我每天都会吃这个“营养品”，它不仅可以让我开拓眼界，而且还可以让我积累字词、提升我写作的水平，可算是再好不过了。

我喜欢的书有很多，中国古代四大名著、《三字经》、《百家道》、《假如给我三天光明》……但要说最喜欢，就一定非世界著名生物学家——法布尔所著的《昆虫记》莫属了。

这本书讲述了一位穷人家的孩子在放羊时对生物感兴趣，然后开始慢慢研究昆虫的故事。这一本书让我学到了很多课本上根本没有的知识。如：螳螂的生活习性、蜜蜂修巢的科学性、蚂蚁的王室制……这可比背那些资料有趣多了，看这本书仿佛就可以亲身体验与大自然贴近。看着那本书上的文学，它们仿佛在跳动着向我问好。于是，我深深看上了这本书。

在这当中我最喜欢的情节就是蝉了。蝉的生命很短暂，它们的一生要经历三次蜕皮。成蝉繁殖后就会将卵排入地下，然后等待着死亡。卵孵出小蝉，小蝉就会吃植物的根来保持自己的能量，不久后小蝉就会经历第一次蜕皮。然后小蝉就会向上一些，以保证自己第二次可以成功的蜕皮。在第二次蜕皮后蝉是绿的，身上也有了翅膀，可是这时蝉却无法使用翅膀。在快第三次蜕皮时，蝉会变成褐色，并且在离地面五六厘米处。到了小暑时，蝉就会在傍晚和晚上爬到树上进行第三次蜕皮，若蜕皮完成蝉就可以在空中飞翔了。可每到这时，人们都会趁着晚上开始捉蝉，蝉可以捉回家后用清水反复清洗后放入锅中用油炸，炸出后可食用。所以蝉一上树就会奋力向上爬，完成它最后的蜕变。成为蝉后，蝉就会在树上咬一个口来吸食树中的水分，并且开始用叫声来吸引异性。看了这些，你是不是再也不嫌蝉吵了，毕竟它们生命短暂，而喊叫是唯一让其它成蝉和人们注意到它的方法。

书是一个好东西，它传承了老祖先和名人们的知识，所以我也希望大家可以每天都吃这个“营养品”。

别看我刚上二年级，我可是读了很多书。而我最喜欢的一本书，就是《鲁滨逊漂流记》，这本书我已经读了十三遍了，每次读都是爱不释手。

开始拿到这本书的时候，喜欢它精美的包装和书里的插图，每一章的插图虽然简单，但是都惟妙惟肖，鲁滨逊的破烂衣服，身上的肌肉，还有长长的头发、脸上的表情都画得清清楚楚。

后来我更喜欢里面的文字，鲁滨逊在荒岛上发现新山洞时欣喜，圈养羊的细心；和野人斗争的惊险；收留星期五的幸运……每当读这些，我脑子里就会清晰的浮现一幅幅的动画。

每读一遍都有一些新的发现，第十遍时我才发现鲁滨逊是白种人，才想到和我们黄种人是不同的人种。我问妈妈以后知道世界上还有黑色人种和棕色人种。知道这些人种都分布在世界上哪些地区。当我读到第十二遍的时候，我突然发现鲁滨逊和我喜欢看的动漫《海贼王》里的路飞非常相似，他们都喜欢航海，鲁滨逊斗野人和路飞斗海贼一样厉害，他们都很勇敢，只是路飞有点二。但他们都是我喜欢的类型。

我特别喜欢看这本书，看着它让我感到开心极了！
