.In the National Day ,I have had a good eight-day.I went to Weihai with my family.We got there by air.Weihai is a very beautiful and modern city.

In the morning,we got to the hotel where we lived.After breakfast,we began to our travel.First we took the bus to the Sea Park.There are so many different kinds of fishes that I couldn’t believe my eyes.We also saw the show of dolphins.Then we had lunch in a restaurant.The seafood which was very famous in China was delicious.

After lunch we went swimming.The sea was blue and beach was golden.We all enjoyed ourselves in the sea.Finally we went back the hotel where we lived.We had a happy day.

今天下午，爸爸神秘地对我说要做一个会“跳舞”的鸡蛋，我半信半疑。

于是，爸爸先拿来一根长针，把鸡蛋竖起，在上下两处各插了一个小孔，然后就对着鸡蛋上面的孔使劲地吹了起来。呀。一会儿是蛋清，一会儿是蛋黄都从下面的那个小孔里流了出来，过了好长时间，总算全部清空了，又用透明胶把其中的一个小孔给堵住了。我顺着小孔往里一瞧，哇。爸爸可真了不起，把里面吹得一干二净。

接着，爸爸又找来一块大大的、黑色的吸铁石，又对我说：“儿子，把柜子下面的盆子拿出来。”我听了，赶快去做，可费了九牛二虎之力才把盆子给拉了出来。原来盆子里装满了沙子，难怪那么沉。爸爸拿起磁铁，在沙子里搅了一会儿，再拿出来的时候，磁铁上面沾满了黑色的铁粉，又小心翼翼地把它们弄在了报纸上。这时，爸爸说：“你就照我刚才的样子做，我得做个筛网。”说完，他就走了，我拿着磁铁全神贯注地干了起来。

不一会儿，爸爸就拿着筛网过来了，我把弄好的铁粉交给了他。爸爸把它们全部倒在了筛网上，然后来回晃动着，很快就把细的铁粉给挑了出来。爸爸又亲手做了一个小漏斗，并把它的口对着鸡蛋的口，把细粉慢慢地灌了进去。就这样，来回又做了几次，总算灌了一半，爸爸终于说可以了。

最后，爸爸又找来一张硬纸拿在了手里，还让我把鸡蛋放在了上面，又让我拿着吸铁石在硬纸的下面来回移动。啊。意想不到的事情发生了。不管鸡蛋是站立还是平躺，它随着吸铁石的方向在不停地旋转着，就像是在跳舞。我哈哈大笑起来，妈妈在旁边看得也笑弯了腰。当我把鸡蛋拿下来放在桌上的时候，它站立了起来。呀，它还是一个不倒翁。

爸爸今天可真了不起呀。

以前，一位交警阿姨来到我们学校做安全宣传，使我想起了一幕幕血的教训。酒后驾车，酝酿车祸，到最后车毁人亡;擅自用电，结果触电身亡等事例比比皆是，让人触目惊心。

我曾经是一个不重视安全的女孩，可亲身经历了一次一氧化碳中毒后，感到了生命的重要性。

7月26日星期三晴

“五一”三天的假期我过的可愉快了!

因为爸爸带我和小弟弟回到了我的老家——————安徽桐城，那里有我敬爱的爷爷、奶奶，还有很多我最好的小朋友们，我非常想念她们。

5月1日早晨我起的很早，打扮得漂漂亮亮的，准备好给好朋友的礼物—————我画的五彩画，就到车站乘车了。车子在道路上飞驰，我的心早就飞到了老家和小朋友们在一起玩了。

车子开了3个多小时，就到了，下车往家走的路两边都是黄灿灿的油菜花，可漂亮了，在南京可看不到，我缠着爸爸给我拍照。爷爷、奶奶都在家门口迎接我们呢，我扑到奶奶的怀里亲了奶奶一下，奶奶乐坏了，一手搂着弟弟一手搂着我，在我的小脸上亲个不停。我的小伙伴姚瑶、婷婷她们也来了，赶紧拿出我的礼物给她们。

在老家我和伙伴们玩跳皮筋，还和她们一起爬山，我还教她们跳舞，玩得可高兴了，一直到很晚才回家，第二天上午我和奶奶一起到茶园采茶，奶奶采茶我和小弟弟就在茶地里玩挖蚯蚓玩，弄得我们像个灰老鼠似的。下午我和奶奶到田埂边采蒿子(一种野菜)回家做蒿子粑吃，可香了，我都两年没有吃过了，奶奶傍晚做好了，我一下就吃了3个，把小肚子撑得圆鼓鼓的才罢休。

时间过得真快，我们又要回南京了，又要和我的好伙伴们分开了，走的时候她们都来送我，我的眼泪都快流出来了，上车了，爷爷、奶奶一直送我们上车，在车上我和爸爸说：“爸爸：以后放假我还要回老家”。

1，小学生应在成人带领下游泳，学会游泳;不要独自在河边`山塘边玩耍;不去非游泳区游泳;不会游泳者不要游到深水区，即使带着救生圈也不安全。

2，游泳前应做全身运动，充分活动关节，放松肌肉。

3，游泳时间不宜过长，20~30分钟应上岸休息一会儿，每次游泳时间不应超过2小时。

4，小学生不宜在太凉的水中游泳，如感觉水温与体温相差较大，应慢慢入水，渐渐适应，并尽量减少次数，减低冷水对身体的刺激。

5，上岸后要赶紧喝补糖水。

6，对于手脚抽筋者，若是手指抽筋，则可将手握拳，然后用力张开，迅速反复多做几次，直到抽筋消除为止;若是小腿或脚趾抽筋，先吸一口气仰浮水上，用抽筋肢体对侧的手握住抽筋肢体的脚趾，并用力向身体方向拉，同时用同侧的手掌压在抽筋肢体的膝盖上，帮助抽筋腿伸直;要是大腿抽筋的话，可同样采用拉长抽筋肌肉的方法解决。

说了这么多，请大家在游泳时谨记，以防溺水。
