自从成都兴起了自行车租赁方式以后，引起大量的关注，而做法就是把自行车内免费租赁给别人，可经过观察，人们的不文明行为与自行车损坏甚就是严重，所以我认为这个办法不可行，据我的实地调查的情况可以看出大多数人还就是认可自行车租赁的，但大多数都认为要专门去办理租赁卡非常地麻烦，都希望可以简单一点。虽然大多数的接受调查的人都说可行，但不会使用租赁的自行车，有些自行车站点甚至无人租赁，大多数人与我的看法相同，都认为自行车的租赁有利有弊，或直接认为不可行。那自行车租赁的办法到底可不可行呢?有什么利与弊呢?

I went to learn developing film with my classmates on July 1st． It was easy and we all got good marks．

万事有利便有弊，而自行车再为众人带来了方便的同时，且为大家带来了弊端，由于自行车是免费租赁，虽然我是一个地道的成都人，但我并不觉得咱们这个城市的文明程度到底有多好，有多高。既然是免费，那损坏是一定了的。通过我拍的照片大家可以发现，不论是在车尾的轮罩上，还是在踏板上，都有不同程度的损坏，成都人有一种不是我的东西，只要不追究到我身上，我便要损坏他，将它占为己有，便要做损人而又不利己的是，也就是宁愿害己，也要损人。不仅如此，还更有胜者：在都江堰还有人为了不让别人借走自己的车而私自在车轮上上了锁，以达到不让别人借走的目的。对于自行车的损坏甚是严重，三圣乡的自行车租赁站里的自行车都有不同程度的受损，而且在车筐中会有多多少少的垃圾与杂物。有些自行车租赁站里有一～三辆自行车都以停用。

大家提出的意见建议中，大多都认为如果不是集体办卡，就比较麻烦，有些人只有临时居住证，无法办理自行车租赁卡，大多人认为不用办卡就会方便许多，我认为例如交押金，当财产，或是更为直截了当的方法比较好。

对于如何解决自行车损坏问题中，大多人都认为免费租赁是不可能控制自行车损坏的问题的，有人认为，需要提高公民素质，提高租赁自行车的人的素质，要租赁自行车的人自觉遵守规矩，爱惜自行车，他给你带来了便利，你应该爱惜它，但我认为这个方法是不可行的，人们的自觉性不高，所以这个方法基本不可行。

还有的人认为，在租赁站中，应该设置一个管理人员，加强管理，从而根本的改变自行车损坏的问题，而这个方法确实不错，可是成都那么多的自行车租赁站点耗费的人力物力财力巨大，这个方法也是不大行得通的。还有的人认为让那里的实行人多加修复自行车使自行车常新，这个方法从浅层想是决不可行的，这就不用讨论了。

在这其中还有大多的人认为要对这个自行车租赁加以处罚的方法，让骑车人赔偿自行车损坏的维修费或是像租其它东西一样，先交上押金，按损坏程度来扣取押金中的钱，或是将租赁人的各种信息注入租赁卡中，车损坏后或未归还可以找到当事人来进行处理，这一种方法比上述的所有办法都要好，都要可行得多，可以一下达到立竿见影的效果，虽然见到了效果，可还是失去了这个方法的初衷，丧失了自行车租赁是为了让大家了解低碳、环保的本质。

综上所述，自行车的租赁不仅仅是为了方便众人，而是为了教育大家，咱们的地球正在陷入危机，而今眼目下最好的办法就是低碳生活，少开汽车，少开空调，减少二氧化碳与甲烷的排放，保护地球。

总之，自行车租赁必定是有利有弊，要保护好租赁的自行车，要靠大家的努力。提高公民素质，共建共享美丽蓉城！！！

在上海，共享单车的种类就像天上的星星一样多，让人数也数不清。但最最常见的还是小黄车和摩拜单车，因为使用方便，还很便宜，所以知道共享单车的人也是越来越多。现在人们出门只用带一个手机，因为手机可以支付，可以用来导航，如果你在手机上下一个摩拜的软件的话，还可以用手机扫描车上的二维码，这样就可以骑摩拜的单车了。

以前如果有什么事，就必须自己买任何东西。但现在都是只靠一个手机，就可以什么都共享了，所以现在人们都在说，出门只需带一个手机，就可以解决许多的东西了。

但是说到这，共享单车是为方便我们的生活。在上海或在外地，每天都有共享单车在被人毁坏，不是把轮胎放了气，就是把座椅给偷了，还有一些人居然把共享单车直接扔进水里。也有把车上的二维码涂成一片黑的，也有把共享单车直接搬回家上了锁，以为就这样可以逃过警察的法眼。其实每台共享单车上都是有定位的，所以你不管放到哪里，都是瞒不住的。共享单车的数量与种类也在越来越多，但是我们大家也不要去毁坏他们，因为它们的出现是方便我们的。

我还要与大家说一点，就是关于共享单车的停放问题，就是现在上海虽然出现了一群共享单车的管理者，可是因为共享单车的数量越来越多，然后人们不停放在规定地点的人也越来越多。所以这群共享单车的管理者的工作其实是很累的，如果你们一个人乱停没关系，但如果是十个人，一百个人，一千个人呢？那他们就算每日加班加点的工作也管理不好了。所以文明是从小事做起，也是从身边做起，如果你们每个人都可以自觉的停放好共享单车，那这群管理者的工作就会轻松很多。最后与大家说一点就是未满12周岁是不可以骑车上路。

共享这两个字在我们现代的社会也是越来越流行，共享也让我我们的生活越来越简单，我们大家只要越来越文明，那共享一定是会方便我们的生活，而不是对我们的生活无益。
