考研的孩儿们也就不到两个月的拉锯战了，抛却一切杂念，按照自己的计划，注意劳逸结合，保持旺盛的精神坚持到最后就是胜利考完研后，建议大家：一边完善自己的求职简历，一边迅速联系论文指导老师做好毕业论文，也为即将到来的考研复试做好添砖加瓦的工作，学院将和你们一起努力为你们的复试、调剂成功助一臂之力！

此时最让我牵挂的是我们不考研的同学们。同学们的步调非常的不一致，这也很正常。现在已有不少同学已经拿到了好几个月的薪水了，也找到了自己称心如意的工作；还有不少同学有了自己明确的工作意向，也正在积极的准备之中......在和同学们的交流沟通的时候，也还有一些值得我们需要改进的地方：有些同学不清楚自己的第一份工作应该做什么，不知所从；或整天还在延续往日的生活习惯，畅游网游的“乐趣”；或习惯学院的安排，被动的等待中……种种这些，都不怪谁，我们有问题存在并不可怕，但放任这种问题就是我们工作的失职。道理大家都懂，我不赘述。最终目标：就是希望每位同学找到一份适合自己的工作！为达此目标，建议略举一二，仅供你们参考：

一、通过多途径了解自己的所需，明确就业岗位和就业地域是首选；

二、有针对性地做好自己的求职简历，提高自己的求职成功率；

三、尽量多的让自己实战演练，进一步了解自己。

我们所在的学院应该是天时地利人和，岳阳的化工企业众多，社会需求也很大，近段时间以来，来学校招聘的单位、向学院咨询的单位也日渐增多，学校即将召开每年一度的供需见面会日已临近，到时会有大量的招聘岗位在等待大家，请同学们随时关注学院的就业专栏提供的就业需求信息，做好应聘的准备。

You may feel that college life is boring. We dont know how to deal with the plenty of spare time. But I think the college life will become wonderful as long as you make it meaningful.

In your spare time, you could play basketball, football and so on. Doing sports is very interesting and good for your health.

In fact, you can do anything which you are interested in.Do not be nervous.We are friends.

Studying in college is a brand new start of our life.You can continue to study hard for the better scords. Libary is a good place for students to study in. If you want to show your talents and skills you can join in all kinds of activities.

事实上，你可以做任何你喜欢做的事情。不要紧张，我们是朋友。

在大学里的学习是我们生活的新起点，为了好成绩你可以继续努力学习。图书馆是个学生学习的好地方，如果你想展示你的天赋和才能，你可以参加各种各样的活动。

老师，是一缕阳光，温暖着我们幼小的心灵；老师，是一盏指明灯，指引着我们走向光明；老师是……五年来，我有过许多的老师了，但我最喜欢的还是王老师。

王老师是我刚上幼儿园中班时的英语老师。她中等个，披着黑黑的长发，有双又大又黑的眼睛，总是微笑着给我们上课。

王老师很有创意。上课前，她会在黑板上画一条大鱼，张开大嘴，然后在大鱼嘴巴前，排放着两块带着磁铁和颜色的鱼饵。“这是干什么？”同学们都在下面小声议论着。“同学们，我们把全班同学分为两组，男生一组，女生一组，蓝色代表男生队，粉红色代表女生队，下面我们来做一个游戏。”一听说要做游戏，我们可高兴了，个个好奇地望着王老师。“游戏是这样的，男生队和女生队来比赛，只要男生队中有一个人上课不认真，我们就把蓝色鱼饵向大鱼的嘴巴移动一步，同样的，只要女生队中有一个不认真的同学，我们也把粉红色鱼饵向大鱼嘴巴移动一步，到时候看哪一队先被大鱼吃掉。”王老师接着说。就这样，我们全班同学上课都很认真了。

王老师还很幽默。上课的时候，要是有小朋友没有坐好，就会被惩罚。惩罚什么呢？当然是扭屁股啦。为什么要表演扭屁股呢？理由是我们班的同学都是属猴的，王老师说我们的屁股都是红红的。我们很好奇，所以她要罚没坐好的同学把屁股举得高高，让全班同学来看看他的屁股是不是红红的。

王老师上课既有创意，又很幽默。也很关心、爱护我们。她宛如一棵大树，我们春天倚着她的幻想，夏天倚着她的繁茂，秋天倚着她的成熟，冬天倚着她的沉思。

王老师，您我最喜欢老师。我永远爱您！

Nowadays, in some big cities, the government has built the college town. I have been to visit many college towns, I was so impressed by the beautiful environment. College town is the trend, because it has many good sides.

When I went to visit the college town in Guangzhou, I was impressed by the clean and quiet environment. In some schools, many commercial shops have moved into the campus, which distract the students from study. But the college town pays attention to the study phenomenon.
