As we all know, reading has a lot of benefit. It can open up our eyes because books are full of knowledge, and it makes us wiser and richer in life. I like readiry; newspapers and magazines, from which I get lots of fun and learn about whats going on around the world. I also read story books and novels in my spare time which make me relaxed and happy. I seldom read e-books because theyre bad for eyes. On weekends, I usually spend a whole afternoon reading in the library. And I also read for about half an hour before going to bed every night.

随着网络的发展，人们的生活逐渐碎片化。在碎片化的时间中我们其实可以做很多事情：阅读、购物、聊天……

对于会利用时间的人来说生活的碎片化为他们的生活带来不少乐趣，他们能尽情的利用碎片化的时间做自己想做的事情。但对于不会利用时间的人来说这些碎片化的时间都被浪费了。

会利用时间的人在碎片化的时间中总是做自己想做的事情：购物、阅读、学习等等。而对于不会利用时间的人来说这些碎片时间都被浪费了，他们在这些时间中往往不知所措：学习一会感觉时间来不及；玩一局游戏吧，一时半会停不下来；看书吧，万一看到精彩部分时间到了咋办……然而时间就这样不知不觉中流逝了，由于没有良好的计划，这些碎片化的时间就这么被浪费了。

这种情况我也有过，不过随着学业的繁忙，碎片时间逐渐减少，但仍还有不少：上学放学的路上、课间休息、午自修……这些时间有时候食之无味，弃之可惜。不知该做什么，而时间就在这种时候流走了。但如果真的长期把这些看似食之无味的时间利用好，便会发现食之很有味。

但如何利用好，就要看个人的了。对于我们学生来说碎片时间不算多，但也不少：一早进教室后交完作业等待早自修的时间；上课铃响后在座位上等待老师来的时间：下课休息时间。这些都是我们可以利用的时间。那么在这些时间我们能做些什么呢？可以背一背提前抄好的英语单词，如果坚持下来你就会发现你慢慢的记住了很多原本不会的单词。我们也可以复习巩固一下公式什么的。还可以温习一下语文古诗。可以做一道小题目。可以看几则时事新闻，亦或者几则笑话放松一下。能做的事情有很多并不局限于这几点。但需要粗略的计算好时间以免做到一半停下来，这可是很难受的。

另外拒不完全统计，一个人一周因为生活的碎片化而浪费的时间可达三个小时，而一周就有将近一天的时间被浪费，这是多么可怕的数字啊，好好利用好这些碎片时间，长此以往也许会有意想不到的积累。

Some of us always spend Sundays aimlessly. We can seldom derive profits from the valuable hours (time) of Sundays. This is indeed a great pity.
