4.这次英语考试成绩基本可以，但有两极分化的趋向，在英语教学中面对全体学生关注每一个学生的成长尤其是后进生是预防两极分化的重要途径，还可以成立“一帮一”小组帮助后进生在尽可能短的时间内提高英语成绩。

在今后的教学中应注意开阔学生视野，多渠道、大容量地给学生提供具有时代感的英语信息，加强语言运用能力的培养，少讲解，多给学生实际运用语言的机会，在用中学英语。
