My hometown Dalang is a famous “BasketballTown”. Everybody likes playing basketball here. I love playing basketball, too. It’s my favorite sport.

Every morning I go to play it in our school gym. My P.E teacher told me that playing basketball would make me tall and strong. Because I play basketball well. Now I am a member of our school basketball team. I play harder than before. My P.E teacher teaches me how to play it better. I made progress. I have my own way to play it. With the coming of national day, I have a one week holiday. I really expect

to it, because it want to have a short trip during these days. I will travel to

Jiuzhai Valley with my parents for three days. I have heard that the scenery of

Jiuzhai Valley is very beautiful in autumn that it’s the best time to travel

there. Autumn is my most favorite season so I want to enjoy the beauty of such a

wonderful place. I do some preparations for this trip. For example, I search the

Internet to see the travel raiders and I have known where the most attracting

place is and where to live in. I am sure it will be a wonderful journey. There

are only several days for the coming trip, but I have been too excited to

wait.

Chinese spring festival

The spring festival is Chinese most traditional festival every 365 days。 Each Chinese pay much attention on it。 Every year about 15 days before spring festival， the migrate works and white-collars are beginning crowded home-returning。

But， in recent years， with the development of the world， many different attitudes between the young and the old towards the spring festival come forth。 The old are still pay more attention to the spring festival， but the young gradually change the mode to spend their spring festival holiday， such as travel overseas。

When I am a childhood， I celebrated the spring festival with my family about a month in my winter vacation in traditional way， such as helping cleaning our houses， putting red couplets on gates， setting off firecrackers， and wear new clothes。 Now， I spend only 4 or 5 days at home with my parents in celebrating the spring festival， then I will hurry back to work。 Maybe in the near future， I will have no time celebrating spring festival hometown， and my parents have to come to stay with us in the city。

Whether or no， I like the spring festival。 It is one of the most important part of our Chinese culture。 However busy I am， I will try my best to celebrating it with the traditional way to protect those our ancestor has leave behind。

Now, our side of the car constant more up, the environment also increasingly worse! That the air around us there are many harmful substances. Therefore, we want to Sue around things start to do. There are many kinds of sports that I enjoy, such as swimming, running, and dancing. However, the sport that I like most is basketball. When I was in junior high, I started to play basketball in school. At that time, I found I had loved deeply this sport. Now, I would like to watch basketball games as much as I can. Today was Saturday, early in the morning, I woke up and stayed at home the

My Favorite Festival

There are many festivals in a year, I love Children’s day, because on that day, I can have many candies from school. In the school, i will play many games, there will be no class on Children’s day, everybody will have fun. Children’s day is my favorite day, the day belongs to me. I enjoy that day so much. My parents will also celebrate it for me.

Though PE class is a part of children’s education, many teenagers didn’t

form the habit of doing exercise, they don’t have interest in sports. Enthusiasm

for sports is of great importance, young people should treat it as their

integral part of education.

On the one hand, promoting enthusiasm for sports among teenagers helps them

keep a healthy lifestyle. In the school, students are forced to take exercise in

the PE class, they need to join certain activities. In this way, students live

in a healthy lifestyle, they won’t get sick easily. But after they leaving
