There are four seasons in a year.The first season is spring. In spring, almost everything comes back to life. The snow begins to melt, the trees sprout and the grass turns green.Spring is warm so that its a good time to go hiking outdoors. After spring, itis summer. Summer is my favorite season,because I can swim quite often. The third one is autumn. In autumn, the weather is cool and comfortable. Farmers may be the busiest people, because autumn is a time of harvest.Winter is the last season of the year. In winter, the weather is very cold. In the north, it usually snows. Not only at night does the nightingale sing. Autumn is the nicest season of the year in Wuhan.The weather in the autumn is very pleasant.The heat of the summer has gone back.The days are dry,a soft,gentle wind is blowing.School begins again,and we can meet our friends and study together.The winter freeze has not arrived.No snow!no cold!indeed,everyone in this city enjoys autumn the most.

t is autumn. The sky is clem and cloudless. The summer heat is gone. The autumn wind brings us cool. At once the version comes to my mind, "Autumn is rich with fruit and grain. " Actually I see pomegranates red and round on the stall in the market and the pcars big, yellow and juicy. My mouth waters for them. The grains have been harvested, the rice, wheat and corn.

The laurel trees give off fragrance. The perfume makes its way stralght into my nose. The brlght red canna are standing behind rows of tall plane trees. I am waiting for their leaves to turn yellow.Then l can trample on the fallen leaves on both sides of the ground.

At times the autumn rain keeps falling silandy on the trees and flowers and the ground. It washes everything clean. When the sun comes out, the droplets shine bright on the yellow leaves.

What a beautiful painting! Autumn is the season for harvest no pains, no gains. I must study hard so that I can have a big harvest in all my subjects.

冬季长跑是锻炼身体的基础，也是增强体质的运动，这不，学校开始冬季长跑的训练了，同学们个个精神抖擞，盛气凌人。

要开始跑了，开始的时候同学们整齐的步伐，齐声喊着“一二一，一二一……”。跑第一圈的时候，还觉得不错，很轻松，跑了三圈后，觉得有点累，长龙般的队伍也变的七零八乱，杂乱无章了。跑到五圈，脚上的速度渐渐的放慢了，像拖着两块重铁块似的，很沉重，一点儿也走不动了。功夫不负有心人，五圈终于跑完了，虽然还没有汗流浃背，也累的气喘吁吁，心跳也明显加快了，豆大的汗珠从我的脸上流了下来，脸也变得通红通红的。同学们也叽叽喳喳的说“不行了，不行了，累死了，累死了，跑不动了，再跑脚腕就快要断掉了。”重重的呼吸声也回荡在耳边。毕竟这是这个冬天的第一次跑嘛，累也是应该的，以后跑的时间长了，一定就不会觉得那么累了。

在晨光的沐浴下，我们绽放如火的青春。所有的辛苦换来的是我们强健的体魄，所有的汗水也将证明我们的付出。是的，当冬季长跑活动引来一阵又一阵非议的时候，我还是愿意相信当我们认真投入之后，我们会看到我们的同学在粗喘的长跑里渐渐变得运气自如，我们会看到鲜少运动的同学们渐渐露出阳光的笑脸。

时间过得真快，转眼间，冬天就来临了。伴随着冬季的到来，冬季长跑无声无息地开始了。

“叮铃铃”长跑铃声响了，我们以最快的速度冲下楼。开始了又一次的长跑。前面几圈还好不怎么累，可到后来，就气喘吁吁了。虽然，现在是冬天，天十分冷，得让人直打哆嗦，可这么一跑，全身热起来了，只感觉全身发热，汗水不住地一滴一滴流下来，不一会儿，我的全身都湿透了。

慢慢的，我全身越来越重，两只脚就有如挂了铅似的，怎么也迈不动。此时我已经筋疲力尽了，只觉得全身一点儿力气也使不出来，两条腿似乎不是我的了，那样机械，那样麻木地摆动着。我心里暗暗地想着：“唉!要是这时候下起了他大雨，那该多好啊!那我们就不要跑步了，坐在教室里多轻松啊!唉!如果现在我的面前出现一瓶水，那该多好啊!我口实在太渴了，好像有一团火烧似的，如果有水，我一定要一引而尽。唉!如果我生病了，那该多好啊!可以像他们一样，坐在旁边悠闲自得地闲聊，太幸福了!唉!如果……”不过，我又安慰自己：“不!还是坚持一下吧!快到终点了!所以，一定要坚持下去!”

忽然，前面的同学停下来了，跑完了!我忽然发现，只要有“坚持”的心理，长跑也会显得十分短。看来，坚持就是胜利!
