今年年初，一场突如其来的病毒，让我们更加感受到生命的可贵，也让我知道了生命在于运动。我最爱运动了，因为运动能让我强身健体。生活中有许多种运动方式，比如说：跑步、跳绳、打篮球、踢足球、打羽毛球、打乒乓球

我最喜欢的运动就是跑步了。有一天妈妈让我和她去河堤旁边跑步，起初，我不想跑，妈妈在前面跑，我在后面跟着她慢悠悠地走。可是我觉得妈妈离我越来越远了，我有点害怕，也加快了步伐开始小跑起来，就在快要赶上妈妈时，我被路上的一块大石子给绊了一跤，一下子把我的腿给摔破了，两行不争气的眼泪也偷偷地跑出来凑热闹。妈妈赶快转身过来安慰我，她对我说：“男子汉，有了强壮的身体，那才是最好的，摔一跤没什么的，快跟着妈妈一块儿跑！”听了妈妈的话，我一骨碌爬了起来，觉得腿不是那么疼，小声对自己说我是男子汉，不能因为这一点点小事就要哭，我就跟着妈妈一块跑了起来。

不知不觉，我和妈妈跑了半个小时，妈妈直夸我，宝宝，真了不起！都能跟着妈妈跑半个小时！我突然间觉得跑步真是一件令人快乐的事！

我是一个爱运动的小姑娘，听妈妈说：我刚会走时就从这个沙发蹦向那个沙发，把大凳子、小椅子排成火车来拉。

长大后，我在爸爸妈妈的带动下，喜欢上了跑步。

每天清晨，天刚蒙蒙亮，四周静悄悄的。居民楼里绝大多数人还在梦乡的时候，我就悄悄起床，穿上心爱的运动鞋去跑步。我沿着林荫小道跑向音乐广场，我绕着广场的小路慢慢地跑，

环绕广场的人工湖水里映着我矫健的身姿，一波一波向前游动，路边多情的枝条像在拉扯着我，轻拂着我，像是给我加油、鼓劲;正在忙碌的清洁工阿姨向我伸出大拇指：哇!好棒。跑在路上，我身上湿乎乎的，但感觉好爽。通常，我跑完3圈后，太阳公公就露出了笑脸，于是我就顺着小路跑回家。这时，妈妈已做好了早饭，爸爸也上班去了。

现在，我已经是四年级的学生了，我的个子猛长，身轻如燕，跑起来健步如飞，像插上了翅膀，这全是锻炼的结果。自从我迷上了跑步，疾病远离了我，学习成绩也越来越好，浑身有使不完的劲儿。跑步，使我精神舒畅，信心倍增。跑步，使我耐心位增，学习上再有困难都被一一攻克了。

总之，运动使人健康，我爱运动，更爱跑步。

有人说生命在于运动，这句话一点也没错，因为运动可以使人身体健康。我喜欢运动，特别是跑步。

这要从我很小的时候说起，从小我跑步就特别慢，一直比不上其他人，被别人嘲笑。从此以后，我就下定了决心要超越他们。

每天早晨，我就早早的起了床，到小区里去训练跑步。有的时侯一练就是好几个小时，不停不息的练习。但只要想到其他人都比我跑的快时，说我跑的和蜗牛一样慢，我心想：我一定要坚持下去，不能气馁，要超越他们。“我便信心百倍，充满了无限的力量，不再感受到疲倦。

日复一日，过了很长很长的时间，等到我再次和朋友们比赛跑步时，竟取得了第一名。朋友们都很钦佩我，不敢再嘲笑我了，问我到底是怎么做到的。这时，我心里感受到很快乐。我自豪地对他们说：“只要不放弃，世界上就没有难事是做不成的。“从此我热喜欢上了跑步，一有空的时候我就会到小区里练习一下跑步，锻炼身体。

有一天，上体育课的时候，老师让我们两个人两个人的来比赛跑步，我和一个平时跑步很快的人来比赛跑步。别提我心里有多么的紧张了，以前一直跑不过他，我觉得我根本就跑不过他。比赛开始了，我明显落后他一节，我慢慢的追上了他，我们不相上下，最后时刻，我一咬牙，直线冲刺，我赢了，我赢了，我真的成功了，就连老师都说我跑的快呢!我听了心里美滋滋的!

大家都要多多锻炼身体，这样就能变得更加健康。我喜欢跑步，我相信大家也一定会喜欢上跑步的。

我喜欢文明的校园，在阳光下玩耍，阳光下学习。我喜欢在春风中戴着鲜艳的红领巾做我们的广播体操。

我喜欢在优雅的教室里练着书法和口算，我喜欢听和蔼的老师拿着教棍教我们认生字。我喜欢在阅读课上读>故事书、神话、十万个为什么书中包含着许多我们不知道的奥秘。

我喜欢在体育课上跑步，跳高和打篮球，我喜欢身体健壮的体育老师领我们做游戏。

我喜欢在音乐课上唱着欢乐的歌，一会儿吹吹笛子，一会儿打打节拍，一会儿跟老师学唱谱子。我喜欢在美术课上拿着剪刀、彩纸、图画本和五颜六色的水彩笔，画出青蛙呱呱叫，画出草莓红彤彤，画出棕色的小熊招招手。我也喜欢信息课，在课上我们能打字，画画和玩游戏，可好玩了。我喜欢在>科学课上做一些简单的小实验，观察种子的发芽

啊！我还喜欢校园的树，不管是杨树、松树和柏树，我认为他们享有同样的尊荣。我还喜欢花儿，是绽开在人们的笑颊上的，当中秋之季来临时，同学们不妨问问：“老师，祝您中秋节快乐！”再递上几块月饼，这时，哇！我看见老师的微笑像花儿一样绽开，回想起来，虽然送上几块月饼，但永远表达的是“师生情”啊！我更喜欢团结友爱、互帮互助的同学！

我喜欢过着美好的生活，而且深深的喜欢能在我心里充满着这样多的喜欢！
