除夕十分热闹。在这一天我们按照老规矩是要杀家禽的。家家户户都赶着做年菜，到处都是香喷喷的香味。每一户人家的门外都贴上了红红的对联。这一天，小孩子们欢喜，大人们也忙乱。除夕的夜晚，有人会放烟花。那个时候，天空中顿时变得火花满天，绚丽多彩。那一朵朵烟花在空中飞舞，有的好像闪烁着神秘光彩的宝石，有的像闪闪发光的星星，有的像小蜜蜂在空中飞舞，有的喷着红光升到空中，照亮了整个夜空。“噼里啪啦”的鞭炮声响彻云霄，划破了夜空的沉静，孩子们的欢呼声，大人们的议论声、鞭炮声送走了旧岁，迎来了新年。

正月初一到了!大家都穿上了新衣服。小孩子们一般会到亲戚家拜年，女人们会到庙里拜佛，男人们有时会随着孩子一起出去;有时则会待在家里。这一天，街上会有很多小贩出来摆摊，有的卖玩具，有的卖小吃，有的卖日常用品…真是品种繁多啊!

正月初二，春节的又一个高潮到了。在这一天我们一早就会去外婆家。我们会在外婆家玩耍、吃饭、拜年。大人们在一起谈天说地，我们小孩子则在一边玩。一家人聚在一起，互相拜年，问候对方，那种感觉很温暖。

“百里不通风，千里不同俗”，这就是我们的春节，你们的春节又是怎样过的呢?

过年啦!过年啦!我早早地回到了东阳老家。外婆这几天可忙了，整天忙着买这买那，外公和我忙着打扫房间。商店和超市里挤满了人，大家都忙着采购年货。街道上张灯结彩，家家户户都挂着红灯笼、贴上了红对联。

大家都准备干干净净、红红火火地过新年。

大年三十妈妈也从杭州赶回来了。晚上我们全家都聚在了外婆家吃年夜饭。年夜饭可丰盛了，有必备的年糕和鱼，年糕即年年高，大家都希望吃了年糕后生活一年比一年高。鱼，预示年年有余，都表示人们美好的祝愿。还有全鸡、全鸭、羊肉、牛肉……吃完年夜饭，我还收到了许多压岁钱。妈妈说：“压岁钱可以压住邪气，使我在新的一年里平平安安、学习进步。”当妈妈他们在看春节联欢晚会时，我和哥哥姐姐早就在家门口放起鞭炮了，我们有各种各样的鞭炮―――太空人、风火轮、蝙蝠烟花……晚上我们要熬夜一直到天亮，这叫守岁。第二天可以穿漂亮的新衣服了。

我就是这样过年的，不过一直到正月十五才算过完年。过年的习俗还有一个神话故事：有一只十分凶恶的怪兽，它叫年。每年大年三十晚上都要从水里爬出来吃人。人们为了躲避它，大年三十晚上早早关紧了自家的大门，坐着等待天亮，初一早晨，人们在见面时，都要互相拱手庆贺，这样的礼俗慢慢地变成了今天的拜年。有一年，年突然冲进江南一个村庄，人们几乎都被吃光。只有一对穿红衣服的新婚夫妇和一群在放爆竹的小孩平安无事。通过这件事，人们知道年的弱点。于是，每到大年三十人们都贴红纸、穿红衣、挂红灯、放爆竹。

过年真热闹!

转眼就到春节了，我天天盼天天盼终于盼到这一天了，因为过春节爸爸妈妈不但给我买衣服还会给我压岁钱。

一年一度的春节终于到来了，平时我都是睡到很晚才起来，这一大清早的就是鞭炮声不断，想多睡一会都不行，这时候我的老叔和老婶在外地赶了回来，一进屋看就叫我小懒虫起床了，老婶笑着说正好看看老婶给你买的衣服合不合身，说了从兜里给我拿出了今年最流行的粉色连衣裙，我高兴坏了，连忙说谢谢婶子，老婶说这孩子和我你还客气什么，我告诉的传上了，不大不小正好。老叔看到我穿上新衣服说看看这才是我家的公主，模样长的好在配上新衣服太漂亮了。妈妈在一旁说不用年年都给她买，去年的还能穿那，我撅着小嘴不高兴的说;妈妈好讨厌啊，大家都笑着说看看把小公主惹不高兴了吧。到了吃早饭的时间了，妈妈说今天过年，我给你们下厨房大家想吃什么随便的点，我负责给你们做厨师。我连忙说我点一个焦炒，在来一个炸春卷，爸爸说把我昨天买的那条大鲤鱼炖上，叔叔和婶子说;都是自己家人不用做太多，吃不了还浪费。妈妈笑着说这不过来了大家凑到一起热闹多做几个菜，随便让你们尝尝我的手艺。叔叔说我可是好几年都没吃到嫂子做的菜了。我把爸爸事先给我买好的鞭炮拿了出来，拉着叔叔的手让叔叔帮我放鞭炮。叔叔说;老师在学校教没教你们如何放鞭炮啊?我说;老师说了放鞭炮要大人陪着，所以我才找叔叔陪着我啊。叔叔摸着我的头说就知道我家公主最乖了。放完了鞭炮妈妈叫我们吃饭了，大家酒桌上端着酒杯彼此说着新春的祝福，老婶一直往我碗里夹着我最爱吃的菜，整个饭桌上热闹极了，我最喜欢这种场面了。晚上八点到了晚会的时候我和妈妈准时守着电视，我最喜欢的演员赵本山，郭德纲，巩汉林，潘长江，还有主持人朱军和董卿等等他们的演出很有笑点，逗得我和妈妈笑个不停。叔叔和爸爸他们在一边玩着扑克牌也是玩的很热闹，春节的晚上大家都显得格外兴奋一晚上都没睡觉。

春节都过去好几天了，可是大年三十晚上热闹的情景还是时常浮现在我的脑海里。

The Lunar New Year is now popularly known as the Spring Festival because it starts from the Begining of Spring . Its origin is too old to be traced. Several explanations are hanging around. All agree, however, that the word Nian, which in modern Chinese solely means year , was originally the name of a monster beast that started to prey on people the night before the beginning of a new year.

One legend goes that the beast Nian had a very big mouth that would swallow a great many people with one bite. People were very scared. One day, an old man came to their rescue, offering to subdue Nian. To Nian he said, I hear say that you are very capable, but can you swallow the other beasts of prey on earth instead of people who are by no means of your worthy opponents? So, it did swallow many of the beasts of prey on earth that also harassed people and their domestic animals from time to time.

After that, the old man disappeared riding the beast Nian. He turned out to be an immortal god. Now that Nian is gone and other beasts of prey are also scared into forests, people begin to enjoy their peaceful life. Before the old man left, he had told people to put up red paper decorations on their windows and doors at each year s end to scare away Nian in case it sneaked back again, because red is the color the beast feared the most.

From then on, the tradition of observing the conquest of Nian is carried on from generation to generation. The term Guo Nian , which may mean Survive the Nian becomes today Celebrate the Year as the word guo in Chinese having both the meaning of pass-over and observe . The custom of putting up red paper and firing fire-crackers to scare away Nian should it have a chance to run loose is still around. However, people today have long forgotten why they are doing all this, except that they feel the color and the sound add to the excitement of the celebratio

“怦怦怦，噼里啪啦……”这是从哪里传来的声音呢?我们去看一看吧!今天早上还像懒猪一样睡觉的我突然被一阵阵鞭炮声给惊醒了，我穿好了衣裳就向窗外望去，大街上热热闹闹的充满了过年的气氛，到处都是张灯结彩，鞭炮震耳，人人都洋溢在新年的喜悦中;对呀!今天过年我们一家三口还要回老家拜年呢!

我兴奋地跑下楼，这不妈妈也收拾好了行李，正准备喊我起床呢，就这样我们坐上了爸爸的汽车，一路上可真堵啊!应该都是回去过年的人们吧!我和妈妈在车上有说有笑，不时妈妈还让我猜下关于春节的成语，爸爸和妈妈还一人给我准备了200块钱的压岁包，我双手接过红包，还给他们说上了吉祥的话，爸妈说得最多的就是祝我身体健康，努力学习!就这样，过了一两个小时我们就到了老家，爷爷奶奶叔叔在家里等我们，见到了我们也是哈哈大笑呢!奶奶摸着我的头说：“又长高了”，只见奶奶做了一桌子的好菜来接待我们，我最喜欢吃奶奶做的菜了。我们给两位老人家说了吉祥话，他们也是笑得合不拢嘴呢!也是早已给我准备好了红包，这时外面又响起了喜庆的鞭炮声，这声声音好像在说过年啦!过年啦!家家吉祥!万事如意!吃过午饭，我们就去亲戚家拜年了，一家人团聚可真是热闹呀!

这时候家家户户在门前挂上了灯笼，贴上了对联，还有窗户上都贴上了“福”这个吉祥字。吃过晚饭，烟花在天空上就像一朵朵大花，可真美呀!所以这个节日也是我们孩子最喜欢的节日，因为可以收到好多压岁钱呢!嘻嘻!我喜欢过春节，你们应该也喜欢这个传统的大节日吧。

新的一年又悄悄地来到了我们的身边，这是中国人最兴奋、最激动的时刻。新的一年，新的气象，让我们在这新的一年里快快乐乐地成长吧!

今天是腊月二十四，一大早，我就看见爸爸妈妈拿着扫帚，戴着口罩，好像大闹天宫似的，我就问爸爸：“爸爸，今天是什么日子，好像很隆重似的?”爸爸笑呵呵地对我说：“今天是腊月二十四，家家户户都在扫房子

就这样，天色也不早了。之所以晚上是小孩子们的乐园，那是因为我们可以放烟花

一大早，我看妈妈从外面买来牛奶，酒……我心里就想着：哇!妈妈买来这么多好吃的，一定是我这几天表现非常好，所以才给我买这么多好吃的。我连忙跑过去兴奋地说：“这么多零食是给我的吗?”妈妈扑哧一笑说：“你这个小馋猫，这些是用来拜年
