Some of my school students think that independent recruitment is right.Firstly,it can relieve the universities because it can save many procedures.Secondly,its the universities own right to do it.Because these universities can choose the students they like.

The rest of my schoolmates dont agree the independent recruitment of students test.First of all,it abandons the cultural advantage of our country and isnt good to spread our culture.Because the traditional recruitment method has its own benefit to the country and students.If we give up this way,we have to find an unknown way,which may sacrifice many students interest.Furthermore,it can mislead the basic education method.Because if most of universities recruit independently,many courses will be ignored.

I dont agree with the independent recruitment of students test.I think we should insist the successful and continuous recruitment methods because it proves to be true.

2.28 星期二 晴

今天是实习授课的第二天，我早早地准备好今天讲课的内容，但真的要上课时，我心里却不免有点紧张，因为昨天是我第一次上讲台用自己的方式去向学生传授知识啊!今天在上新课之前，我必须先要把昨天的内容

简单复习一下，这可正是对我教的好坏一个全面的检验......上课了，我表面上镇定自如地走上了讲台。一些常规的课堂程序之后，我开始了课堂复习步骤，出乎意料的是学生们反应迅速，对答如流。说真心话，看到这我心里真的感到无比喜悦。

晚上回到家，想起白天上课的情景，我感慨颇多，我想我真正体味到了劳动并享受着劳动后的成果的愉悦了。当然，在物欲横流的现代社会，这个观念也许会显得有些陈旧和俗套，但它却有着与生俱来的独特的古朴、风韵和精华。我们不能将快乐简单地理解为物质利益的获得和某种非精神意味的享受，快乐与否在于我们自身、我们的付出和我们的感受。由此我想到现在的学习，很长的一段时间，我都因没有进入理想的学府而怨天尤人，失却快乐。其实不断的学习便是一种快乐，奋进着永不放弃，需要不断体验快乐来支撑。不久的将来，我会成为一名人民教师，我会辛勤地工作，用心地去教书育人，我相信我一定能在平凡、艰苦中感受到欣慰和快乐。

3.3 星期五 小雨

今天是我实习的最后一天。因为课程安排在上午一、二两节，所以我得起早，偏偏天公不作美，下着小雨，清晨躺在床上的我真的不想起床，看看表，哎呀!快六点了，再不起来就会迟到了，可是由于昨晚备课到很晚加上心里一直惦记着今天要起早。所以整夜没睡好，夜里醒了好几次，真不想起床啊......然而想到那些学生们，我自问“我有理由迟到吗?”最后我终于没有给我的实习留下什么遗憾，事后我却想了许多，也明白了由立志到实现目标非常关键的一点就在于坚持。坚持对于我们来说都是再熟悉不过的字眼，可是真正把握住它的人却凤毛麟角，坚持需要毅力，需要对目标价值的深切期望和正确估价，有时甚至需要人格力量来支撑。事情的成功有时往往便在于我们能否坚持那关键的一步，走过去，前面就可能是另一番海阔天空，而习惯了坚持，久而久之，这一信念范畴的东西便会逐渐地融入我们的个性之中，成为一种素养，一种道德，现在的我们马上面临毕业，就要踏入社会了，或许一些人会认为到了现在我们可以不再努力，毕业后找份工作，那便是一生了。如果这样的话，那么我们就永远失去了成就某种事业的机会。事实上作为师范专业的学生，我们更应该树立正确的劳动观念和道德意识。为人师表，认真而严肃的从事自己所热爱的事业，愉快而充实的度过我们平凡的一生。

3.5 星期一

昨天穿了整天的高跟鞋跑来跑去，傍晚到住处时脚痛得很厉害，都是高跟鞋惹的祸。今天我终于放弃我坚持足足两天的“职业淑女装”计划，改穿帆布鞋了，虽然看起来有点“不敬业”但至少我精神状态好多了，晚饭也算是能咽下了。今天下午总负责人赫老师给开了个小会，会上总结了一周班级的基本情况，听起来都是些琐碎的小事情，例如老师的表现是否合格，学生课堂表现等等。赫老师用聊天的方式很细心的分析着这些，不仅仅吸引老师们的注意，连所有其他负责老师也不自觉的被吸引过去了，我在一边看着赫老师，一边瞧瞧其他老师的反应。真不知道让我发言的时候能不能也有这样的效果，希望有吧。不过接手前的这个星期有点像被判“死缓”，哈哈。

3.9 星期三

天正式给学生上高中的课了班上有20几个学生和听课的老师，但是我一点没有紧张。因为可能培训的时候适应了吧上课做了一次单元测试，所以后来我就讲了一节试卷评讲课，一节单词的讲解。讲试卷时明显就发现了自己的不足，知道答案却难以讲解的明白。每个题目都得到字典上去寻求解释，还需要向老师请教如何讲解。很多很细微的知识点也要向学生解释清楚的。经过这几节课的实践，自己虽然还是难以把握讲解的方法，总算还是学得了一些。自己感觉在讲解试卷时，内容会很枯燥，同学们听着也很无聊，开始在下面做别的了，谁料被坐在下面的老师发现了，把他们教育了一番，可能是我光顾着自己讲了，都没怎么注意下面的同学的反应。这一点以后一定得避免。回顾这四周的时间我是专心的，但专心不一定等于成功，我究竟是一名实习生，在知识的构建上还存在着许多断章，还缺乏教学经验，甚至因为读错了某个英语单词或某个字后，或者写错了某句话，老师把错误指出来后而无地自容。但是我想通过两个月的实习我一定会越来越好的。

大学的校园给了我太多的自由，大学的校园让我倾心赞叹，大学的梦想一直是支撑我高考的原动力。高中的我很简单，因为动力很纯粹。当走进大学梦的第一天，我发现一切都不一样：不一样的口音；不一样的观念；不一样的人生目标。此时的自己发现一切都变了，变得如此不可思议！如今，大学梦要结束了，结束的又是那样的彻底，感觉真的静悄悄的、轻飘飘的不带走一片云彩。但是，不管怎么，大学的老师却让我记忆犹新。

他是我的班主任，也是一个我记忆深刻的班主任。大学的班主任可以带上好几个班，同时照常上课。大学的老师可算是神人，既搞科研，又上课。大学的老师传话简单，一个飞信便让班长传达，或者在班级群里发个信息。大学的老师五句话可以缩短成五个字。但是我的老师却是不同，我的老师最喜欢把简单复杂化，我的老师喜欢用“反复”的手法，也可以说成“不断地复制加粘贴”。我的老师非常自信，因为在他的视觉里都是别人搞不清楚、说不清楚、写不清楚。这就是我的老师。

不过，我只是说了老师的一方面，因为老师在大学群里可谓独特。处事有独特的想法，发言有出奇的语言，文章有出彩的文笔。曾发表过很多论文，获得了学界的肯定；曾有出版社邀他出书，却被他一口拒绝，因为出版社要让老师出钱；曾是很多社团的会员，比如草堂协会。被外界认可，被毕业生一致赞扬。这就是我的老师。

大学的老师很潇洒，上课时并不忌讳电话、短信，因为是上级发来的，或是同事传达的重要信息，我的老师也如其他老师不例外。老师可算一个字“神”，可以把课讲得让人“生不如死”，天南地北任我行，还可以顺便将电话信息分解。作为学生的我，感觉只能用两字形容“头痛”。

但是老师除去“黑色幽默”，待人却极为真诚！时常成都、上海两边跑，学生有事，他必定最先出面；学生有困难，他必定援手。一心为生，实属难得！

我的老师可谓敬业，不管学生听不听，就是悲惨到“独白”，他也坚持不懈！下课拖堂，因为上课稍有迟到。上课时学生来晚，他不恼；学生叫嚣，他不叫；学生打牌，他旁听；学生神游，他自乐。

人生在世，不求完美，只求自在、自得！我的老师做到了，有赞美之声，有嬉戏怒骂，足矣！

I remember 9 months ago, I was in a hurry to prepare for the college exam. I was afraid I couldnt get to my favorite school at the time. But at last I realized my dream. Now I study Chinese in my favorite university, Hanoi University.

After going to college, my life didnt change too much. Because I live and study in Hanoi, so I dont have to leave the family or rent a house. My home is not far from school, just 15 minutes by bike. But, to be honest, I prefer to live away from home, because I can live on my own, and I can feel the feeling of homesickness.

After the study, everything here is very new to me. I study in a new environment, know a lot of new friends, learn a lot of new knowledge, and so on. At first I felt a little nervous. But now Im getting used to it. The classmates of our class are all very united, often help each other to learn, there is a collective activity, we all join. When I came to school, I felt that I was not very nervous, but more and more knowledge was needed to learn. People know that Chinese characters are very complicated and difficult to remember, so every day I work hard and I will ask the teacher where I dont understand. I shared my happiness and sorrows with my room-mates and I relaxed myself sufficiently in it. But the condition of my dormitory is poor. Above all, University is my unforgettable place. I spent most of my extra-study time in library. Generally speaking, It is a good study place. Firstly, the atmosphere of study is strong, but sometimes someone would receive and make calls, which would impact others’ study. If it can provide a few of fountains, the library would be perfect. Secondly, it has abundant of professional books, thus I can access to needed information timely when I encountered problems in study.

Besides, there are also all kinds of magazine, so I can relax myself and expand my vision when I was tired of studying. But the limited time of borrowed books is short. I took part in the student union when I was a freshman. I made many friends in union. I exchanged my idea with others.
