Gao Kao is a Chinese version of college entrance examination. Once it was probably the most important event in Chinese students life, and it is still to some students. It is optional whether to attend this exams or not, so the choice lies in each student. Now more and more students start to take this choice seriously, and disreputes arose. As for me, attending Gao Kao is a better choice.

Firstly, college education is a necessity for each student, and one can only get enrolled in a college in China with a score of Gao Kao. Secondly, preparing Gao Kao is a very valuable experience to help us grow, exactly for the reason that it is not a little trying and harsh. Lastly, unless better opportunity arise, applying for native colleges is the best choice for us to embrace a propectful future, which makes attending Gao Kao a necessity for each of us who choose to receive education home in China.

During last summer vacation, I paid a visit to my uncle’s. It was the first time I had seen the sea. Tow years ago my uncle, a closed friend of my father, transferred from Shanxi to Yantai, a beautiful port city; and then my aunt joined him a couple months later. And a year later I became their guest and was going to stay with them for a week. I was fascinated by the vastness of the sea, the clean and soft sand on the beach, the seagulls flying in the sky and the beauty of the golden sunset clouds over the dark blue water. But I missed the sunrise each day, for I couldn’t get up early enough.

On the fifth day, the alarm clock woke me up when it was still dark outside, I hurried to the beach and stood in the cool breeze there, the sky was turning grey little by little, the sea was calm and all was so quiet that I felt I was surrounded by mysteries, then suddenly, in the faraway horizon, golden beans of light were shooting up into the sky. A moment later, a corner of the sun appeared. The sun was rising very slowly and reluctantly as if it was unwilling to leave the sea. At last the entire sun lay on the horizon, so big and so red, it looked like a huge ripe orange or a tender half-boiled yolk. It hesitated and shivered a moment, then said goodbye to the sea and rose into the air. The scene was very beautiful, touching and magnificent which I’ll never forget.

I have never been to Shenzhen before. Many times, I dream of visiting Shenzhen because Shenzhen is a very modern,busy and beautiful city. and today, my dream has come true.

I am walking around the city center of Shenzhen and there are so many tall buildings on the sides of the streets. the streets are very big,straight and clean.I can see the buses,taxis,trains and cars on the road. people can choose their favourite way to go to work or travel. because there are a lot of department stores and supermarkets in Shenzhen,people can go shopping any where they wanted.

Shenzhen is an amazing city and i enjoy my visiting there so much.

Last summer vacationmy family and I went to Qingdao by train.There was always sunshine and fresh airwhich made us so comfortable.We went to the seasidethe sea was as blue as the skyand bathing in the sunshine on the beach was really an enjoyable thing.I also picked up a lot of colorful shells with my little sister.There we bought many interesting souvenirsI was planing to send them to my friends.We ate many tings theresuch as fishprawnand so on.They are very delicious.Then we lived in a clean and tidy hoteland the price was not so expensive.I like Qingdao very muchand if I got a chanceI hope to come here againit is such a beautiful and interesting place.

4月19日下午最后一节课，老师让我们带好笔袋，笔记本到操场集合，记一次有趣的讲座作文400字。然后让我们五、六年级一去多功能厅听作文讲座。

到了多功能厅我们自觉有序的依次落坐在位子上，只见一个戴着眼镜50多岁面带微笑的外来男老师。我一下子紧张起来，那位和蔼可亲的老师姓沈，是《小鬼当家》的主编，他是来教我们写作方法的。

沈老师很会调整气氛，很快大家互动起来，同学们积极回答问题，沈老师还时不时讲一些笑话，我也很快放松下来了。认真的记起笔记，妈妈曾说过，写作是一个人综合素质的体现，“文如其人”，一篇文章能透视出作者的世界观、人生观、价值观及其道德修养、精神蕴含、知识储备，作文400字《记一次有趣的讲座作文400字》。因此作文在语文中占据了半壁江山，所以有人称“得作文者得天下”。有这么好的学习机会我当然不能放过，可惜讲座很快在快乐中结束了。

通过这次沈老师的讲座，我懂得了“删繁就简三秋木，标新立异二月花。”学到了写好作文的三个要点：一、直击主题，围绕主题展开。把一切无关的东西删掉。----防啰嗦絮叨。二、有条有理，行文有逻辑线索。防逻辑混乱，颠三倒四。好词好句可以加进去。三、活跃思想，注入理性，化平凡为神奇，防无趣无味。我相信听了沈老师的讲座我们每个人都深有所悟。

大学生树立心理健康意识，优化心理素质，能帮助我们增强心理调适能力和社会生活的适应能力，预防和缓解心理问题。帮助我们处理好环境适应、自我管理、学习成才、人际交往、交友恋爱、求职择业、人格发展和情绪调节等方面的困惑。

如何拥有健康的心理：第一，需要我们培养良好的人格品质。良好的人格品质首先应该正确认识自我，培养悦纳自我的态度。第二，养成科学的生活方式。大学生的学习负担较重，心理压力较大，为了长期保持学习的效率，必须科学地安排好每天的学习、锻炼、休息，使生活有规律。第三，加强自我心理调节。进行自我调节，充分发挥主观能动性去改造环境，努力实现自己的理想目标。

听了这些，我觉得我还有很多地方都做得不够

，比如科学的生活方式和自我心里调节这两个方面。很多人来到大学后就变得松散，逃课、泡网吧、谈恋爱。在大学我们肩负改变自己命运的责任，所以要保持心理健康。第一，我们应该保持浓厚的学习兴趣和求知欲望。发展多方面的能力，以提高自身素质，更好地适应社会发展的需要。第二，学会保持和谐的人际关系，在交往中能用理解、宽容、友谊、信任和尊重的态度与人和睦相处。

积极参加业余活动，发展社会交往。
