大家提出的意见建议中，大多都认为如果不是集体办卡，就比较麻烦，有些人只有临时居住证，无法办理自行车租赁卡，大多人认为不用办卡就会方便许多，我认为例如交押金，当财产，或是更为直截了当的方法比较好。

对于如何解决自行车损坏问题中，大多人都认为免费租赁是不可能控制自行车损坏的问题的，有人认为，需要提高公民素质，提高租赁自行车的人的素质，要租赁自行车的人自觉遵守规矩，爱惜自行车，他给你带来了便利，你应该爱惜它，但我认为这个方法是不可行的，人们的自觉性不高，所以这个方法基本不可行。

还有的人认为，在租赁站中，应该设置一个管理人员，加强管理，从而根本的改变自行车损坏的问题，而这个方法确实不错，可是成都那么多的自行车租赁站点耗费的人力物力财力巨大，这个方法也是不大行得通的。还有的人认为让那里的实行人多加修复自行车使自行车常新，这个方法从浅层想是决不可行的，这就不用讨论了。

在这其中还有大多的人认为要对这个自行车租赁加以处罚的方法，让骑车人赔偿自行车损坏的维修费或是像租其它东西一样，先交上押金，按损坏程度来扣取押金中的钱，或是将租赁人的各种信息注入租赁卡中，车损坏后或未归还可以找到当事人来进行处理，这一种方法比上述的所有办法都要好，都要可行得多，可以一下达到立竿见影的效果，虽然见到了效果，可还是失去了这个方法的初衷，丧失了自行车租赁是为了让大家了解低碳、环保的本质。

综上所述，自行车的租赁不仅仅是为了方便众人，而是为了教育大家，咱们的地球正在陷入危机，而今眼目下最好的办法就是低碳生活，少开汽车，少开空调，减少二氧化碳与甲烷的排放，保护地球。

总之，自行车租赁必定是有利有弊，要保护好租赁的自行车，要靠大家的努力。提高公民素质，共建共享美丽蓉城！！！

My favorite Sports is basketball. It looks so cool in TV that I was crazy about those basketball stars ever since I was little.

Basketball requires speed, height and skills. I run, jump, switch, and try to hit! All parts of my body are exercised in this sport. I feel that I’m like wind flying in the playground for my goal, which makes me feel so GREat!

Basketball needs quick reaction and decision. When chance comes, it may disappear in the next second. I should keep an eye watching as an eagle, decide and judge quickly as a leopard, and run for it as a wolf.

现在我的出行方式只有骑车和步行。每当我和家长或朋友一起出去玩儿时，都会骑共享单车。当碰到坏掉的车子时，大家都选择保修，然后再去找其他的车。我问他们为什么会想这么做，他们的回答和我所想的一样：“因为坏了就要修，放在这里不修万一被其他人骑到了怎么办？那不是给别人添麻烦，还让别人花不必要的钱吗？”我又问他们：“那你们自己的移动网络不是钱吗？你大可不必花这冤枉钱啊？”他们给我的回答是：我们报修了，若是有人看到被报修的车辆，也一定会在下一次看到损坏的车时及时上报，为他人找想。这种理念会传开来，让更多人学会为他人着想。若是如此，花再多的冤枉钱也不冤枉。呵，共享单车又在人群中播下了一个善良的种子，不是吗？为他人着想，可真不错！

任何事物都有它的利处和弊处，共享单车的好处比坏处多，功大于过，而且它还带动了全世界一起保护地球，保护家园，简直是功不可没啊！如此看来，就让我们好好享受共享单车给我们带来的好处吧！让更多的人使用共享单车吧！

在这个共享时代，越来越多的共享资源切入社会。当然，共享资源有许多好处，也有不少害处，就如最近很火热的共享单车一样。

共享单车的发起人本是想让市民们随时随地都有单车骑，可以方便出行，又减少了汽车尾气的排放，绿色环保，拉近了人与人之间的距离。这本是一个十分出色的想法。但是随着共享单车品牌的增多，加之管理不当，众多负面的影响也开始暴露出来。

有人不爱护共享车辆，随意破坏车辆。现在随处可见的OFO小黄车就是被破坏最严重的。我曾经看到被人为损坏的车辆堆积如山，当时的心情既愤怒又无奈。另外，把共享资源占为己有，在社会上也是屡见不鲜。大家都知道，小区里因为没有人管理共享单车，所以都不允许共享单车进入。可是还是有不少人将共享单车偷偷骑入小区，停在自家的门口，并且用自己的锁锁上。一但这样做的人多了，就会使有需要用共享单车的人找不到可以使用的车辆。OFO小黄车由于其管理技术的原因，每一辆共享单车都只有一个固定的密码，有的人就将密码记下来，一直骑那辆车，就可以将单车占为己有了。还有，在商场门口，共享单车十分密集，并且随意停放，有的甚至停到了马路上，占用了盲道。这样不仅会影响城市市容，还容易发生交通事故，很危险。

至于为什么会这样，原因其实很简单，就是因为人的自私，贪图金钱。人们为什么要将其占为己有，就是为了方便自己，能随时都有免费的单车骑；为什么有人记下密码，其实不就是为了少付一两块钱吗？

所以，我建议：只留下目前的几个品牌的共享单车，避免恶性竞争，也让破坏少一点；政府赞助一些费用，让共享单车尽量免费，这样也就不会有那么多人想方设法地去破解密码了。金钱，果真还是人与人之间的一面墙啊！
