刘老师好像知道我在想什么似的，立刻说：“现在可以吃一小口?。”我咬了一小口，细细地品尝起来，一边尝一边看窗外天空上的圆月亮，情不自禁地想到：边喝饮料，边吃月饼，边看月亮，还有比这更幸福、更美好的生活吗?月饼的味道真甜呀!像我们的生活一样甜。

刘老师说：“吃完了吗?”我赶紧大口大口地吃起来，嘴巴鼓得像一个大苹果。正在这时，我发现月亮的位置竟然变了，似乎也亮了许多，看来，月亮也来凑热闹了!

想着想着，我眼前好像出现了一片天空，北极星、北斗七星、南斗六星、仙女座、射手座等星座全部布满天空，最引人注目的是：一个巨大无比的月亮静静地挂在天空，向大地分洒着银色的光芒……

以后，每到八月十五，我都要吃月饼，赏月，喝饮料，过一个快乐的晚上。

I am at present a student at Mary High School, Hong Kong, where I have been studying for the past five years. I passed the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination last year with distinctions in English and History, and credits in Economics and English Literature. 最令人期待的时刻终于到来了，傍晚时分，姨夫开始准备升火;阿姨忙着把食材分类，并且准备佐料;妈妈煮了一大锅菜头贡丸汤;表弟表妹们帮着摆桌椅;我忙着端食材到户外，一切准备就绪。今晚，姨夫负责掌厨，没一会儿工夫，阵阵香味扑鼻，烤肉香让口水直流的大表弟食指大动;表妹狼吞虎咽的吃着玉米，小表弟顾着汽水瓶，生怕别人倒完他的汽水，而我还是耐心的等待我的鸡屁股，祖父、祖母及表舅吃着月饼配老人茶，话当年。妈妈把柚子剥成一顶帽子在小表弟的头上，全家人聚在一起，好不快乐!

I seem to recall best a journey we made by tram one winter night.

We were going to visit my Granny at Westoe, and I was very excited, because an evening excursion was something quite unheard of for me. It had been raining; the gas lamps lit the gleaming pavements and cobbles with a doubled radiance. The shaking tram wires were sending down showers of white raindrops. Everything in the ram seemed fresh and glittering. The breezy windows sparkled with long zigzags of rain and the passing street lamp flared gorgeously through the panels of blue and yellow and ruby glass. Outside, it was cold and windy, and we could feel the gale buffeting against the side of the tram, making it sway and lurch ore than usual, and throwing the passengers of song, and the fresh, clean, cold sea-wind was blowing right through the upper deck. Above, a high half-moon seemed to be skidding along on its back through piles of black, white-lined rags. It was a wild night, with a sense of magic in the offing. The people in the tram did not like ordinary mortals; a kind of exhilaratinggaietyhadseizedthem,anditseseememed to lighten their bodies and illuminate their faces. At times I was sure we were really flying.

“三人行，必有我师焉”。珍惜朋友，因为朋友之中，必定有能为尔师之人，“力拔山兮气盖世”的项羽，却败给了懦弱的阿斗。这引起了几千年来的不少争议。我想，其中原因之一是项羽没有珍惜他的朋友。刘备我们早已晓之“桃园三结义”，三条汉子寝则同床，无不见他们的亲密程度。在战场上，关羽、张飞也为刘备立下了赫赫的战功，当张飞、关羽死去时，刘备“大痛”，寝食不安。而项羽，能为他出生入死的人很少，对于他的忠实谋臣范增他也不加珍惜，“若属皆且为所虏”，这是范增悲愤的呼喊，传荡了整个郦山，却传不到项羽的耳朵里，悲哉!

当然历史的教训不仅教给我们去珍惜国家，珍惜朋友，我们还要珍惜生命，珍惜时间。浪费时间，毁生命也。孔子曰：逝者如斯夫，不舍昼夜。我们当在少时读书，珍惜时间，否则只能“老大徒伤悲了”。我们的祖国在腾飞，未来的蓝图等我们去描绘，我们要珍惜时间，完成学业，来创造祖国的明天。

其实，朋友很多时候都会好心提醒你，只是有时候，可能会被误会，但是我们要珍惜友情，体会朋友的好心，懂得换位思考，才能让友情更加深厚。

又到了中秋节啦!

家家户户都是那么的热闹。我们家的饭厅里，也充满了团圆的喜庆。餐桌上，鸡鸭鱼肉芳香四溢，把我和弟弟馋得直流口水。等妈妈一说开饭，我就迫不及待地把鸡腿往嘴巴里塞。这还不够，手里还要攥着几只大龙虾，生怕贪吃的老弟给抢了过去。

也许你会觉得我太没淑女形象了，可弟弟比我有过之而无不及。瞧!一个碗里满满地装着饮料，另一个碗里虽说装着饭，可鸡肉和鱼肉在碗里都快装不下了。妈妈在旁边一边劝弟弟慢点吃，可一边又一个劲地使劲把菜往弟弟碗里夹，弄得弟弟的嘴巴一秒钟都没有停下过。这场面，把全家人都逗得哈哈大笑。

有美食，当然也要有美景。这不，才吃完，我们一家人就摸着圆滚滚的肚皮，兴高采烈地上楼去赏月去了。

楼顶上，晚风轻轻地抚摸着我们的脸颊，好不清爽。全家人一边磕着瓜子，一边盯着天空聊起了今年的月亮。

那该是怎样的一幅美景啊!墨色的天空仿佛是一个美丽的舞台，星星点点的孔明灯成了一道好看的风景线。没过一会儿，月亮才像一个羞涩的姑娘似的，缓缓地从云层中露出了白皙的脸蛋。在月中那朦胧的黑影里，我仿佛依稀看到了嫦娥抱着可爱的月兔，正跳着古典的舞蹈：美丽的长袖忽上忽下，忽左忽右，脚步轻盈的嫦娥一会儿从这里优雅地转一个身，一会儿又在那里踮起了小碎步，像灵巧的蝴蝶一样在月宫中穿梭飞舞。她一边舞，一边唱，可她的目光却有点忧郁，好像在盼望着什么似的——好美啊!

Dear Mary,

I am sorry to trouble you, but nobody would come into my mind to help me except you.

You know, I had planned this holiday for several years. A t last, my dream came true. You could imagine how excited I was. My mind was completely occupied with the holiday. I forgot to collect my laundry. I dont know if you can help me collect my laundry. I sent the laundry to the Johns. It is the one down the corner on St. Peters Street. You cant miss it, because the house is painted green-a big green house. I have got two pairs of trousers, three shirts, one T-shirt and a blanket. Call a taxi to send you home. I will pay you back when I am home.

My first stop is London. It is raining. The streets are very clean. How I wish I could have the chance to see the famous London fog. But someone told me that was already the history. One can only read things like that about London in books.

Christmas is one of the most important celebrations of the year for the western countries. It falls on the twenty- fifth of December and has the same importance as Chinese New Year to people with English backgrounds. The celebration is for the birth of Jesus Christ, who is the son of God in Christianity. Now days Christmas is no longer only celebrated by the Christians, but by most people from all over the world.

On the twenty- fourth of December everyone gets excited for it’s the day before Christmas which is called Christmas Eve. The children are usually sent to bed early and are warned that “Santa Claus will only come and give you a present if you be good.” The younger kids actually believe that Santa will come down the chimney on the sleigh that’s pulled by his reindeers. Food like short bread and beer are prepared for Santa when he comes, however most times parents just eat them. Some children put socks and sacks up for the holding of the presents (that their parents put in).

Rise and shine on Christmas morning! The children are always the first ones to wake up, some even do at four. Present wrappers everywhere! They look into their presents with a big smile on their face and oh dear….I hope no one’s disappointed. I feel sorry for anyone that got pink underwear. Children play while dinner is prepared by the adults. The Christmas dinner are usually eaten together by relatives. The tradition of Christmas pudding and roosters are usually eaten with deserts afterwards. The rest of the day is usually games and fun before the good days all come to an end.

中秋节是我国的传统佳节在农历八月十五日，是我国仅次于春节的第二大传统节日。

八月十五恰在秋季的中间，所以称中秋节。根据史籍的记载，“中秋”一词最早出现在《周礼》一书中。到魏晋时，直到唐朝初年，中秋节才成为固定的节日。中秋节的盛行始于宋朝，至明清时，已与元旦齐名，成为我国的主要节日之一。

中秋之这一天，天上的圆月分外明亮特别的大特别的圆，所以这一天被看着是团圆的大好日子，也被人们喻为最有人情味、最诗情画意的一个节日。有人说，每逢佳节倍思亲。中秋节这一份思念当然会更深切，尤其是一轮明月高高挂的时刻，不要忘了，让真情贺卡给远方的亲人朋友一个问候祝福团圆之夜，明月高悬。因此，又称八月十五为“团圆节”。古往今来，人们常用“月圆”、“月缺”来形容“悲欢离合。”客居他们的游子，更是以月寄托深情。唐代诗人李白的“ 举头望明月，低头思故乡。”杜甫的“露从夜今白，月是故乡明。”宋代诗人王安石的“春风有绿江南岸，明月何时照我还。”等诗句，都是千古绝唱。

现在中秋节这一天，全国人民还可以享受一天的假期，合家团圆呢!

每年的除夕，是中国最重要，最隆重的节日之一，也是我最喜欢的节日。关于除夕的来历，这还是一个传说呢!

中国古时候有个叫"年"的怪兽，每到除夕总是出来伤害别人，所以每到除夕人们总是多到山上去避"年"。今年的除夕又到了，但这时，村里来了个奇怪的乞丐老人，到处向村民乞讨，但没人给予他食物，大家都在做躲年的准备。只有一位婆婆给了他一些食物，并劝他赶快上山避"年"。老人笑道:"婆婆让我在家中呆一夜，我一定把它撵走。"

不管婆婆怎样劝说，老人总是笑而不语。婆婆无奈，只好匆匆上山躲避去了。半夜，"年"闯进了村子里，见到村中只有婆婆家门贴红纸，屋内灯火通明。年见到了红色十分愤怒，猛地朝婆婆家扑去，突然院内传来"啪啪"的鞭炮声。年受到了惊吓，慌忙逃走了。到了第二天，避难的人回来，见到村里安然无恙十分惊奇，婆婆恍然大悟，赶忙向村民诉说了这件事的起因。欣喜若狂的乡亲们为了庆祝吉祥的来临，纷纷穿新衣带新帽，到亲戚家问好。

在除夕，每家每户洋溢着喜气扬扬的气氛，门边都贴上了金光闪闪的对联，劈里啪啦的鞭炮声就像锅里炒芝麻似的连接不断，家家灯火通明，每家每户的饭菜飘满了大街小巷。在这一天，外边做事的人，除非万不得已，必定赶回来吃团圆饭。这一夜，除了很小的孩子，其他人都要守更待岁。

我们在除夕这一天，中午吃完饭爸爸他们男的拿着一副对联下去贴，我们几个女的拿着拜神的东西，也下去供神仙。等我们弄完这些琐碎的事情，便上去准备饭菜。大人们在煮饭做菜，我则坐在电脑钱发新年贺卡给好友。终于到晚上了，我们一家人围坐在桌前吃团圆饭，享受着这美食，我们互敬着对方，脸上洋溢着掩饰不住的笑容。吃完饭后，便坐在电视机前看春晚，等待着十二点的到来。一家人看着可笑的小品，吃着买回来的年货，过年的味道真浓!终于，十二点到了，我们拿着鞭炮下去放，劈里啪啦的鞭炮烟溢满了整个一楼，好开心啊!

这就是我最喜欢的节日——除夕。

The Great Wall is the symbol and pride of China,and it is famous all over the world.

But,do you know about it?Let me tell you something about it.The Great Wall was first built during the Qin Dynasty,which was the beginning of the Feudal Society of China.Hower,it was not what it is now.It was very short.The following dynasties continued to build it It became longer and longer and finally reached to about 5000 kilometres,winding from the Shanhai Pass,north-east of China to the Jiayu Pass,north-west China.

Being solid and strong ,the Great Wall acted a very important part,protecting the governors and their people from being attacted by their enemies in ancient China.

Nowadays,the Great Wall has become one of well-known interesting places of China,attracting millions of visitors througth the world.

人生，坎坷而复杂，让人捉摸不透。理想，对美好未来的憧憬与向往。要想你的人生丰富多彩，就要为自己的理想去奋斗，去努力。

我，一个平凡的人，也许在茫茫人海之中，我只是一个不起眼的人，但我有一颗不平凡的心，因为我理想要做一位老师。

“春蚕到死丝方尽，蜡炬成灰泪始干”这是对于一位老师的评价。老师，一个熟悉的字眼，一个圣洁的职业。我，理想做一位老师，一位时时刻刻为学生着想的老师。当我从电视上看到山里的孩子因贫穷后或没有老师教诲，我的心便有一丝触动，我，要做一位老师，让他们渴望得到知识的心灵得到满足。当我看到因自身条件而无法读书的孩子，听着学校里朗朗读书声，而不禁落下泪珠时，我不禁替她难过，我，要做一位老师，不求回报的让他们汲取知识的营养。我知道，在理想成功之前，必须经过磨炼，才能使我的理想更加辉煌，灿烂。

理想如灯，照亮前方的路;理想如指向标，指明前方的路;理想如朝霞，照亮前方的黑暗。我的理想是现实的，它不华丽，也不伟大，它是我心中一团燃烧的火，是我向前发展的动力。我，会为我的理想而努力奋斗!
