今年暑假，我和爸爸、妈妈坐动车去了美丽的城市——厦门。

第二天一大早，我们打的来到了轮渡码头，那里早已人山人海。不一会儿，我们坐着快艇来到了我向往已久的岛中岛——鼓浪屿景区。坐快艇真刺激，让我感觉身子好像要飘起来似的。

我们踏上了鼓浪屿景区，沿着弯弯曲曲像迷宫似的小路，一会儿上坡一会儿下坡，一路参观了日光岩、菽庄花园、皓月园等。最让我印象深刻的是皓月园。那里景色十分优美、风景奇特，还有很多美丽的花：鸡蛋花、凤凰花、牵牛花等是；还有青铜大型群像浮雕，郑成功雕像、郑成功碑廊。进入皓月园，我们沿着石级一级级往上走，终于来到了郑成功的巨大雕像前。那个雕像足足有15。7米高，重1617吨，是由23层625块“泉州白”花岗岩精雕而成。这位民族英雄身披铠甲，手拿宝剑，眼睛看着金门，现现了当年这位民族英雄驱逐荷夷，收复台湾的场面。看着这座雕像，我心里一股崇敬之情油然而升。

出了皓月园，沿着鼓浪屿景区那具有特色的小路返回。坐着返程的渡船，告别了美丽的皓月园，告别了美丽的岛中岛——鼓浪屿景区。

鼓浪屿素有“海上花园”的美称。我和家人乘着邮轮行驶在海面上时，想起一对著名的回文联：“雾锁山头山锁雾，天连水尾水连天。”

我看见过高大挺拔的松树，观赏过傲然耸立的杨树，却从没见过鼓浪屿神奇的榕树。鼓浪屿的榕树真大，大得要十多个人围在一起才能抱住。鼓浪屿的榕树须真长，长得都可以打辫子了。鼓浪屿的榕树真长寿，它的根系非常发达，生命力很强，可以悬空而生，年纪最大的是顽石山房的老榕树，已有467岁。

我看见过香港金碧辉煌的高楼，住过温馨雅致的酒店，却从没见过鼓浪屿这样的房子。都说去厦门必去鼓浪屿，去鼓浪屿必看老房子，那里的建筑被称为“万国建筑博览园”。鼓浪屿的房子真奇啊，绿树中红瓦成片，风格不一的老房子像各有风姿的女子，亭亭玉立。鼓浪屿的房子真多啊，密密麻麻，令人眼花缭乱。
