Dad, I remember when you first took me fishing. I loved going even though I

never caught anything. I also remember when you would get mad at me. I realize

you were only trying to show me the right way. When I would cry, you would

always be there to try to cheer me up. That’s what I call a good, loving, caring

dad. Sometimes you and Mom don’t agree with the decisions I make, but you are

there by my side in whatever I do, and that’s why I love you both so much.

Mom, we have our girls night out every Friday and I hope that never

changes, even when I am in college. I love telling you everything; the best part

about you is that you listen. Not only do you have great style, but you love to

have fun, and Dad does, too. You always give me your opinion and I listen. And

the words, “Close sesame!” and the door immediately closed shut very tightly.

And then robbers hopped on their horses, and galloped away through the

fields.

Ali Baba stared at them for a long time until he couldn’t see them.

And so Ali Baba got down from the tree, and went to the big rock. And as he

knew the words, he pronounced, “Open sesame!” the door immediately opened. Then

he went inside. To Ali Baba’s surprise, he found a golden chamber, and in it was

gold and diamonds of all kinds! Ali Baba couldn’t even believe his luck!

Im glad to receive your letter. Now I will tell you something about my plan

for summer vacation after the final exam. Firstly, I will learn to drive. I

那一天，2008年的5月12日。那一时，14时28分。本是一个平常得不能再平常的日子。可是，突如其来的大地震使四川省相当一部分地区打破了原有的宁静。让这一天笼罩在恐慌之中!你们也被压在千钧巨石之下，这揪心的痛，这热血无休止地流，也牵动了无数中国人乃至世界人民的心!真是太惨烈了，太感动了，也太难以置信了。

那次地震无情地将你们的房屋推倒了，将你们打得遍体鳞伤了，有的小朋友甚至还未体味到人世间的甜和苦，就将他们送到另一个世界去了……每当，电视屏幕上滚动一次的伤亡人数的记录，我的心就悸动一次。这些血淋淋的数字中，虽然流的是你们的血，伤的是你们的肉，倒的是你们的房，可痛的是我们的心啊。

我也很难以置信，在你们当中，将人性的光辉演绎得如此的完美，如此感人，在困难面前，表现出来的果敢是如此的惊人。映秀小学五年级的邹雯樱，体育成绩在班上是洨洨者，可以地震那天，她为了组织学生脱离危险，自己跑到最后，永远地跑在了后面，倒下去就再也没有起来了，让生的希望留给了大多数同学。秀镇渔子溪小学二年级的班长，年仅9岁的林浩，在他及他班上的同学被埋在废墟里时，他冷静地带领同学一起唱歌，“我们都有一个家，名字叫中国，兄弟姐妹都很多，景色也不错……”以此来战胜恐惧。爬出废墟后，发现一名昏倒的女同学，他立即把同学背到安全地带。紧接着，他又一次返回废墟，救出了另一名受伤的同学。在抢救同学的过程中，林浩的头部被砸破，手臂严重拉伤。还有，为了救同学断臂的白乐潇，还有，为了刨出在废墟中的女同学而坚持了4个小时的马健，还有……如果，不是听到现场的报道，如果，不是看到报纸上的连载，如果，不是浏览到网页上一幅幅感人的画面，如果没有这些活鲜鲜的证据，真是太难以置信了。你们，是四川人民的骄傲，中国人民的骄傲，是世界人民的骄傲。中国，真棒!四川，真棒!小朋友，真棒!

我曾经在电视上看到过你们瘦弱的身影、无助的眼神。同时看到了你们的学校，一间间破旧的房子，黑乎乎的墙壁，破烂不堪的桌子，没有电灯，剥落掉漆的黑板，甚至只能用土块来代替粉笔写字，这一切是我们无法想像的。可是你们在这么艰苦、贫困的条件下仍然努力学习、渴求知识，这种精神值得我敬佩。

回头看看我们自己，宽敞明亮的教室，崭新的桌椅，学习文具更是各式各样，有功能各异的笔、色彩斑斓的书包。可我们身在“福中不知福”，过着饭来张口、衣来伸手的生活。和你们相比，我是多么地自愧不如。

你好!

去年，我们在旅游的时候认识了，你便邀请我到你的家乡做客，你的家乡太美了，不仅有山还有水，还有一些著名的特色小吃，今年暑假我便邀请你来到我的家乡“板栗之乡”———邵店镇做客。

板栗属于壳斗科植物，其果实素有“干果之王”的美誉。我们这里有的板栗树高达20多米，树干够十几个小朋友围起来那么粗，树冠犹如一把大伞，夏天可以乘凉，秋天就可以收获果实了。

最有趣的要数收获板栗了，一进板栗园，虽然你闻不到香气，但是你能看到板栗树上硕果累累，如果你要想进入板栗园的话你必须要戴上安全帽，因为长满针刺的栗包掉下来可不是开玩笑的!

听妈妈说：“栗子树还会变色呢，你看春天的栗子树树叶发芽，夏天的栗子树树叶变绿，秋天的栗子树变黄了。”
