昨天，下午3时30分左右，在天河区中海康城游泳池内，一名16岁的高中生在游泳时溺毙，他原本并不住在中海康城，只是放暑假来爷爷家玩。事故发生后，救生员将男生捞起，平放在池边进行按压急救，随后120救护车和警车赶到现场，可是还是抢救不了这位高中生的生命，这位高中生也匆匆画上了自己的人生句号。

这是WMGP第一次招收Intern性质的实习生。这次实习一共有六个清华的学生，4个在深圳总部，2个在上海。每个人都被分在不同的部门，但是总体的实习安排大致相同，基本上都是在不同的部分轮换学习。但是我们每个人的实习时间都不相同，人事部在确定时间时考虑了每个人的不同情况而进行了安排，这也体现出沃尔玛作为零售服务业而具有的稀植和尊重。我的实习期一共七周，每天都有不同的学习任务。

WMGP的概况:

WMGP前身是香港的一家外贸代理商。2001年底沃尔玛将之收购并搬迁到了深圳，2002年4月正式运作。他承担了联接海外沃尔玛商店的Buyer(买手)和本土外Supplier(供应商)之间的桥梁作用。具体而言就是为海外供应商选择恰当的产品供应商，并负责对供应商的联络和管理工作。WMGP在深圳有两个分支，一个是国际总部;一个是深圳运营部;上海也有一个分支，上海运营部;中国的东莞和台湾等地方还有一些职能部。剩下的分支就分布在世界各地。其中按采购量计算，中国采购的商品总量达到全部WMGP采购的近80%。而WMGP的采购量占沃尔玛全部采购量的10%多。 5d

WMGP的管理氛围：

公司提倡公仆领导的理念，就是要求上级主动去关心和帮助下属、并努力去培训下属已达到成功的目标。这点我体会非常深刻：我的mentor是个香港人，名叫Andy。我记得他从来没有打电话跟我商量事情，一般都是主动地跑到我座位上，主动询问我需要什么帮助，或者有什么想法。并且三次请我去吃饭，真是让我感觉到了保姆般的关心。另外，公司里面都是直呼其名，每个员工都有一个英文名字，这个英文名字加上中国人的姓就成为中国人的公司通用代码。而打招呼时大家都是只讲英文文字，不论级别多高。加上企业文化体现的友好氛围，所以很多时候都感觉不出来上下级的关系。WMGP对员工的作息没有硬性的规定，工作比较弹性，当然前提是要能完成任务。公司在休息间里设有乒乓球桌、小型台球桌和一个手控足球桌。一个小时的午饭时间就有很多人在那里娱乐。我也经常去那里玩乒乓球，乐在其中。另外，听说公司的员工可以在每个月毫无理由的休息半天。不过，我一直没有想到要试一下。

友善而优秀的员工：

我接触到的公司员工都非常的友好，很愿意帮助人。并且大部分人都来自不同的背景，有香港人、台湾人、菲律宾人、美国人等等，有归国华侨、海外留学人员、教师，还听说有个从花旗银行过来的员工。跟这些人接触使我感到很高兴。这些人里面不乏优秀分子，其中招聘我们的Karen就是受人仰慕的魅力女性之一，她有着传奇的经历、丰富的阅历和渊博的知识。

国际采购流程：

国际采购流程被称作为“直接进口”。一个企业要成为沃尔玛的供应商并完成一次供货，一般要经历好几个重要的步骤：Buying Trip(海外的Buyer来中国参加供应商的样品选型并落实采购计划，下订单等后续工作);FC(工厂认证，以确保工厂没有雇用童工、没有超时加班、没有安全隐患等);QA(质量检查，在生产过程中和生产结束基本都会安排一次产品质量检查);Shipping(跟沃尔玛的第三方物流伙伴马士基联系装船，并提供给沃尔玛所有的有效单据);Payment(沃尔玛开信用证给供应商);其中这些步骤中又有很多的细节，可能遇到很多问题要实时处理。所以，直接进口的供货采购周期一般都要多出国内采购很多。这也是为什么并不是所有的中国廉价产品都能通过这种方式到达海外商店的原因之一。

这次实习使我受益匪浅，并且接触到了很多有意思的东西。通过跟Buyer的接触，加深了对其他国家文化的理解;通过跟不同Supplier的接触也让我有机会对珠江三角洲的工业状况有些感性的认识，更重要的是让自己更加体会到成功的蕴义。当然作为零售业的一部分，在WMGP也使得你必须学会跟不同素质的人打交道的技巧，同时可能在实际的工作中直接应用自己知识的机会比较少，而往往需要自己注重细节，精益求精地做好每一件小事。

走路和法律有关吗?当然有而且关系可是非比寻常。

以前，我走路都是连跑带跳的，过马路时只要看见得没车就一溜烟儿地过去了，管它红灯、绿灯呢!

记得那是在一个阳光明媚的下午，一个十一、二岁小孩在马路上走着。只见他右手玩着悠悠球。突然，十字路口的红灯亮了，那个小男孩一心只顾玩球，根本没有看见。正在这时， 黑色幽灵 神奇般的出现了 一辆载满红色砖头的货车，正对面驶来。只听 砰 的一声，人们都惊呆了。一切都完了

当我看到那一幅幅血淋淋的图片时不禁吓出一身的冷汗。我这时才知道我以前的做法是多么的危险，让父亲和母亲担惊受怕。因为无数的交通事故都是和行人有关的，不文明走路，可是要会出生命的代价的啊!

从那以后，我看着红灯、绿灯过马路，过马路时每次都走斑马线。在超市乘坐有扶手的电梯时尽量靠右，让有急事的人从左边快速通过小学生关于暑假交通安全征文小学生关于暑假交通安全征文。

《恰到好处的幸福》适合慢慢品尝，每读完一篇我都思绪万千，让我回味的不是那些文字，而是一种看不见摸不着却强烈感受着的东西。我第一次得以了解——那精神的三间小屋，是盛着我们的爱和恨的小屋，是装着我们得以生存的事业的小屋，是安放着我们心灵净土的小屋!第一次懂得获取幸福的方法很简单，它便是付出、分享和爱的感受;是遇事时所表现的豁达和淡然;是一种恰到好处的境界!

很多人都在思索如何才能获得幸福?其实应该思索如何才能在遇到问题时让内心做到恰到好处!毕淑敏说：“恰到好处，是一种哲学和艺术的结晶体。它代表的豁达和淡然，是幸福门前的长廊。轻轻走过它，你就可以拍打幸福的门环。”

就像现在，我安静的坐在桌前，写下这些文字，旁边是一杯柠檬水，散发着淡淡的清香!我还记得早上课前时，我和李老师一起听孩子背诵所学儿歌，虽然他们还是不能进行齐背，但是我看到了他们的努力，相信他们会在六一展示中有很好的表现;上午课间活动时，猛然间发现平常不爱运动的宝宝竟然主动要求参与游戏;中午放学时，孩子们不用我的提醒就能手拉手站队，这一天又是一个好的开始!

幸福是一种心的富足!我很幸福，希望你们也幸福!

在生活中，安全隐患无处不在。特别是学生的安全。由于学生缺少安全防范意识，造成了很多的安全事故。生命只有一次，一旦发生了意外，我们就有可能失去自己的生命。我们虽然还是学生，但是也应该保护好自己，不让自己受到伤害。

举一个例子来说吧，我曾经亲眼看见一些同学在车水马龙的马路上踢塑料瓶，扔垃圾。如果当时有车经过，那他们不就失去了自己宝贵的生命了吗？古人云：“三思而后行。”这些同学在行动之前有没有想过这样做的后果？万一车压到瓶子后翻车了，那么责任谁来承担？还有同学在夏天的时候私自结伴到河边游泳、玩水，造成了溺水。这些都是典型的学生安全事故。

在春天，地面湿滑，很容易摔跤。而有些同学不听老师的劝告，在校园里追逐、打闹，结果造成摔伤、撞伤或压伤。这样子不仅对自己没好处，而且还可能把低年级的同学觉得很好玩，而来模仿你的做法。所以，希望同学们都不要这样做。

生命是最宝贵的，也是脆弱的。我们每个人都要懂得安全防范知识，保护好自己，让父母不再为我们落泪，让老师不再为我们担心。让我们一起共同撑起一片安全的蓝天！

As children we study in different places, we will return to our hometown in summer vacation. I was very excited to go back to my old hometown. You see the relatives you can only hear on the phone. In my hometown, I like to eat my grandmas braised duck. Now I want to make water. My sister, cousin and cousin of my hometown are having fun with me! 1、 上课速度要放慢，课文讲解要详细些。

感悟：中学的学科增加了，学习任务也加重了，可学生还停留在小学的阶段，要求老师咀嚼慢磨可见与小学的接轨工作没有做好。

2、上课要让学生把手放在书桌上，以防学生在下面做小动作。

感悟：还是小孩子的思维，或者说小学的许多做法在学生心中留下了深刻的印象，甚至是一些错误的做法也被学生视为法宝，习惯的力量大得吓人！

3、 上课不能接电话，请假也不能耽误课程。

感悟：曾经有两次在课堂接电话，后来我不再带手机进教室了，不想学的记忆那么棒。老师实在是一个高标准的职业！

4、学校的图书馆要对学生开放，允许学生借阅图书，开拓学生的视野。班级要办图书角，争取成立班级图书馆。

感悟：学生的知识来源渠道太窄，尤其是农村的学生。他们对知识充满了渴望。可惜学校图书馆暂时没有办法满足他们的要求。“书香校园”的建设任重道远！

5、 多布置作业，甚至抄作业做，对未完成作业的同学要严厉惩罚。

感悟：对最后一点我赞成，可前两点我有自己的看法。大概是小学的“题海

战术”功勋“卓著”，小学毕业考试的成绩让学生们体会到了它的巨大功能，令她们念念不忘。到初中之后学习的难度增加，他们又想起来对自己用这一狠招。我的可怜的学生！

6、 多讲课本上的课后习题。

感悟：自己的确对课后的“研讨与练习”关注不够，大部分是要求学生自己

完成，事后的检查也没有。学生是在提醒我不能丢了教材！

7、不能拖课，要将课间十分钟还给学生。

感悟：以后无条件执行！

8、上课声音洪亮，多讲普通话。

感悟：自己是外乡人，普通话有时讲的不标准，带有很重的地方口音。本来一进新学校，我自己格外注意这个问题，不想还是出问题。还是要加强普通话训练，“说”是教师的重要基本功之一！

9、多写正楷字，一笔一画的写！

感悟：本来自认为自己的字写得不错，周围同事也是这么说的，可在学生面前却行不通了。究其原因是，自己的字连笔多，有时字多或者一急，就显得潦草。这真是一个不应该出现的意见。

10、课堂上多训练朗读。

感悟：与自己的想法不谋而合。在教学中我一贯主张读中感、读中悟，甚至仿照韩军的名文写了《没有朗读，语文教学找不到回家的路》一文，表达自己的观点。可能问题出在自己的朗读水平不高，对学生朗读指导不到位上。

11、多举行如书法、朗诵等形式的竞赛。

感悟：以赛代练，以赛代学，在丰富多彩的活动中学习语文，是大家的一致追求。我在今后要多动脑筋，丰富他们的学习与生活！上次的“这就是我”语文实践活动，以“赛”的形式，鼓励学生全程参与，气氛热烈，学生的热情十分高涨！

12、多用多媒体和扩音器。

感悟：现代化的东西大家都喜欢！

13、平时测验要写作文，可以训练学生作文的速度，提高写作水平！

感悟：有两次单元检测，我考虑到时间的关系，就不要求他们作文，没有想到他们自动请缨。我的感觉是：喜从天降，何乐而不为！写作是语文教学的重点和难点，次数训练是基础，所谓量变导致质变嘛。学生都懂这个道理！

14、抓好预习，利用多种机会养成学生自学的习惯。

感悟：教学的最高境界就是：教是为了不教。好的学习习惯会让他们受益终生！“地球人都知道”！

15、不准对学生瞪眼睛，不准大声批评学生，不准打断学生的发言，不准拐弯批评学生。

感悟：学生是聪明和敏感的，我们每个老师都要当心呀！
