最后叔叔还给我们每人发了一个黄连，它的样子像冬天小树枝，舔舔真的是非常的苦，不禁让我想起了那句歇后语，小孩吃黄连——叫苦连天，我真的好想叫。

这节课我学到了知识很多，让我受益匪浅。

盼星星盼月亮，我们终于盼来了张老师的第二次关于援疆行的讲座。我们好不容易才哄走数学徐老师，满怀期待地等待开始。

张老师端着电脑走了进来。我们虽然手中的笔没停，可耳朵早已支棱起来了。讲座开始了，我们纷纷收起作业，坐得端端正正，双眼紧盯着大屏幕。

张老师说，新疆的水和我们这儿的水不一样，那边的水都是天山上融化的雪水，含有大量碱性。如果长期用这种水洗头，会导致头发脱落，变白。而长期饮用这种水，还会导致胆结石。老师还用自己举例：他在刚到库车两个月后就查出胆内有结晶。医生告诉他得多喝水，多跳绳。张老师为此特意买了个一升的水壶，规定自己每天必须喝一瓶半；他一有空便跳绳。终于，下一次检查时，结晶已经没有了。
