车还是蛮快的，晚上已经到了山海关。可惜，没见到长城，大晚上乌漆墨黑的，啥都看不见。妈妈可能看出了我的不开心，说：“等回来还能见到航母呢！急什么。”我一听，两眼放光，“真的么？”“真的真的。”“红豆泥？”“红豆。”那还说什么，速度开车，我已经等不及了！

晚上迎来的不仅是欣喜，还有热气。一夜无眠，早上起来顶着一对熊猫眼，我妈很没有良心的笑了起来。我只能低下头，默默吃饭，心中早已被航母所征服。我：“速度速度，我要见到航母！”

The book has brought me some negative effects. To begin with, much of my valuable time and energy have been wasted in reading the book since it is quite hard to identify many words in the book. What’s more, I have not benefited from reading the book since some of keys to the exercises are misprinted.

“嘿嘿，用这朵大蘑菇当太阳伞，真是天大的好事！”懒巫婆躺在一朵漂亮的大蘑菇下面，晒着太阳，伸着懒腰。

一只红蚂蚁抓住红蘑菇的伞盖边缘，快乐地荡着秋千。“阿嚏。”懒巫婆打了个大大的喷嚏。随着喷嚏喷出的气流，那只红蚂蚁飞到了空中，最后，落到了懒巫婆的肩膀上。

懒巫婆抓住红蚂蚁，稍稍用了一点力，拧了一下红蚂蚁的红屁股。

“哧溜。”从红蚂蚁的红屁股里喷出一个圆圆的小红球儿，正好落在懒巫婆的鼻梁上。懒巫婆皱着眉头，生气地说：“你这小家伙儿，居然敢对着我放臭屁，看我不收拾你！”

红蚂蚁趁着懒巫婆用手去摸鼻梁的时候，一溜烟儿逃跑了。不管懒巫婆用什么方法，都没能把鼻梁上的小红球抓下来。

“呵呵！可别弄掉我，我可以给你洗脸呢！”哈哈！那个小红球儿居然开口说话了。

噢，懒巫婆太希望有人给她洗脸了！可是，她对小红球儿说：“你不就是个小小的球儿吗？怎么可能帮我洗脸？你肯定是个骗子！”

“在红蚂蚁的屁股里，藏着一颗红宝石，有了它，我就可以变成一个可以为你洗脸的小女孩。”小红球儿说得很认真，“我们去找红蚂蚁吧。”

“嘀嘀嘀！嗒嗒嗒！我是快乐的舞蹈家！”

看，就在这朵点缀着白花的大红蘑菇上，红蚂蚁正在欢快地跳着舞，嘴里还哼着小曲儿呢！

“我一个喷嚏，喷你下来！”懒巫婆气愤地说。

不好了！懒巫婆的一个喷嚏，把蘑菇伞盖打了个大窟窿。红蚂蚁掉进窟窿里了！这时候，更令人意想不到的事情发生了：那朵红蘑菇越长越高，越长越大，最后，变成了一座漂亮的蘑菇屋。多么漂亮的蘑菇屋啊！红红的屋顶，蓝蓝的窗，金黄色的门帘，特别漂亮！

“啊！我要开花！”

“我要开花！”

…………

蘑菇屋的周围，开满了神奇的金色花，那样鲜艳，那样美丽！

“嗨！懒巫婆，来抓我呀！”红蚂蚁跑进了金色花丛中。

懒巫婆在金色花丛中找啊找，就是找不到那只红蚂蚁。

“呵呵，我在这儿呢！”红蚂蚁的声音从一朵神奇的花朵里传出来。这朵神奇的花由七片颜色各不相同的花瓣组成，它仿佛在对着懒巫婆调皮地微笑。

懒巫婆鼻梁上的小红球儿说话了：“红蚂蚁藏在七色花的花蕊里，只有等到七色花结出的七彩果子成熟后，它才可以出来。”

就这样，懒巫婆在蘑菇屋里等啊等，期待着七色花能结出七彩果子。

春天，在带着丝丝闷热的风中悄悄离去。夏天的太阳，在一阵紧似一阵的蝉鸣中渐渐地毒辣起来，朵朵金色花在烈日的炙烤下痛苦地呻吟着。

“七色花呀七色花，你可得挺住。”懒巫婆皱着眉对那朵七色花说，“有了你结出的七彩果子，我鼻梁上的小红球儿才会变成能为我洗脸的小女孩。”

听了懒巫婆的话，小红球儿说话了：“懒巫婆，使出你的巫术，把小河里的水引到这里来，给花儿们浇浇水吧。”

懒巫婆已经好久没有使用过她的巫术了，因为她懒呀！可是，懒巫婆真的需要一个人为她洗脸，于是，她扯下一根长头发，在蘑菇屋和小河之间搭了一座头发桥。懒巫婆又从怀里拿出几颗南瓜籽儿抛向空中，顿时，这些南瓜籽儿都变成了颜色各异的木桶小孩。它们都长着手和脚，腆着木桶般的大肚子，在头发桥上忙碌着。

“呵！多可爱的木桶小孩啊！”小红球儿快乐地说，“瞧！它们把水运来了，花儿们都有救了！”

“阿嚏。”

“阿嚏。”

“阿嚏。”

…………

天啊！在这紧要关头，懒巫婆的喷嚏竟然打个不停！那一个个木桶小孩，全部被她喷翻了。

“坏巫婆，你怎么可以在这个时候打喷嚏呢？”小红球儿生气地说，“没有了七色花的七彩果子，我是永远也不能为你洗脸的。”

懒巫婆也伤心，她后悔自己为什么不忍一忍呢？这时候，她又觉得鼻子里痒痒的，“阿嚏。”她又打了一个大大的喷嚏。

“肯定是你鼻子里的灰尘太多了，所以才不停地打喷嚏！”小红球儿说，“去河边洗一洗吧！”

懒巫婆来到河边，本来是到河边来洗鼻孔的，但她却“咕咚、咕咚”地喝起水来。

“阿嚏。”懒巫婆又打了一个大大的喷嚏。这一打不得了，她的嘴像一个喷雾器，把她肚子里的水全部喷向了蘑菇屋旁七色花盛开的地方。

因为得到了充足的水分，金色花们都结出了金色的果子。那株七色花也结出了一个漂亮的七彩果子，懒巫婆便美美地等待着七彩果子成熟。

晚上，懒巫婆睡在蘑菇屋里，她饿了，很想吃掉那些金色的果子。

“懒巫婆，你不能吃金色果子……”小红球儿着急地说。

可是，小红球儿的话还没说完，懒巫婆就用一根头发伸出蓝蓝的窗户，把一串金色果子拉进了蘑菇屋，“咔嚓、咔嚓”地嚼了起来。

当懒巫婆吃到第七个金色果子的时候，她的肚子开始渐渐地长大、长大……

“嗬嗬！我们是金色果精！”七个小脑袋从懒巫婆的肚子里探出来，冲着懒巫婆扮了个鬼脸，又缩了回去。

“懒巫婆，谁叫你不听我的话呢？”小红球儿说，“那些金色果子都会变成金色果精的，你竟然把它们吃进了肚子里。”

“啊，这样宽敞的房屋，如果用来做我们七彩果王的新房，一定会非常舒适。”

“是呀，如果我们的七彩果王能在懒巫婆的肚子里成亲，肯定能上吉尼斯世界纪录。”

哈哈哈！金色果精居然想在懒巫婆的肚子里筹办婚礼！

“锣鼓敲起来！唢呐吹起来！歌儿唱起来！舞蹈跳起来！”

蘑菇屋外的那些金色果子，都变成了金色果精，一个接一个地前来参加婚礼了。

“七彩果王驾到！”一个声音高喊着，“向至高无上的新郎致敬！”

在金色果精的簇拥下，七彩果王进了蘑菇屋。

“七彩果子成熟了！该死的红蚂蚁，你出来吧！”懒巫婆扑过去，想要抓住七彩果王。

金色果精们都愤怒地吼叫着，扑向懒巫婆，不准她伤害七彩果王。

“哈哈！懒巫婆，我们又见面了！”红蚂蚁从七彩果王的果核里钻出来，一不留神，摔了一跤。

“哧溜。”一颗红宝石从红蚂蚁的屁股里蹦出来，正好落在懒巫婆的鼻梁上。

红宝石碰到了小红球儿，一瞬间，小红球儿变成了一个拇指般大的红裙女孩。红裙女孩在懒巫婆的鼻梁上唱起了歌：“天空多么晴朗，世界多么美好，金色果精们准备的婚礼，是多么热闹……”

“噢！我们的红裙精灵诞生了！”

“多么美丽啊，七彩果王的新娘！”

金色果精们惊叹着红裙女孩的美丽。

“哈哈哈！我终于拥有一个为我洗脸的人了！”懒巫婆狂笑着走出蘑菇屋。

“伙伴们，可别让懒巫婆带走我们的红裙精灵！”一个捏着懒巫婆鼻子的小果精喊道。

“阿嚏。”小果精把懒巫婆的鼻子搔得痒痒的，她忍不住又打了一个喷嚏。这下可好了，懒巫婆鼻梁上的红裙精灵以及那些抓住她头发的果精、揪住她耳朵的果精、捏住她鼻子的果精，都被懒巫婆的喷嚏一股脑儿喷进了蘑菇屋。

“穿红裙子的女孩，回来！你还没有为我洗脸呢！阿嚏。”懒巫婆一时心急，又打了个喷嚏。

在懒巫婆的喷嚏中，蘑菇屋慢慢地飞了起来。它载着七彩果王，载着红裙精灵，载着金色果精，向空中飞去。蘑菇屋越飞越高，越飞越远，远远望去，就像一朵红色的蘑菇云。

老教授正在研制一种神奇的药丸，叫作变形丸，谁服了这种药丸就会变形。变形丸有各种型号，如人型、虎型、犬型、熊猫型等等。但变型后一旦被人识破便又会原形毕露了。

一天深夜，老授授在实验室睡着了，小老鼠悄悄地过去，偷吃了一颗犬型丸。不一会，小老鼠变成一条狼犬逃走了。因为变形后回不了家，这“犬鼠”便四处流浪，遇好心人将它收养起来。这家主人还收养了一只流浪猫，“犬鼠”一见到猫便吓得魂飞魄散，浑身筛糠，主人只好牵着它上街。“犬鼠”忘不了“老鼠过街，人人喊打”的教训，因此死活不肯上街。主人生气地说：“你怎么胆小如鼠啊！”话音刚落，“犬鼠”立即变回小老鼠溜走了。

小老鼠深夜再次溜进实验室，等教授睡着时又偷吃了一颗变形丸。这回吃的是虎型丸，它变成一只老虎。

这只“虎鼠”很和善，因此被马戏团收养了。它在电棒的指挥下练习走钢丝。表演那天，别的老虎都顺利过关了，有的走到中间还表演了精彩的节目。轮到“虎鼠”上台了，它站在高台上，不停地颤抖起来，训虎师用电棒一赶，它竟然连尿都吓出来了，台下立即嘘声一片。训虎师气急败坏地说：“怎么胆小得像只老鼠！”边说边将电棒挥过去，谁知这小家伙变作一只小老鼠逃走了。观众目瞪口呆，还以为这是在变魔术，好精彩，掌声经久不息。

小老鼠再次溜进实验室时，老教授再次装睡，因为一种尚未命名的变形丸刚刚研制出来，不知功效如何。

小老鼠吃了新药丸，变成了一只黄鼠狼溜走了。

小老鼠变形后，加入了黄鼠狼群体。它们正在围追一只大老鼠，指挥员让它守在鼠洞前拦截。

一会儿，大老鼠惊惶失措地向鼠洞爬来，小老鼠变形的“黄鼠狼”一看，原来正是自己的爷爷，赶紧叫了一声：“爷爷，快逃！”便放它进了老鼠洞。所有的黄鼠狼都围上来责问它，它说：“这是我爷爷啊！”“什么？你是小老鼠？”可想而知，小老鼠又现出了原形，它赶紧钻进了鼠洞。

小老鼠不再偷吃变形丸了，因为它知道：如果心理素质不改变，光改变身份是无济于事的。

不知不觉，我在一些小事中渐渐长大了。

一天，我去百货商场买东西，回来时，我坐公共汽车。今天运气真好，我一上车就找到了一个靠窗户边的座位。车过了几站，上来了一个患有脑血栓的老奶奶。车又开了起来。过了一会儿，车子拐了一个弯，突然来了个急刹车，老人一个趔趄，差点儿摔了一跤。忽然一个念头从我脑海中闪过——让座。我来到老奶奶身旁，对他说：“奶奶，您坐吧！”“没关系，你坐。”“奶奶，你都那么大了摔一跤可不得了，我没事，站一下锻炼身体。”我再三劝说，老奶奶终于被我说服了，坐在了我的座位上，周围响起了一片赞美声。顿时，我觉得自己长大了。

一次，天下着倾盆大雨，风猛烈的刮着，树枝沙沙作响，我打着伞在路上冷的直的哆嗦。路过一所学校时，发现一个小同学在哭泣。于是，我热心地问：“小朋友，你怎么不回家？”他哭得更厉害了，说：“我的爸爸妈妈出去了，叫我一个人回去，可是下雨了，我没伞，回不去了，呜——。”我连忙回答说：“小朋友，我送你回家，你别哭了啊。”我和他走在大马路上，我突然觉得自己长大了。

一天我在学校门口看见一个六年级的同学和一个二年级的小同学在吵架。可想而知，二年级的小学生肯定吵不过六年级的同学。我连忙过去劝架，那个同学还反过来骂我“干什么，多管闲事！”我心平气和的对同学说：“有什么话好好说，干嘛要吵架啊。”就这样，一场“战争”平息了。忽然，我觉得自己长大了。

我真的长大了，我喜欢这样的感觉

那里曾经是我不曾接触过的一片天，那里给了我希望，自信和乐趣。

“大家让一让，让我看看有什么有意思的社团。”看见征报社团的地方簇拥着一群人，我也过去凑热闹。班长说“你来晚啦，你这个大吃货最爱的烘焙社团已经满员了。”我顿时心怀不满，只好气气的去看其它社团。无奈之下我就只能选择话剧社团了。

没想到，第一次参加话剧社团活动就遇到戏剧节节目汇演，特别心塞啊，因为我在里面就是个“打酱油”的。懒得看，懒得听，就像个摆设一样，无聊极了。因为，我的心早已跑到了别的地方了。

那是一个惬意的上午，我站在走廊口晒“日光浴”，老师将我叫过去神秘的对我说：“去找一下老师，有惊喜等着你。"惊喜?结果真是个惊喜：老师让我饰演{晏子使楚}里的随从。“随从，只是个随从，还惊喜?”我在心里嘀咕着。

尽管这样，我仍每天都去排练，时间很紧，眼看演出的日子就要来临了，看到大家都那么投入的训练，第一次开始担心自己是不是会拖大家的后腿。我开始用心的揣摩随从的台词，可是老师总说不行，要怎样怎样，还得揣摩。这样一来就让我本来就不高昂的斗志又减弱了好多，自信心也一次又一次的受到了打击，突然觉得自己好没用，老师好像看出了我的沮丧，鼓励我说“你可是一匹千里马，老师的鞭策只是为了让你跑的更快更远。”听了老师的话，我浑身仿佛又充满了什么力量!

整个排练过程中让我最头疼的是一个“哼"字。因为这个哼既要哼出得意的意思，又要哼出讽刺的意味来。看着老师为我做的示范，嘴角往上一撇，那真是活灵活现啊。可是一到我哼时，便让我一点感觉都没有。于是我一整天都在练“哼”。我的朋友问我是不是走火入魔了，我笑了笑：“是的，它现在是我的敌人，我一定要战胜它!”

现在的我可不会轻易放弃，因为那是我从未体验过的乐趣。终于到了正式表演那一天，当“哼"字从我嘴里发出时，我听到了台下的笑声，那笑声就像是晏子战胜了楚王一样，让人满足，让人高兴，让人骄傲!

偶然的相遇，让我在那个小小的舞台上找到了从未有过的体验和快乐。我的青春里也曾有过那样的乐趣!

People are enjoying the comfortable life of the modern civilization,

meanwhile, they are also experiencing more and more competitions and suffering

much more stress than before.With the tremendous rhythm of living imposed by

todays world, it isnt unusual for people to feel tired and to try to evade from

the daily problems and stress. I think that there is no magic way that is

appliable to every one of us, and proves itself the most efficient method of

escaping stress. Each man has his specific activities that help him regain the

joy of life. For me the best activities to reduce stress and to forget about

problems are sleeping,playing football, going on a short vacation to the

countryside, attending live performances and spending time with my friends and

with my family.

First and foremost, sufficient sleep, needless to say, is indispensable for

each person, especially those encountering difficulties and suffering enormous

stress. There is no denying that sleep could bring the body sufficient rest,

modulate the function of each organ and release the body from stressful status.

Whats more, sufficient sleep would enable the brain operate more swiftly and

efficiently, thus making us more energetic to handle difficulties. Therefore,

not only could sleep loose the fatigue of the physical body, but also release

the mental stress.

What is more, I think that family is the most important thing in a mans

life. They are always there when you need them. Family provides support when you

need it most, helps you go through the difficult moments of your life.The most

important of all, their love for you gives you confidence in yourself, and makes

your life easier and a lot more beautiful. Friends also have an important role,

because you can evade from concerns by going out with them, talking about things

that are not related to your work, and sharing with them your problems and your

acheivements.

最近我和我的死敌蚂蚁成了好朋友。之所以说蚂蚁是我的死敌是因为很久很久以前的一件事，一件让我给终身难忘的事。

long long ago，when I was a little babe。有一次我爸妈去地里干农活，我跟着他们一起，在旁边玩耍，正玩的尽兴时，却没有注意到一吃超级大的蚂蚁袭击了我，我的腿上被袭击处立刻肿起了一个非常大的包，而且奇痒无比。这真是一只不知羞耻的蚂蚁，连胡主席都说要以尊老爱幼为荣，可它却欺负我这个弱小的孩子。当时真的把我给惹火了，但是那只不知羞耻的蚂蚁却趁机逃跑了，从此以后蚂蚁便成了我的死敌。无论什么时候见了蚂蚁就只有一个字：杀无赦！什么火烧啊、水淹啊、脚踩啊等等各种酷刑无不用其极。有时候我甚至还会跟踪一只蚂蚁找到它的老巢，然后杀的它们片甲不留，好不痛快。哼！我就是要让它们知道一下我的厉害，不然它们还以为我好欺负呢。

有一次我又发现了一种好玩的酷刑，因为在一次玩凸透镜的时候我发现它可以把太阳光聚成一个小圆点，而这个圆点很热，很烫人。于是我灵机一动有了一个妙计，我就用这个小火点来烧蚂蚁。每次在院子里找到一只蚂蚁，我就立刻拿出自己的秘密武器对着蚂蚁一顿狂轰乱炸，看到蚂蚁惊恐万分，四处奔逃却最终被我烤成红烧蚂蚁时，我就会开心的咯咯笑，毕竟大仇得报。哼！江湖中人就是要有仇必报，我行走江湖这么多年却被一只小蚂蚁欺负，此事若传出去岂不让我丢尽颜面。可幸现在快意恩仇，大仇得报。后来慢慢的，自己长大了，我才发现原来蚂蚁是分很多种的，有黑蚂蚁，有黄蚂蚁，有小蚂蚁，还有一种很大而且跑的很快的蚂蚁，小时候咬我的就是那种跑的很快的大蚂蚁，那种大蚂蚁咬人才会奇痒无比。这时我才发现，原来自己当年错杀了很多无辜的小蚂蚁，我的仇人只是大蚂蚁而已。想到自己错杀无辜，可事已至此，无可奈何，只有善待我家现存的小蚂蚁，以表达我深深的歉意。也许这些小蚂蚁就是当年经历过我大屠杀残存下来的蚂蚁遗孀吧，这样想着，有时这些小蚂蚁偷拉我家的粮食，我也会以宽待之，不予计较。

我现在的死敌已经变成恨人的苍蝇了，每到吃饭或者休息时，他们就嗡嗡嗡地飞来飞去，超级让人讨厌，于是我便想消灭它们。无奈苍蝇眼睛灵活，身手敏捷，又蝇多势重，几番战斗下来，它们依然在我的地盘上骄横无比。这让我火冒三丈，于是我又买了粘蝇纸和打蝇拍等超级武器再与它们决斗，每次战斗下来它们都会尸横遍野，血流成河。由于我的英勇和坚持不懈，战斗终于取得了决定性的胜利。而当我以一个胜利者的姿态微笑着审视着战场时，却发现小蚂蚁们竟然都跑出来帮我打扫战场了，而且对于那些奄奄一息却还在垂死挣扎的苍蝇，它们会给予最后一击，然后把所有的令人讨厌的苍蝇尸体拉回洞中撕成碎片，让它们粉身碎骨。我真的是太开心了，没想到小蚂蚁们居然不计前嫌，肯与我并肩作战，真的是好感动。

从次以后，每次我与苍蝇大军开战都会呼唤出我的友军蚂蚁与我协同作战，就这样经过一场场的战斗之后，我和小蚂蚁最终冰释前嫌，又成为了好朋友。

我一天的学习生活 My School Day

I get up at six in the morning. Then I wash my face and brush my teeth.

After a quick breakfast, I go to school in my mothers car. It takes us more

than half an hour to get there.

我早晨六点起床，然后我洗脸、刷牙。匆匆吃完早饭，我坐妈妈的车上学。我们要用半个多小时才能到达学校。

We have four hour classes in the morning. I have lunch at my grandparents,

because their home is nearer to my school.

我们上午上四节课。我在爷爷奶奶家吃午饭，因为他们家离学校更近些。

After two classes in the afternoon, school is over. Then we clean our

classroom.

下午上两节课后就放学了，然后我们打扫教室。

I get home at about half past five. We have dinner at seven. After dinner I

do my homework. If I finish my homework early, I can watch TV for half an hour.

I go to bed at half past nine or ten.

我大约五点半到家。我们七点吃晚饭。晚饭后我做作业。如果我完成作业早一些，我可以看半小时电视。我九点半或十点睡觉。

从前在英国，有只刚学会直立起来走路的猩猩，它的右脚是正常的，健康的。它的左脚却先天不足，不但有点瘸，关节还有毛病，由于还不适应两只脚走路，行动起来，有时不免要碰碰右脚。为这一点，两只脚老是吵架。

右脚说：你这废物蛋!白活了，还不如没有你l

猩猩被两只脚吵得烦透了，决心要解决这个问题。心想：右脚一The right one一当然是对的，于是请医生把它的在娘胎里就注定要倒霉的左脚锯掉。

讨厌的左脚锯掉了，疼痛过去了，吵闹没有了，伤口也慢慢愈合了！当猩猩再想直立起来走路的时候，它才发现，这右脚虽然是天然正确、完美无缺的，但一只脚怎么也走不了路。它只好又趴在地上，用三只脚跳和爬。

假如我当英语小老师，我要充分利这短短的40分钟，培养同学们学习英语的兴趣，让他们以后能自觉学习。
