一、增长了健康生活常识：冬季常吃萝卜,可达到止咳化痰，清热解毒的效果。香菇味道鲜美且具有防治流感的功效，常吃还能阻止血管硬化。冬季保健应适当吃“冷”，常饮凉白开水有预防感冒的效果。预防冻疮应多参加各种运动，经常搓手、跺脚。天气多变,忽冷忽热易让人着凉,常吃些大蒜可以预防感冒。近期多小雨，空气湿度大，应注意室内通风。

茶花女这本书主要写的是：一个出生在法国巴黎的美丽少女玛格丽哥杰被诱为交际花，人称“茶花女”。她由于环境而得了肺病，她曾经三次立志要把病治好，重新做人，但最终都失败了。第一次是因为受不了环境的诱惑，第二次是为了不让自己心爱的亚芒受到牵连，第三次是因为病已经到了晚期，终于离开了人世。

读过这本书的人可能都会同情书中的女主人公茶花女命运的悲惨，甚至为她流泪，或是对那个冷酷的社会表示不满。可我觉得书中的茶花女也有错，因为她把生命看得太没意义了。就算她的命运十分悲惨，那也不能如此践踏生命;就算她第二次失败是情有可原的，那也不能利用这种自暴自弃的方法让亚芒离开她呀!

保尔，不仅全身瘫痪而且双目失明了，可是，他没有放弃生命，因为他知道活着就是一种希望，更知道人应该怎样活着才有意义。后来他以比钢铁还要坚强的意志，战胜了病残，终于成功的写出了小说暴风雨所诞生的。再想想我们中国的张海迪，她胸部以下完全失去了知觉，可是她并没有失去对生活的信心，而是以顽强的毅力战胜了病残，学完了从小学到高中的全部课程，翻译了许多外文著作。美国有一位盲聋女作家海伦，她在一岁半时就因病丧失了视觉和听力，可她没有向命运屈服，24岁时，她以优异的成绩毕业于哈佛大学……

我想电视剧版的《西游记》大家就再熟悉不过了，但电视剧终究只看个打斗场面，只图个新鲜，却忽略了它本身的意境。相比文字版的《西游记》虽然颇有几分乏味，既没扣人心玄的场面，也没华丽的场景，但却能令人静下心来去揣摩人物内心的想法。当然两者就算相差再大，结果可都是一样的。师徒四人在历经九九八十一重难后，最终取得真经，造福人间。我情不自禁地感叹一番，这不是印证了一句老话：万事开头难…我也受过挫折，遇到过苦难…但我相信：坚持意味着一切！是的，在我们前行的道路上难免会坎坎坷坷，只要我们能相信自己，因为只有去做了，才有可能。我想，在不久之后的将来一定会有回报的！

As we all know, students must wear uniform in school. It prevents students from wearing strange clothes or comparing clothes. However, students still show special preference for famous brands. They can buy brand shoes or bags if they cant wear their own clothes in school.

Why students cant help wearing expensive things which are famous brands?

The reason why they prefer to wear expensive clothes is just for face. Some students thought the more expensive they wear, the more confident they are. Only wearing brand clothes can they become proud. Some students are afraid to looked down if they dont wear brands things. It is easy for students to compare what they wear.

As far as I am concerned, I dont agree that students pursue famous brand. Most students cant earn money by themselves. We cant waste the money to buy expensive things which are not useful. It is hard for parents to make money. Remember, the main task of the students is to study.

赞成意见：1.现在是信息社会，手机是最快的信息交流的工具之一。2.应充分利用好手机。如偶遇突发事故，可立即拨打手机求助。3.可在每天学习之余利用手机游戏放松一下自己。4.只要正确使用好手机，紧跟时间并无过错，追求时尚可以理解，但学习是首要任务。

反对意见：1.学校已提供了公共电话，因此手机并不能带来更多的方便，而且花费较多。2.若课堂接听手机会影响上课。3.学生玩手机游戏或接发短信，将无法集中精力学习。

Nowadays mobile phones are becoming more and more popular among the middle school students. Some think it is good for students to bring a mobile phone. But some people do not think so.
