The study of smoking shows that many kinds of illnesses have something to do with smoking. Smoking itself is a waster. It costs one so much money, Besides, many fires are caused by careless smokers. Today more and more people all over the world want to give up smoking. If you’re mot a smoker, don’t start.

看完了《五四爱国运动》我深有感触。当时的日本人就像老虎一样不断地侵食着我们国家，而在1918年11月巴黎和会召开前，我们的驻日公使章宗祥竟然背叛祖国和日本人交换“山东问题的秘密换文”，从而破灭了我们中国的一线希望。消息传入国内，人们再也无法忍受，5月3日晚上，北京大学法科礼堂挤满了学生，听了邓中夏的话，13所大专院校3000多名爱国学生汇集到北京，组成了一个“抗日队伍”。“还我山东，保我主权!”、“外拿国权，内惩国贼”、“取消卖国的二十一条”、“拒绝和约签字”爱国学生们大声呐喊。学生们去找曹汝霖和章宗祥算账，曹汝霖逃走了，章宗祥逃不掉，跪地求饶。学生痛打章宗祥，烧了曹汝霖的房子。

段祺瑞却捉走了30多名爱国学生，这激起了人民的愤怒。“五四爱国运动”激发了人民的斗志，唤起了人们的爱国热情，使中国革命进入了一个新的历史时期

如果有人问我：“你最喜欢的运动是什么?”我会毫不犹豫地告诉他：“我最喜欢的运动是足球!”下面让我来说说我的足球经历吧。

“叮铃铃。。。。。。”星期三下午第一节课下课了，我兴致勃勃地来到了大操场参加足球活动。教练已经在等我们了，他是一位有着一双迷人的眼睛的男教师，长得高高的、壮壮的，我们都很喜欢他。我们像往常那样先练习垫球、带球、射门。

最令人兴奋的时候到了，教练把我们分成两队来足球比赛。先是我们先发球，我把球传给队友，队友带球向前冲。突然，一个人跑了过来，来了一个凶狠的倒地铲球，把球抢走了。我冲了上去，学着他又把球抢了过来。虽然有人想把我的球抢走，但是被我灵活的闪开了，将球推进到对方的球门前。抓住了极好的机会，晃过面前的一个防守员，抬起右脚，一踢，球在空中飞出一道优美的弧线，准确飞进了对方的球门。“球进了!”队友们响起了热烈欢呼声。就这样，你来我往，你争我夺，比赛进行得既紧张又激烈，直到下课。

这就是我最喜欢的运动——足球。我喜欢它，因为它不仅是能让我强身健体，还可以丰富我的课余生活，为我带来无穷的欢乐。

一年一度的运动会又到来了，在这段练习的日子里非常的辛苦。

每天早上升完旗就要忙着练习跳大会舞，不就是为了要有更好的表现、成绩；而我也不例外，虽然我是乐队，但是我也忙的不得了，因为我们乐队要忙着练习步伐和运动会要吹奏的曲目，真是把我累的筋疲力尽。

上体育课时还要忙着练习接力，不但要注意接棒的姿势还要注意第一棒的人不可以强跑道，有一次老师帮我们测时间，“猜猜看我们跑几分钟？”“答对了，我们一共跑了十几分钟”老师非常的不满意，但是我们已经尽力在跑了，于是几乎每节体育课都在练习接力，把选手累的半死，老师不就是希望我有好的表现吗？

而且几乎每天下午第二节我们都要到操场练习进场，一练就是一小时多，把大家累的喘不过气来，一回到教室大家就一直猛喝茶，但是我们比幼儿园好太多了，因为幼儿园都是在上午练习，也是太阳光最强的时后，一到下课看见幼儿园的小弟弟和小妹妹在操场上晒太阳，心中是多么的不舍啊!为什么低年级的就要晒太阳？而高年级的就不用呢？这是多么的不公平啊!

运动会当天，有人忙着布置、有人忙着般椅子，使大家忙得不可开交，各位选手都摩拳擦掌、一触即发，准备拿下冠军。首先是乐队先进场，再来是各班级进场，活动项目有大会操、各年级的趣味竞赛、老师的趣味竞赛、接力赛、各年级的拉拉队呼……等，“碰!”各位选手使出浑身解数拼命得向前冲，“加油!”“加油!”每位选手使出吃奶的力气，在司令台上的来宾看得津津有味，许多家长也乐的哈哈大笑，许多学生都为各班老师加油，使老师看了好感动，而台上的老师也陆续供布成绩，第一名＊＊、第二名＃＃、第三名○○，运动会从上午八点多举办到下午四点多才结束，虽然大家以经累的筋皮力尽但回到温暖的家之后星期一又可以放假，真是棒呆了!

希望以后老了之后还可以来参加运动会，这样不止能回味以前小学的时候还能长命百岁，真市一举数得啊!!!

A Sports Meeting校运会

Last Thursday and Friday, our school held the 40th sports meeting.It is one of the biggest activities each year in my school. All the students badly expect to it.All games in the sports meeting werevery exciting and running was the most intense.Class 4 Grade 3 did the best in the sports.They got the highest scores.My class won the third but it was the best in the six classes of my grade.Liang Wen and Qiu Lu are my classmates. They both won first in the running competition and high jump competition.There were other classmates got scores in other games.Although they didnt won the first, they tried their best.Friendship first, competition second.Winning was not our only purpose.The most important was that we were happy in this activity.

When I grow up ,I  m going to do what I want to do .I  m going to move to some where interesting.Parie sounds like a city that.I could enjoy.There are lost of art exhibition there.I want to be an artist.First I  m going to find a part time job for a year or two and save some mony.I also want travel all over the wolld .Now I  m going to get good grades ! What are you to when you grow up.

提起“体育运动”这几个字，我们肯定都不陌生。体育项目有很多种，如跑步、游泳、足球等等，现在各种体育运动都已经在全国普及了。体育运动不仅能带给我们乐趣，还能让我们感受到公平、团结、友谊、速度和激情。所以，人人都喜欢运动，而我也不例外。

刚开始我并不知道羽毛球是什么东西，对于它没有一丝兴趣，后来我却变了。一次散步，我就看到邻居家的孩子在楼下打羽毛球，羽毛球拍在他的手上一挥，就能让羽毛球在空中跳舞似的飞过去。我发现那动作特别潇洒。于是，我决定试一试。

因为我第一次打，并不知道怎么做。手忙脚乱不是发斜球，就是打不到，甚至直接打到了树上或者墙外面。这可令我不知所措，一次又一次，这些动作重复着上演，已经过了两个小时我都不会，于是，我怒气冲冲低扔下球拍走了。坐在石头上哭泣，责怪球不听我话，邻居姐姐问我：“你怎么了？为什么生气不练了？”“我，我实在不会打，所以准备放弃了。”我垂头丧气地说。“放弃？在我的字典里就没有放弃这两个字，连美国比阿斯都说过“要从容地着手去做每一件事情，一旦开始，就要坚持到底。”就连钱学森也说过不要失去信心，只要坚持不懈，就终会有成果的。比你小的孩子们都知道：只要努力就一定能达到你所想要的目标，难道你不知道吗？没有人一出生就什么都会，只要你坚持，拼搏到底就能赢。别人能做到的，你做不到？著名羽毛球高手林丹不就是努力拼搏才获得世界冠军的吗？”“我，……”我抬起头拿着纸巾擦擦泪水，便说：“嗯，姐姐我知道了，我现在就去练习。”

从那以后，一次又一次的练习，我终于学会了，我高兴极了。同时也懂得了只要不放弃就一定能做到。过了一段时间刚好学校组织羽毛球比赛，我终于可以大显身手了。比赛的时候我一直说：“坚持！坚持！”终于我赢了！我感激姐姐当时对我说的话，如果没有她就没有今天取得的成功。羽毛球这项运动至今我还在练，因为只有我继续练习才能取得更好的成绩。

一转眼好几年过去了，羽毛球不仅成了我的兴趣，更重要是在这项运动让我学会坚持。体育不仅能强身健体，更能让我懂得只有努力，坚持不懈就一定能做到你想要的结果。生活并不是十全十美的，有时更需要我们咬紧牙关努力拼搏才能闯过一道道坎，才能走向成功的顶峰。

Sports help everyone to keep healthy, happy, and efficient.So I pay special attention to games, especially table-tennis. Table tennis is my favorite game.I play it almost every day.

Table-tennis is an ideal game us because it brings the whole body into action. It strengthens our muscles, expands our lungs, promotes the circulation of the blood, and causes a healthy action of the skin. Besides, it is very amusing and does not cost us much money.Table-tennis is very moderate; it is not so rough as football.It is an indoor game and can be played even on rainy days.Thus, it is my favorite kind of exercise.

运动能帮助每一个人保持健康、快乐和有效率。所以我特别重视运动，特别是桌球，桌球是我最喜欢的运动。我几乎每天玩。

桌球对我们而言，是一项理想的运动，因为它可以使我们全身运动，它可以增强我们的肌肉，扩张我们的肺部，促进血液循环，并且使肌肤产生健康作用，此外，它很有趣而且所费不多。桌球是相当温和适中的，它不像足球那么粗野。它是一种室内运动，甚至在下雨天也能玩。因此，桌球是我最喜爱的一种运动。
