今天我和妈妈换位。

我准备去上班了。我走着走着到了公司，进去工作了。

其实游戏很简单，通过计算题增加认知负荷，使得大脑达到“偷懒”状态，当让举例子的时候，举出来的都是最不用经过思考，最具代表性的例子。但是不同人的选择还是有差距，比如老外举水果的时候往往是Orange最具代表性，而国人通常选苹果。好了，这就涉及到一个问题，人的思维是受到环境影响的，那么，环境是否会改变人的思维？这倒是个值得商榷的问题。

说到思维，我们首先要明白，思维，是由人大脑内复杂的化学反应以及生物电信号的共同作用下所产生的一种无规律波动。那么，当一个人还是未发育的胚胎时，他不会思维也没有思维，而当他长大成人之后，他就有了思维。既然在这个过程中，思维不可能凭空产生，那么就必定受到环境的影响，又或者说，人的思维，根本就是环境的产物。

什么，你不信？那好，我们来看看，我们生活中的一切，都是由各种基本粒子组成的，往大的说，有中子。原子和分子，往小的说，有电子。质子。光子。介子。胶子和夸克等。引用《三体》里的一句话“其实吧，从科学角度讲，毁灭一词并不准确，没有真正毁掉什么，更没有灭掉什么，物质总量一点不少都还在，角动量也还在，只是物质的组合方式变了变，像一副扑克牌，仅仅重洗而已……可生命是一手同花顺，一洗什么都没了。”既然思维在环境中产生，就必定受环境影响。事实上，仅仅一个人的脑储存信息的容量就相当于1万个藏书为1000万册的图书馆，理论上可以同时进行上万个数独运算，但是做不到。思维不过是一堆混乱而脆弱的大积木，外部力量可以轻松地将他改变。重组，甚至是摧毁。比如静脉注射药物经常用于各类秘密审讯。但最恐怖之处在于，你怎么知道，你所想的一切，不是受了环境的影响呢？

举个例子：假设你是一个火车司机，正开着火车行驶在轨道上，很不巧，轨道前方有五名工人在工作，但你只剩下一秒钟时间，来不及提醒，而轨道前方有一条岔道，只有一个工人在工作，你会让火车转向吗？多数人选会。如果我们把人物变一变，你成为了一名旁观者，站在大桥上，你看见下方轨道上有火车在行驶，前方轨道上分别是五个人和一个人，你旁边有一个大胖子正在站着打盹，把他推下去刚好能挡住火车，你会他推下去吗？多数人选不会。这样，同样是牺牲一个人救五个人，为什么产生了不同的选择？这难道不是受到了社会环境的影响吗？也许有人会说把出题的人抓起来，但这种耍无赖的行为却将人类的思维漏洞体现的淋漓尽致——自大。虚荣，还有强烈的侥幸心理。

此类段落不论字数多少，都给人空虚的感觉。考生往往为了凑足篇幅而“不择手段”。表面看来扩展了许多，但仔细体会永远只有一个意思。不得不让考官觉得即单调又啰嗦。

（二）论述浮于表面，不达根源。

二、举例法

雅思考试有条写作指令叫做：Include relevant examples from your own experience. 所以很多考生在考试时都喜欢使用举例法（exemplification)。这一扩展方式本身无可厚非，然而在使用时几种例子是不适合的。

（一）局限于自己或朋友的例子。

此类例子往往缺乏客观性和说服力，由于第一人称的局限导致所叙述事件难免“鸡毛蒜皮”。要明白，个人不代表整体。

例：I keep my dog to avoid my loneliness and I find a lot of fun.

这样的例子让人犹如在看记叙文，和议论文很不搭调。

（二）引用过多数据。

太多专业数据会给人捏造的痕迹，缺乏真实性。考官会质疑数据的出处。

例：A survey indicates that the number of people smoking has increased to as high as 65 percent in China.（一项调查显示。。。）

"65%"让文章看起来有些假，有捏造的嫌疑。"A survey"又不够具有代表性。

（三）中国式的例子。

一个国家同样难代表世界。雅思是international的考试，不应将范围框的太局限。此外考官来自各个国家，过分使用一个国家的例子会引起他们的反感。

例：Many children in China like to play computer games for a long time, leading to their poor eyesight.

只需小小改动便可成为成功范例。

举例是为了更加形象地叙述事情。朗阁海外考试研究中心提醒考生们要注意以下原则：

（一）要来源于生活，要具有生动的论述效果。

不能过于空洞，也不能脱离现时，否则就失去了举例的意义。

（二）要客观表达。

虽然来源于身边社会，但不可让描述方式变的太鸡毛蒜皮，拿不上台面。其实这点非常容易办到，只需要把事件中某一个具体的你，我，他，变成是客观群体，比如说people across the globe, students, they之类的人称即可。

其次，在举例时还应注意尺度。

1. 应避免使用第一人称和第二人称，为了加强客观性，应将人称写成第三人称。

改正：Those people who raise pets, such as dogs and cats, are more likely to gain happiness and relieve their loneliness.（那些养宠物，例如养猫和养狗的人往往更容易获得快乐并且缓解孤独感）

2. 应避免引用一项调查研究，并同时伴有过多数据。应将数据去掉，用含糊的方法表示。

改正：There is much evidence to show that the number of people smoking has increased at an alarming rate in China. （大量证据表明。。。）

3. 应避免将例子局限在一个国家，尤其是中国。应将范围放至全世界。

改正：Many children around the world like to sit in front of the screen for a long time, leading to their poor eyesight.（在全世界，许多孩子在屏幕前待太久，导致了他们的视力减弱。

Now I’m studying in Hunan First Normal College, which is Chairman Mao’s former school. I major in English, because I find it so fun and interesting. As far as I’m concerned, our English Department is the best department in our college. The teachers in our department are knowledgeable, experienced, and warm-hearted. And my classmates are nice, friendly and helpful. Thus, I have a good atmosphere to study. When I have difficulties in study, I always ask my teachers for help or discuss with my classmates. College life is much different from high school life. In college, we should acquire knowledge as well as improve our integrated abilities. There are a lot of English classes for us to learn, such as Basic English, Oral English, Listening, Reading, Writing, Translation, Grammar, English Literature, and so on. I enjoy these classes very much. Except English, we have many other subjects to learn. Life seems so busy here but it’s so fruitful for me.

After class, I usually go to the English Corner. There I can practice my oral English by talking with foreigners or chatting with my schoolmates. Now, I’m able to communicate with foreigners well. Sometimes I also take part in some social activities. For instance, last weekend I attended an interesting play. As it was my first performance, I felt a little nervous at the beginning. But when I appeared on the stage, I made every audience laugh happily. I was so proud of myself at that moment, because this was my first achievement.

Yesterday when Susan was waiting for the bus at a bus stop, she saw a purse

Today, my parents took me to mygrandfathers home. I talked with my

"Thats a good idea." I said.Then we prepared for the outing. However, after

lunch, the sky turned dark andrained heavily. Therefore, our plan was an

Long, long ago, on a cross the ocean, there is a father with a 6 years old and his wife and son to the United States. 同处困境，有人会叹命运不公平，且固执地坚持着自己的错误观点，但这样根本起不到任何作用，到最后常常是自怨自艾，消极对待；而有人会汲取经验反省自己，换个角度去思考问题，从而找到解决的方法，既学到经验又有所收获。

生活和学习都是这样，当一个问题的出现让我们百思不得其解时，就应该想到，很可能是思考的方式不对。我对这些，可是深有体会。

一次考试，我在考试前早就已经做好了充分准备，在考数学时只匆匆看了一眼题目便胸有成竹。前面的题不出所料全都迎刃而解了，可是当我做到最后一道大题时，却突然没得头绪。时间在一分一秒的过去，考场里安静的好像空气凝结，毫无声响，而监考老师那锐利如鹰般的眼神，更让我感受到了前所未有的压力。我的心烦乱如麻，紧张得掌心已沁出密密的汗珠，它们像小溪汇聚成江河一样，顺着手掌的纹路，浸湿了我的演算纸。面对那些图形，那些杂乱无章的数字，我一筹莫展。

心急之下，我将演草纸翻了个面，把之前的思路全部抛开了，用另一种方法来解决这道题。没想到破釜沉舟背水一战居然取得了意想不到的效果，很快我便理清了那些杂乱无章的数据，找到了新的解题方法。虽然浪费了一些时间，虽然最后这道题过程写的不尽人意，但是我仍然满心欢喜，因为大有收获。人生不也是这样吗？换一种角度思考，便会得到许多不同的答案，总会找到解决问题的突破口。

我也曾看到过半杯水的故事，在沙漠中同样是半杯水，不同的人看到它就会有截然不同的看法。消极的人只会看到空的那一半儿，面对脚下生死未卜的沙丘感到希望渺茫，并因此而裹足不前；而积极的人却可以注意到满的那一半，认为这半杯水可以提供给他很多能量和精神上的支撑，因而信心百倍，勇往直前，摆脱困境。

生活中的不如意总比如意要多，既然必须要面对，我们不妨换一种角度思考我们所遇到的不如意，那么，所有的困难不仅不能阻挡我们前进，还会变成我们人生中最明亮的灯。

前两天看书的时候，书中说到很多的问题，范围之广，让我有点无法接受。

有时候随着文化的传播，我们自己似乎都找不清楚自己的路了，就好像曾经在游戏中徘徊，可是又接受了游戏，现在很多人在耽美的门前徘徊，现在又开始接受了耽美。

有时候想想都感觉不可思议。

未来是新的一代，可是掌控又不是破坏。我们总是会感觉，有一些人有一些事，都是不值得去信任的。因为不知道从什么时候开始，他们就找不到自己了。

每个人都在努力，什么事情都不间断。

我们可以看清楚，当初的他们一直都在说什么大话，可是还是要根据自己一个人的努力，才能够看清楚所谓的是是非非。那些抢夺战，其实从来都无关紧要。

我会一直都记得，他们完成的速度如何，他们写完的该如何，质量又能如何。其实从来都不会是什么大问题，只可惜从一开始，他们就需要百般强调。

这样就有点枯燥。

可是读书的时候，我们似乎就应该接受很多，难道不是嘛。那么多的道理，即便是被他们轻而易举颠倒黑白，我们也要努力扭转回来。

这也是一种能力。

当我打开文档后，身体上的疲乏不知道为什么减轻了很多。但是脑子仍然是浑浑噩噩的，打字的手章法有些混乱时断时续，写这篇日记的意义，我觉得只是记录一些琐碎与纾解精神上的疲乏。

现在已经第二天，虽然只多出三分钟却已经带我跨过了一个深夜。现在只能被称为凌晨的现在，窗外安静的只有急促驰过的车和飞过你家房顶飞机的声音。虽然为了满足精神上的痴迷，我经常抱着手机娱乐到第二天的凌晨。但是我是否可以认为学习到第二天的凌晨是极少的，享受的过程我总是吓走所有的瞌睡虫，每每学习只会让我感受到深深的倦意。

请不要说，不学习这种带有否定意味，却站在很多角度里并不存在意义的话。学习或许只是心灵的一种历程，是人生的一部分，看你是否能通过学习得到人生的修炼。

坚持的过程很累，不客气的说是痛苦，这里摧残的不仅是精神还有肉体。人说肉体的创伤可以治愈，但是精神的缺口很难很不同像是一种找不到药方的疑难杂症。我这么说到这种精神的创伤似乎有些严重，所以在我写下这些话后我又很自然而然的又继续思考，是否这种学习与疲乏是否损伤到我的精神。

话不止这么多，但是我的时间并不多，既然我牺牲了作业时间去干不相干的事情，那么已经被妖魔鬼怪迷惑走上歧途的我，似乎必须得花费更多的时间在找回去的路上。
