中午，太阳用它那轻柔地光照射进了我们的心坎。远处几座农舍旁，竹叶成林。老人，孩子们在那里聊天、嬉戏。不远处有一条小河，河中有一群鸭子游戏水中，还不时把头扎到水下去觅食。看到这幅画面，我不禁想到这句诗“竹外桃花三两枝，春江水暖鸭先知。”

晚上，月亮姐姐来上班了，它跟星星们一起在云层之间和我们玩捉迷藏呢!夜晚的农舍十分宁静，猪也在一旁呼呼大睡着，圈里的牛也不发出哞哞声，沉睡的牲畜，让人感觉十分幽静。

简朴的农舍，生机勃勃的春天，真是一幅美丽的画卷!

保持健康心理，提升生命质量

人的生命是短暂的，在生活中，要想生活的更轻松，更快乐，就要拥有一个健康的心理，只有这样我们才能够更好的成长，更好的担负起建设祖国的伟大使命。

一个心理健康的人能体验到自己的存在价值，既能了解自己，又接受自己，有自知之明，即对自己的能力、性格和优缺点都能作出恰当的、客观的评价;对自己不会提出苛刻的、非份的期望与要求;对自己的生活目标和理想也能定得切合实际，因而对自己总是满意的;同时，努力发展自身的潜能，即使对自己无法补救的缺陷，也能安然处之。一个心理不健康的人则缺乏自知之明，并且总是对自己不满意;由于所定目标和理想不切实际，主观和客观的距离相差太远而总是自责、自怨、自卑;由于总是要求自己十全十美，而自己却又总是无法做到完美无缺，于是就总是同自己过不去;结果是使自己的心理状态永远无法平衡，也无法摆脱自己感到将已面临的心理危机。

随着社会的飞速发展，人们的生活节奏正在日益加快，竞争越来越强烈，人际关系也变得越来越复杂;由于科学技术的飞速进步，知识爆炸性地增加，迫使人们不断地进行知识更新;“人类进入了情绪负重年代”，人们的观念意识、情感态度复杂嬗变。作为现代社会组成部分，在大学院校生活和学习的大学生，对社会心理这块时代的“晴雨表”，十分敏感。况且，大学生作为一个特殊的社会群体，还有他们自己许多特殊的问题，如对新的学习环境与任务的适应问题。对专业的选择与学习的适应问题，理想与现实的冲突问题，人际关系的处理与学习、恋爱中的矛盾问题以及对未来职业的选择问题等等。如何使他们避免或消除由上述种.种心理压力而造成的心理应激、心理危机或心理障碍，增进心身健康，以积极的、正常的心理状态去适应当前和发展的社会环境，预防精神疾患和心身疾病的发生，加强对大学生的心理健康教育，就成为各高校迫切的需要和共同关注的问题

On that day people usually go back home to have family reunion . Each family will have the members get together to have a big dinner. The most popular food is moon cakes. They are round and look like the moon.

The moon is the brightest this night. People eat the delicious food while they are enjoying a beautiful full moon in their yard. At this time, some old people would like to tell many past events and tell the children a story about the rabbit on the moon . The children really believe that there is a rabbit on the moon. They hope to go to the moon and have a look one day.

今天是端午节，大家知道端午节的来历吗?!不知道吧!那就让我来告诉你们吧!你们还记得楚国那位爱国大将屈原吗?我来说一说他吧!

屈原是战国时期出国人，很有学问。他在楚王身边做官，以形象是自己的国家富强起来。昏君楚王却听信奸臣的话，把屈原削职流放。在流放中，屈原听说楚国的都城被敌人占领，百姓遭难，悲愤极了。五月初五这一天，他来到汨罗江边，怀抱一块石头，以纵身跳入汨罗江中。出国的百姓听到屈原投江的消息，都十分悲痛。他们含着泪划着船赶来打捞屈原，还把粽子扔到江里喂鱼，希望鱼儿不要伤害屈原的身体。这就是五月端阳包粽子的来历。

于是老师 打电话通知了父母，当父母知道 我得病了 他们惊呆了。他们二人 便立即驾车来到了学校。见了我便 询问了具体的情况，母亲随后又问父亲我得了什么病?因为父亲是一名乡村医生。父亲说;’我拿不准，还是去乡医院吧。’谁料到了乡医院，乡医院的医生说：“没有检查我这种病的仪器”。无奈之下父母二人和我又驱车去了县妇幼医院。但是又不凑巧县妇幼院的门诊楼的医生已经下班了，只能到住院部的三楼去就诊。但是，去住院部的三楼又没有电梯，我又走不成路。所以爸爸随机背上了我，母亲在一旁护着，就这样一步一步地去就诊了，就这样的情景父母二人来回好几次，但他们二人至始至终没有一句怨言，结果经过检查我得是过敏性紫癜。后来给我看病的医生给我开了一些药，在父母的精心呵护下我没过几天就全愈了。

这只是我成长中的一件小事，却让我体会到了那份烛一无二的爱，我也因为有这样的父母而自豪。

Im so happy today because I got RMB 3,000 in "Lucky Money. "Grandpa alone gave me RMB 1,000. I must try to save this for college though and not waste it. But I think Ill allow myself to use part of it to buy a new dress tomorrow and then Ill put the rest un the bank.

学区心理健康教研活动在我们学校举行，有幸听了三堂精彩的课：《掌声响起来》、《快乐成长》、《挨了批评后》。三位老师给我们展现了三种不同风格的课堂教学，说实在的我是一个外行，在外行的角度来审视这三堂课，我觉得可以用这么几个型来概括这三堂课分别是：层层深入型、活动体验型、情感渲染型。《掌声响起来》的设计我觉得很清晰：通过三次掌声层层深入，真正开发孩子的潜力、发挥孩子的潜力。老师的良苦用心没有白费，孩子也真正由唯唯诺诺到最后的大大方方，自信真的在他们心里滋长起来，潜力也在慢慢发挥!每一个层次都有着递进的关系，环环相扣，一气呵成，老师的思路非常清晰，话语虽然不多，但每一句都是有效的提问点拨，显得干练，成熟。《快乐成长》主要是从青少年时期孩子的情绪波动中确立的课题，都知道青春期的孩子易冲动，冲动的无法正确思考自己的行为。到底该怎样压住这股冲动而正确思考问题呢?本节课老师让孩子动手画出的心情，在活动中将孩子的内心世界展现出来，又在交流中找到适合自己消除不良情绪的方法。虽然苏老师没有华丽的语言，没有令人眼花缭乱的设计，但我觉得这节课对于孩子的一生都有着重要的意义。

其实我们在教孩子当自己情绪的主人的时候，也是在教我们老师如何做到我的.情绪我做主。老师何尝没有情绪低落的时候?我们如何做到我的情绪我做主?特别是当学生一次一次的犯错，一次一次的不听话，我们如何控制我们的情绪。当我们在课堂，学生不听招呼的时候，我们如何控制我们的情绪?换角度思考，在孩子的立场考虑，看待，我想，在对待孩子的时候，我的情绪我可以做主了。

苏老师也给我们老师上了生动的一课。而《挨了批评后》虽然平淡没有多大的情感起伏，但在平淡中告诉了我们批评并不可怕，批评的始终都出自一个字，那就是“爱”!并且老师一直以聊天的方式使孩子区分批评与责骂，在聊天中使孩子明白怎样坦面对批评，受了批评后应怎样去做。通过小记者的采访，加强了孩子与听课老师的互动，一方面使孩子知道批评原来每个人都能遇到，哪怕是他们十分崇敬的老师也有，只要正确面对批评，这将是自己人生的一大宝藏!一方面在老师的引领下，孩子消除了紧张的心里，象老师一样袒露心扉，说出自己的心里话。整个课堂显得真实，不造作，不夸张。
