 夜

饭，晚上吃;北方吃的是团圆饭，中午吃，晚上吃饺子。我们的团圆饭吃的特别丰盛蔬菜水果肉类全都有。有红烧排骨、红烧鲅鱼、小鸡炖蘑菇、皮冻、拌白菜、炒蒜薹、桃子罐头……嗯，想想都流口水。这些菜都是爸爸和姥姥做的，有一股浓浓的家的味道。其中，我觉得红烧排骨特别好吃，浓浓的香味，还外酥里嫩。我们吃的特别开心。

晚上就吃饺子了，饺子是姥姥和姥爷亲手包的。白菜猪肉馅。姥姥负责拌馅，包饺子;姥爷负责和面，擀皮。攥出来的小饺子圆乎乎的，胖嘟嘟的，可爱极了。不一会儿，饺子就煮熟了。一个个热腾腾的饺子像小娃娃一样挤在了盘子里。咬上一口，鲜香四溢，美味极了!吃完饺子，我们还吃了年糕，有桂花味和红糖味的，甜甜的、粘粘的，也很好吃。

还有一项重要的活动——放鞭炮。爸爸先放一包小鞭，那声音，好响啊!然后我和朋友下楼放各种娱乐鞭炮。看它喷出的闪亮的火花，好漂亮呀!

那是一个晴朗的天，蓝蓝的天上只飘着几片薄薄的云，太阳照得到处都是暖洋洋的，不时刮过一股小风，给人们又添加了几分清凉。在这么好的天气当然也会有好的心情，但是，我那愉悦的心情并不只是因为天气好，还因为今天是农历五月初五，端午节。在这个节日里，人们一大早就准备好端午节必备的东西——粽子。在城市里，人们一般都是在外面买，但是，这次我回了老家，老家就不一样了，家里的老人很早就准备好了包粽子的材料：粽叶，绳子，糯米。一切准备就绪后，大家就开始包粽子了。

首先拿起一片粽叶，把其中一头卷成一个漏斗状，往里面放一些糯米，然后在向一个方向包粽叶，把最后一点小尖包进粽叶里，最后用绳子包一下，一个胖鼓鼓但有棱有角的粽子就做好了。看到这里，我手也开始痒痒了，迫不及待地拿起一片粽叶就开始包起来。我一步步仔细地做着，学的有模有样的。只差最后一步了，我拿起一根绳子把粽子绑了起来。终于大功告成了，看着我的作品，心里美滋滋的，情不自禁地笑了起来。随着时间的推移，大家包得粽子越来越多，最后就差把粽子煮熟了。

大家都跑进厨房，因为粽子下锅了，一股浓浓的棕香味飘在空气中。我们几个小孩子口水都要流出来了，还不等粽子煮熟出锅，我们就在锅边围成了一个圈。过了一会儿，粽子要出锅了，大人们要我们往后退了几步，因为要开始拿粽子了。一揭开锅盖，锅里热气直冒。一股股白气升到空中，一会儿就消失不见了。但最吸引我的还是那股粽香，浓浓棕香直往我鼻子里钻，让我更加迫不及待。等着等着，终于等到了。

桌子上有四五个碗里都装着粽子，那一个个粽子真是诱人啊!胖鼓鼓的，还散发着浓浓的香味。还有几碗小菜放在旁边，都很爽口。大家都围着这个大圆桌，有的站着，有的坐着。看着人都齐了，就开动了。我手疾眼快挑了一个大粽子递给奶奶，因为这些粽子大部分是奶奶包的。然后递给爷爷、姨奶奶、舅爷爷……最后我才拿起一个粽子。我先解开绳子，在慢慢的剥开粽叶，对着那香喷喷的、软软的粽子咬了一口，嗯!真的好好吃啊!那浓浓的粽香一直留在我的唇齿之中，难以忘怀。最后在一片欢声笑语中，结束了这次午餐。
