内容：今天是国庆节，一个重大的日子，我和朋友们外出旅游，我们上午去了东湖公园，中午在树下野餐，餐后划船游览东湖，我们非常高兴。上岸后，遇到了一些外国朋友，与他们打招呼，有英语和他们交谈，他们夸我们的英语说的好。我们和他们成为了朋友

这一天，过的真开心呀!

今年的国庆，虽然我没有外出找朋友游玩，但确实让我感到这一年的国庆我过的如此充实。

蓦然回首，去年的国庆，我在广州与东莞这两座城市游荡，车马人流，熙熙攘攘，是挺热闹的，但我却感到从未有过的厌烦。何为厌烦呢?对于第一次踏上大城市的我来说，应该是说，可以让自己打开眼界，但为啥会有恰得其反的效果呢?这是因为我厌烦于一出门就坐上车的感觉，仿佛在大城市里去哪里都非搭车不可，特别是在这样的大节日里，更不说提车上的拥挤。

随着时间的流逝，又迎来了今年的国庆，这一年我们没有什么好打算，我只是觉得我今年的学习较少，毕竟是我刚考完高考，我用尽了我所有的学习时间，其他该学习的科目还没有开始奋斗。于是，自己硬起头皮，不再接受任何的诱惑，决定利用国庆长假把学习赶上，不管朋友告诉我一滩最近变的多好或是北京是我们多么向往的地方，我却始终保持自己的初衷。

国庆的第一天，我跟好友玉在宿舍里放假一天时间给自己，把向往好久的电视剧给看完，也许始终是一种学习的力量鞭策着我们，以致我们能够有这么好的冲劲把与学习无关的东西处理完。在接下来的六天日子，当我们学习累的时候，出去外面走走，或者在校园里感受新鲜空气。这让我们都感到了一片宁静的天空，这也许只有在这样的节日里才能感受的到。

虽然我们的国庆节里，没有到哪里去旅游，但我们却在茂名这片土地上感觉到从没有过的清静，因为人总是这样，在经历了车马人流，熙熙攘攘的热闹之后，总是需要回归于大自然的祥和。那现在就让我们一起感觉大自然的美吧!

一到国庆节，街上就热闹起来了。

各家店主抓紧时机，使出自己的“独门绝招”招揽顾客：有的印了许多宣传单来发，有的边拍手边吆喝，有的干脆拿起话筒吆喝起来。

街边的小吃店也是宾客盈门。逛了半天的人们大概肚子饿坏了，纷纷涌进店里，品尝着热腾腾的菜。可怜的服务员忙得晕头转向了。客人吃饱喝足后，大把的钞票都进了老板的腰包。

不知不觉中，已经十二点了，我只好依依不舍地离开了热闹的街市。

早上醒来，到了做运动的时间啦，这个暑假体重增加了不少，肚子上还多了一个游泳圈，应该减减了。所以爸妈要求我每天早上锻炼身体。为了提高我的积极性，爸妈也陪我一起去。“哎呦喂——”我极不情愿地伸了伸懒腰。

我们跑步到了南城文化广场。

先做仰卧起坐。做好一切准备，双手抱头，深吸一口气。“哎呀哎呀，加把劲呀，嘿呀...”我自己给自己鼓劲，刚开始体力还行，轻轻松松搞定十个，还有二十个，我用舌头润滑了一下嘴唇。一鼓作气，“呀——”我使出我全身的力气“十一、十二…二~~九、三~~十。”最后我连数数的力气都没了。还好完成了今天的任务。哎，做俯卧撑去。

我和爸爸都爬到旁边的草地上，我们两个把双手撑在草地上。刚才的仰卧起坐搞得我全身力气都没了。费了九牛二虎之力，终于做完了二十个，累得我气喘吁吁。

半个小时之后，我已经累得满头大汗，又上气不接下气的跑了回家。

看来我的力气还是不够呀。以后得多多锻炼喽。
