这是WMGP第一次招收Intern性质的实习生。这次实习一共有六个清华的学生，4个在深圳总部，2个在上海。每个人都被分在不同的部门，但是总体的实习安排大致相同，基本上都是在不同的部分轮换学习。但是我们每个人的实习时间都不相同，人事部在确定时间时考虑了每个人的不同情况而进行了安排，这也体现出沃尔玛作为零售服务业而具有的稀植和尊重。我的实习期一共七周，每天都有不同的学习任务。

WMGP的概况:

WMGP前身是香港的一家外贸代理商。2001年底沃尔玛将之收购并搬迁到了深圳，2002年4月正式运作。他承担了联接海外沃尔玛商店的Buyer(买手)和本土外Supplier(供应商)之间的桥梁作用。具体而言就是为海外供应商选择恰当的产品供应商，并负责对供应商的联络和管理工作。WMGP在深圳有两个分支，一个是国际总部;一个是深圳运营部;上海也有一个分支，上海运营部;中国的东莞和台湾等地方还有一些职能部。剩下的分支就分布在世界各地。其中按采购量计算，中国采购的商品总量达到全部WMGP采购的近80%。而WMGP的采购量占沃尔玛全部采购量的10%多。 5d

WMGP的蓬勃发展：

自成立以来，WMGP就取得了飞速的发展。主要原因是中国世界工厂的地位给海外沃尔玛提供了非常廉价的商品，从而产生了新的利润增长点。据报道，WMGP2003年的采购总量达到150亿美元之多，而且正以每年30%的速度发展。我在实习的其间也是发现公司每周都新进6、7个员工。

WMGP的企业文化：

公司非常注重对企业文化的建设，企业文化的内容非常地丰富博大。其中较基本的几条有：天天平价(这是最常见的一个口号，就是要号召员工积极主动的为实现Every Day Low Price的承诺);三项基本理念(尊重个人，服务顾客和追求卓越);三米微笑原则(在三米之内给别人尤其是顾客展现微笑并表达友好);日落原则(在每天下班之前回顾自身的工作，并落实每一项任务);十项成功原则(沃顿先生总结得十条成功经验，具体记不清了，有兴趣可以去查看沃顿写的自传);很多人都试着去总结沃尔玛获取巨大成功的秘诀，虽然说法不一，可是都一致认为企业文化建设是非常重要的一面。由此也可以看出国际型大公司对企业文化的重视。

WMGP的管理氛围：

公司提倡公仆领导的理念，就是要求上级主动去关心和帮助下属、并努力去培训下属已达到成功的目标。这点我体会非常深刻：我的mentor是个香港人，名叫Andy。我记得他从来没有打电话跟我商量事情，一般都是主动地跑到我座位上，主动询问我需要什么帮助，或者有什么想法。并且三次请我去吃饭，真是让我感觉到了保姆般的关心。另外，公司里面都是直呼其名，每个员工都有一个英文名字，这个英文名字加上中国人的姓就成为中国人的公司通用代码。而打招呼时大家都是只讲英文文字，不论级别多高。加上企业文化体现的友好氛围，所以很多时候都感觉不出来上下级的关系。WMGP对员工的作息没有硬性的规定，工作比较弹性，当然前提是要能完成任务。公司在休息间里设有乒乓球桌、小型台球桌和一个手控足球桌。一个小时的午饭时间就有很多人在那里娱乐。我也经常去那里玩乒乓球，乐在其中。另外，听说公司的员工可以在每个月毫无理由的休息半天。不过，我一直没有想到要试一下。

友善而优秀的员工：

我接触到的公司员工都非常的友好，很愿意帮助人。并且大部分人都来自不同的背景，有香港人、台湾人、菲律宾人、美国人等等，有归国华侨、海外留学人员、教师，还听说有个从花旗银行过来的员工。跟这些人接触使我感到很高兴。这些人里面不乏优秀分子，其中招聘我们的Karen就是受人仰慕的魅力女性之一，她有着传奇的经历、丰富的阅历和渊博的知识。

国际采购流程：

国际采购流程被称作为“直接进口”。一个企业要成为沃尔玛的供应商并完成一次供货，一般要经历好几个重要的步骤：Buying Trip(海外的Buyer来中国参加供应商的样品选型并落实采购计划，下订单等后续工作);FC(工厂认证，以确保工厂没有雇用童工、没有超时加班、没有安全隐患等);QA(质量检查，在生产过程中和生产结束基本都会安排一次产品质量检查);Shipping(跟沃尔玛的第三方物流伙伴马士基联系装船，并提供给沃尔玛所有的有效单据);Payment(沃尔玛开信用证给供应商);其中这些步骤中又有很多的细节，可能遇到很多问题要实时处理。所以，直接进口的供货采购周期一般都要多出国内采购很多。这也是为什么并不是所有的中国廉价产品都能通过这种方式到达海外商店的原因之一。

实习感受：

这次实习使我受益匪浅，并且接触到了很多有意思的东西。通过跟Buyer的接触，加深了对其他国家文化的理解;通过跟不同Supplier的接触也让我有机会对珠江三角洲的工业状况有些感性的认识，更重要的是让自己更加体会到成功的蕴义。当然作为零售业的一部分，在WMGP也使得你必须学会跟不同素质的人打交道的技巧，同时可能在实际的工作中直接应用自己知识的机会比较少，而往往需要自己注重细节，精益求精地做好每一件小事。

I have spent a happy summer holiday now.The most enjoyable thing that happened during this summer was to swim with my brother.

My brother was a good swimmer ,who had swum for about 3 years.

暑假的一天，是一个社区活动的日子。我吃过早饭，早早的来到了社区的活动室。

不一会儿，社区活动的老师拿了沉甸甸的一捆报纸走进活动室。我们疑惑不解，难道这次是让我们来看报纸的吗？这时老师笑容可掬地说：“小朋友们，今天让你们体验一下邮递员的工作，把这些“北蔡家园”的报纸发到社区每家每户的邮箱里。”说完，老师分发给每人一叠报纸。

我和我的同学吴雨萌结伴同行发报纸，我们挨个挨个的寻找每个单元的收信箱，然后跑过去小心翼翼的把报纸放到每家的收信箱里。再看看男生们，好像在和我们抢信箱似的，都手忙脚乱的把报纸塞进信箱里，有的报纸都皱巴巴的了，好像在说：“哎呀，别争了，把我都弄疼了。”

刚发到一半，我们就已经满头大汗了，想想邮递员叔叔每天骑着车，带着几大包的报纸和邮件，而且这些邮件都是全国各地的，他们每天要跑多少路，是多么的不容易啊，比起他们我们是微不足道的，于是我打起了十二分得精神，又开始去发了。这时一位踩着三轮车收废品的阿姨，看见我们手里一叠一叠的报纸，满脸堆笑的说：“小朋友，把你手里的报纸给我吧，我给你们钱去买根冷饮解解暑。”我心里犹豫不决，给吧，她肯定把报纸当废纸卖掉，社区的人就看不到了，这样就体现不出宣传的作用。最后我还是咬了咬牙，慢条斯理的说：“对不起阿姨，我不能给您。”。说完我们又冒着炎炎的烈日坚持不懈寻找收信箱。树上的鸟儿看着我们“叽叽喳喳”的好像在说：“你做得对。”一张、两张、三张……终于发完了。

通过今天的体验，我才明白邮递员是多么的辛苦，他们持之以恒的精神是值得我们学习的。

她总穿着比别人温暖的衣服，长得虽不出众，但是她的人格魅力在我心中是最出众的，那一次英语课，因我们作业做得不好，而被英语老师斥责了一翻，最使我深受教育的是这样一句话：我做事情，要做就要做到最好。＂这声音在教室里久久回荡，震撼着我的心灵。一颗＇作一个高尚的人＂的种子便埋下了，自从那节课后，我猛然发觉自己长大了好多好多，幼稚正向我告别。我的心底默默地感谢这位教我如何做人的英语老师。

早晨。金黄的太阳从太平线上跃然而起，平平淡淡的阳光照耀依旧平淡的人。

闭灯后，我在被窝里带着一团团睡意睡去。

平平淡淡，快快乐乐。这些情绪或生活方式便是我暑假生活的全部。虽然平淡但却令人心安。

生命是唯一的，是宝贵的，世界因有了生命而变得更加精彩。

2009年12月7日晚，湖南一所民办中学发生了一起踩踏事件。当天晚上下晚自习时，一名女生下楼梯时滑倒，后面潮水般涌来的人群，一层叠一层的压了上去，导致8名学生不幸死亡，26名学生受伤。8朵生命之花瞬间凋零，类似的校园踩踏悲剧频繁发生，二且迄今为止，尚看不出悲剧被遏制的趋势。

没一起事故都有其“偶然”性，可当一场场事故几乎以相同情节一再上演时，这背后是否存在必然的因素。湘乡育才学校踩踏事故中，虽有四个楼梯口通向一层。因为当天晚上下雨，52个班的学生因避雨，几乎都选择位于教学楼与同学们的宿舍最近的一个楼梯口，导致大量人流度聚集。一场雨就导致同学们下楼秩序大乱，教学楼的规划设计是不是需要反思?不仅是湘乡育才中学，我们所有的中小学教舍的设计，教师、校长及学校领导是否都把恶劣天气等偶然因素考虑进去，对我们学生安全做了无微不至的防护，这显然是学校的领导和市领导特别需要关注的事。

针对预防学生们拥挤，特别是我们中小学生，要格外的注意。防止踩踏事故的再次发生，管理就需从学生们的实际出发。在跑操，集合等上下楼梯活动中，不能强调快速、整齐，适当错开时间。分年级、分班级逐次下楼，要将安全工作的各项职责层层进行分解，落实到每一个班主任、任课教师都要担负起对我们中小学生的安全管理尽到应尽的责任。每一个校领导也都要对师生负起安全责任。保证我们在校时的安全。

在多起校园踩踏事故中，学生下楼时突然跌倒往往成为事故的导火索。可是同学们下楼时为什么容易磕到呢?难道仅仅是因为不小心吗，还有没有其他的客观因素。是不是因为楼梯台阶不防滑，台阶宽度过窄，高度过陡，楼梯间的灯光不够明亮，显然，仅仅这一个个细节，还得请组织专家去做专门的调查和论证。除了楼梯扶手、照明设备、安全出口等硬件因素之外，学校的管理制度也是需要检讨的。

我们学生的安全涉及亿万家庭的幸福，受到党和政府的高度重视，为全社会所关注。这些年来，国家对我们中小学生的安全格外重视。但是，为什么还有类似的校园踩踏事故发生，这对我们中小学生安全构成了严重威胁。景何其惨烈，老师们，要在教学楼楼梯间设置指示，警示标志;告诫学生上下楼梯相互礼让，靠右行走，遵守秩序，注意安全。

校园内是我们学生生活和学习的地方，也是人员相对集中的地方，如何避免此事件发生是人人都应关注的问题，安全工作应做在事故之前，而不是亡羊补牢。频频发生的踩踏事件，也是的解决校园安全问题迫在眉睫。特别我国教育事业的快速发展，在校人数不断增多，学校的管理工作和安全保证工作面临着新的难题。

一次次的悲剧为我们敲响警钟，保障学校安全，保障我们学生的生命安全，是家长们和老师们共同的责任。学校安全事关人命，安全重于泰山。我们一定要保护好自己的生命安全，避免意外和危险发生，让家长和老师们放心。

.In the National Day ,I have had a good eight-day.I went to Weihai with my family.We got there by air.Weihai is a very beautiful and modern city.

In the morning,we got to the hotel where we lived.After breakfast,we began to our travel.First we took the bus to the Sea Park.There are so many different kinds of fishes that I couldn’t believe my eyes.We also saw the show of dolphins.Then we had lunch in a restaurant.The seafood which was very famous in China was delicious.

After lunch we went swimming.The sea was blue and beach was golden.We all enjoyed ourselves in the sea.Finally we went back the hotel where we lived.We had a happy day.

In this trip,we also went to some places which were interesting and famous in Dalian,went shopping and so on.

Several days later,we left Weihai.On our way home,we were very happy.This was the reason why we didn’t feel tired.In all,we had a good holiday.

今天，由于我的动作比较快，所以今天的任务已经完成了。妈妈决定和我一起去散步。

我和妈妈漫步在小区，这才知道小区里绿树成荫，百花盛开，美丽极了!

我一边走一边给妈妈讲故事：“从前，有一个叫桑娜娜的小姑娘，她长得很漂亮，可是她的父母都很穷，没钱给她上学……他们一起过上了幸福的生活。”在讲故事的不知不觉中，我们就这样跑了一圈，两圈，三圈……

突然，只见妈妈累的气喘吁吁，上气不接下气，一屁股坐在了休闲椅上，说什么也不可再起来了。“我的好妈妈呀，还有一圈了，在坚持一下吗……”在我的再三请求下，妈妈这才陪我跑完最后一圈，然后回家了。

刚回到家，妈妈就倒在了床上，甜甜的入睡了。而我却一直在灯光下写日记。

The reason why they prefer to wear expensive clothes is just for face. Some students thought the more expensive they wear, the more confident they are. Only wearing brand clothes can they become proud. Some students are afraid to looked down if they dont wear brands things. It is easy for students to compare what they wear.

As far as I am concerned, I dont agree that students pursue famous brand. Most students cant earn money by themselves. We cant waste the money to buy expensive things which are not useful. It is hard for parents to make money. Remember, the main task of the students is to study.

暑假，暑假，酷暑七月来放假。热浪虽热，比不上心热。新奇有趣的事，层出不穷，今日，来说说暑假有趣事。

空调房里打电脑，一不注意被爆掉。今日这句歌谣在小区里(仅限少年)传唱。刚放假那会儿，很多伙伴聚在一起玩得很开心，我们把这个伙伴团体叫少年军区司令部。不知怎的，有些士兵之间起了一些矛盾，结果少年军区司令部迅速瓦解，分为南军和北军。我也卷入了两军的对战之中。

夜色降临，七点半以后，小区里的小朋友不约而同地来到我们聚会玩耍的地点。我军从碉堡出发，前往距我们有20多米的敌军总部高镖城(因为城上有许多塑料板块，是很好的飞镖)，进行出其不意的偷袭，争取今晚把敌人一锅端。

借着夜色掩护，我军慢慢从郊外包抄迂回前进，尽量不使自己被敌方哨兵发现。眼看已经接近敌方城下了，我军一名司令员竟不慎提前吹响了高音号角哈欠！敌军哨兵听见了我们的动静，立刻向敌军主力报警，瞬间城头上的战士都一下子进入戒备搜索状态，寻找我军的踪迹。此时，司令员又不小心把信号弹给弄炸了哈欠！这声惊天雷，把敌军的注意力全引过来了。我们一下子暴露了行进的踪迹。此刻，偷袭不成，只好强攻了！我们抄起武器，一下子冲进高镖城城墙下，敌军迅速施以飞镖猛烈攻击，我们捡起地上的飞镖，加以还击。可是敌军的城墙过高，我们总是扔不过去。没办法，我们只好直接冲上城头与他们肉搏(他们城门洞开，楼梯四五十级)只听见杀生震天，我们各自与一个对手进行决斗。我的决斗对手是一个与我差不多大的少将，我们两人先开始用横眉冷对进行气势决斗，我的气势渐渐超过了他，他抵挡不住，就立刻使出手指死光刀，我反应不过来，出了一个捶，刚好挡住了他，并有力地击败了他。呼！好险。

最后，战斗以我军士兵三人亡，敌军士兵三人亡而成为平局。之后，双方立刻收兵，以备不测之敌。

暑期有趣事太多太多，用空再听我慢慢说。

Dear Sir or Madam,

Thank you for taking time to read this letter. As the problem of food safety has been becoming worse and worse nowadays, I am obliged to write to you.

Several days ago, one of my classmates came back from supermarket with a large bag of food. Because of having found a new style of tinned?ish in the food store, she was very glad. Several other roommates were invited to enjoy the “mouth?atering chicken”. Unfortunately, after finishing the food, all of my three friends had stomachaches and vomited, their faces having become paler and paler. Due to sensitivity to that kind of tinned food, I escaped that suffer. At that time, my mind went blank. I dialed the emergency number with my trembling hand, therefore they were quickly sent to hospital. The doctor said they were lucky to be out of danger because they did not eat too much of that rotten fish and were hospitalized on time.

This is the matter that happened around me which made me realize the seriousness of the food safety problem. I sincerely hope that the whole society could attach much importance to this issue.

8月18日，我看了这天的《广州日报》，当我看到A3版的时候，有一篇报道，是关于游泳方面的问题，这篇报道叫做《两男孩溺亡小区泳池》。当我看到了这篇报道之后，就产生了疑问：为什么两个男孩会在泳池溺亡呢？我带着这个疑问，继续把这篇报道看下去。

原来这篇报道是这样说的：在7月26日18时58分，何志勇的生命永远定格在了这一刻。年仅9岁的他，在嘉和苑游泳池游泳时不幸溺水死亡。救生员以为他“在潜水”，所以救生员过了5分钟之后，何志勇在水下不动弹，才把他给救了上来，可是救上来之后，心跳呼吸停止。他之后被送进医院，可是抢救不了他的生命，所以何志勇的生命就这样结束了。

昨天，下午3时30分左右，在天河区中海康城游泳池内，一名16岁的高中生在游泳时溺毙，他原本并不住在中海康城，只是放暑假来爷爷家玩。事故发生后，救生员将男生捞起，平放在池边进行按压急救，随后120救护车和警车赶到现场，可是还是抢救不了这位高中生的生命，这位高中生也匆匆画上了自己的人生句号。

我看完这篇报道之后，我觉得要告诉喜欢游泳的朋友，出去游泳要注意几点：不要在深水池里去潜水和嬉戏；要去有专业的救生员那里游泳；如果是小朋友，还要带着家长才能去游泳。安全游泳，才能游的开心，游的舒服!
