On the way home or to school, they usually buy some junk food in the shops, eating while walking. As we all know, junk foods such as such as KFC and Pizzahut are harmful. They are seriously endangering the health of our children.

Junk foods are anything but nutritious. They taste wonderful on our mouth but have got more harmfulness within. As junk foods contain excess of cholesterol, saturated fat, sugar, salt and more calories, they are liable to make children get fat, just like the two boys shown in the picture. Besides, junk foods may lead to some other medical problems in children. What’s worse, eating lots of junk food may make children get harder to choose healthy food over time. A new research shows thatchildren brought up on healthy diets are more intelligent compared with their junk food eating counterparts.

Therefore, some necessary actions must be taken to keep the junk food aways from children. First of all, an education program should be carried out among children so that they know junk food is harmful to their health. The government should encourage food manufactorturers to produce more healthy and nutritious food for children. What more important, parents should hold the responsibily to ensure that their children stay away from junk food.

From this incident,we can see that there are still more things to be done.Firstly,the government needs everything possible to ensure the quality of products,particularly the safety of food as this concerns everyones life.Secondly,as for the producers,it is very important for them to be morally honest.They should never try to pursue profit or economic growth at the expense of health and life of people.Thirdly,we consumers must attach importance to the things we eat and develop an awareness of how to protect our legal rights if cheated.Only in this way will we be able to build a more secure and harmonious society.

对于这个问题，我曾经反复思考，最终我得到一个可令所有人信服的答案——全部!

记得九月刚开学时的那一个傍晚，我从宿舍出来，准备去上晚修课。出门时以有点点细雨在飘，由于疏懒，我没再回去拿伞。走到半路，雨骤然变大，我除了怀里的几本书，几乎都要湿了，当时也许有些后悔，但我很快了解到这一次不带伞是正确的。

正在这时，我发现身上突然没有了被雨水打击的感觉，抬头一看，才发现有一位素不相识的姐姐为我打伞。我猛然反应过来，连声说：“谢谢!”

一路上，我们走得很近，仿佛可以清楚听见彼此的心跳。我感觉到对方有一颗火热的心。因为我从不曾想过，雨中为一个不相识的人打伞是一种真情，一种奉献，直到那一天。其中，我们并未有太多的交谈，也许路程太短，也许是如此相遇令我们都变得腼腆了。更令我感到遗憾的是我忘了问她的姓名。临走时，我连她的容貌都未看清，雨中的黑暗，使每个人显得神秘。但我知道，她一定是个天使。更出乎意料的是，我永远忘不了她那美丽的伞，淡绿色的底上精美地绣着两只舞蹈的彩蝶。

记得前些天，也下起了同样的雨，我也因受上次的感动，做了同样一件帮助别人的事。

我想，如果没有上次的雨中相助，我不会相信社会的关怀可以达到如此境界;我不会明白人情可以这样温暖;更不会懂得帮助别人与被帮助可以这样快乐。

同时，我也相信被我帮助过的同学也有同样的体会。

在此，我可以更加坚定地说：

“一把普通的伞，可以遮挡全部的风雨!”

水对气候具有调节作用。大气中的水汽能阻挡地球辐射量的60%，保护地球不致冷却。海洋和湖泊在夏季能吸收和积累热量，使气温不致过高;在冬季则能缓慢地释放热量，使气温不致过低。水的威力无穷大，侵蚀岩石土壤、冲淤河道、搬运泥沙、营造平原、每时每刻都在改变着地表形态，俨然成了地球的缔造者。

水，孕育出生命的出现，得以繁衍，无论是生活、工作、学习、休闲都离不开水，可谓是功不可没!可现如今人们无暇顾及水的贵重，污染、浪费、糟蹋水比比皆是，看!有人洗手时水龙头就一直开着;有人把水乱泼乱洒以此来取乐;一瓶甘甜的矿泉水，喝了一半就扔了;有的工厂只顾自己的利益，把污水、工业废水排到河里!原本清澈的水源变得浑浊，大片大片漂浮着泡沫。。。我们赖以生存的水正在被污染、被浪费，她哭了。

电视、报纸、杂志均作报道，缺水是世界城市面临的首要问题，目前全球有46%的城市人口缺水，水资源的储备、灌注、分配和调节亦是全球的重要议题。为了让全世界都关心淡水资源短缺的问题，第47届联合国大会决定将每年3月22日定为世界水日。

我认为，我们应该节约水，节约水可以从小事做起，比如我们在洗手时，没有用到水的时候，就应该把水龙头关掉。洗脸水可以用来洗脚;养鱼水可以用来浇花;洗衣水

可以用来拖地等。要知道，水是宝贵的!

黄河之水天上来，奔到流海不复回。生命之源，它亦能载舟、也能覆舟。我们要珍惜水，节约水，不要让眼泪成为我们的最后一滴水!

As a child, I am so luck. I don’t need to worry about food. I always have enough delicious food, live in a big house, and have beautiful clothes to dress. I am so happy that I have no idea to treasure all these things. I am a kind of particular about food. I often eat a little for one dish and the throw it away, because I have many choices. I will be full after eating several dishes. But one day, I watch a piece of news on TV. It is about some Africa children who are suffering starvation. They are so poor. They are not only having no food to eat but also having little water to drink. A bowl of rice is very rare for them. Seeing their longing eyes, I feel guilty. I am regret about wasting food before. How can I waste so much rare food? From now on, I will try my best to save food, to do something for them.

Environmental problems are being more and more serious all over the world。

For example， cars have made the air unhealthy for people to breathe and

poisonous gas is given off by factories。 Trees on the hills have been cut down

and waste water is being poured continuously into rivers。Furthermore， wherever

we go today， we can find rubbish carelessly disposed。 Pollution is， in fact，

threatening our existence。

The earth is our home and we have the duty to take care of it for ourselves

and for our later generations。 Fortunately， more and more people have realized

these problems。 Measures have been taken to cope with these problems by the

government。 Laws have been passed to stop pollution。 I hope the problem will be

solved in the near future and our home will bee better and better。
