Because of the high developing speed of the world, pressure has become a

serious problem in nowadays. As our students, we also have to face with much

pressure, such as the study pressure, exam pressure,relationship pressure and so

on. But how can we cope with pressure? This is the most important.

Firstly, we should face the pressure appropriately. Pressure is inevitable

in our daily life, so we cant be afraid of them and try our best to cope with

them. Secondly, tell our pressure to others. Talking is a very effective way to

ease pressure, and during the talking, we may get some suggestions and

变黑了，估计袜子应该是干净了，就把水倒掉了，换了一盆清水，再洗了一遍。袜子洗干净了，我把袜子放到凉台上去晾干。

然后，我又跑到客厅扫地，过了大概20分钟，妈妈过来了，她看到了这一切后，慈祥的脸上露出了满意又灿烂的笑容。

这次我虽然只做了一点点小事，但是妈妈是这么开心，我以后要多做力所能及的事，让妈妈更开心。

After reading the passage, I’m lost in thought. In my opinion, however busy parents are, they should spare time to accompany their children.

My parents are such persons who are always willing to spend time with me. I can well remember that three years ago, my parents gave up their once-in-a-life-time opportunity of visiting the UK and accompanied me to the new senior school. So nervous did I feel in the new environment that I was at a loss what to do. Fortunately, with their company and encouragement, I overcame my fear and fit in well.
