初中英语高效课堂实施方案【汇集20篇】

参加江门市实验小学优质课观摩活动，期间我聆听了两位骨干教师精彩的课堂教学，收获很多。置身于课堂教学中，看到两位老师气定神闲、信手拈来，不仅让我连声赞叹，这样的功底岂能一日为之?课堂上老师们先进的教学风格、变化多端的教学形式，这些都给我留下了深刻的印象和启迪。赞叹之余，更多的是深深地沉思，从中让我更深刻地体会到了学习的重要性与紧迫感。下面谈谈自己的听课体会：

一、课堂形式的多样化

对于儿童来说，一本书是枯燥无味，教师需要采用不同的方式去刺激学生、培养学生的兴趣，激发学生的求知欲，引导学生热爱学习。针对这低年级的儿童的心理和身理特征，实验小学低年级开展绘本课程，通过讲故事，演故事形式进行。从3分钟《小鼹鼠找新家》，两个低年级学生声情并茂，动作大方，校本课程不但让学生在听故事中学到了知识，同时还培养了学生的表达能力、语言组织能力和自己动手的能力，也给学生锻炼口才的机会。

实验小学还选用经典诵读、你问我猜等多种形式来上好国学棵，保持学生的对国学好奇心和新鲜劲。再比如单单诵读这一项来说，实验小学也采用多种形式，像分小组读、男女读，诗句接龙读、问答式读……尽量做到课堂实现形式的多样化，不断的刺激学生，以达到我们国学课的要求。

二、快乐的课堂气氛

罗曼•罗兰曾经说过：“要播撒阳光到别人心里，先要自己心里有阳光。”任何人只有在轻松、愉悦的心情下学习才是丰富生动的，也只有在保持快乐心情的时候，学习才是有效的。在王林老师《临死前的严监生》一课中，我感受到学生们学习的快乐。

王林老师给予不同程度的学生都提供了展示的机会，学生们有的展示有感情朗读课文，有的说自己的想法，有的展示扩词，有的展示课文朗读，还有的交流自己的读书感受。因为人人都有机会，因此人人都为能够展示自己而激动万分，争先恐后地发言，学习兴趣非常浓厚。

三、教师深厚的知识素养，让人叹服

小学学生以具体形象思维为主，他们主要通过模仿来获取知识。小学学生心理、智力、知识等方面发展尚不成熟、独立性差，尚不能辨别知识的真伪。这一阶段的学生对教师有一种特殊的信任、崇拜，认为教师说的一切都是对的，甚至不相信父母的话以教师的话惟命是从。实验小学的王林老师以深厚的知识素养影响着学生，押韵的白话文朗朗上口，使学生产生“我们老师懂得可真多”的感想，从而激起他们向老师学习、向老师看齐的愿望，让我由衷地敬佩。学生洋洋洒洒的说上几句白话文，让我感叹，还让我忏愧。

Everyone deserves to have a happy childhood. We all know, life isn’t

easy all the time, even for children.

One time I didn’t do well on a math test. It was the first time for me

记得五一劳动节前一个星期，我和同学们一起去德化玩。回家时在车上发生了如此一幕：当时车很挤，许多人都得站着，包括我在内。汽车颠簸了一段路程后，看到有人要下车，我眼疾手快，在别人还未发觉之际屁股就已在那暖暖的座位上。我松了一口七，心想这下子不必再受折磨了。我刚坐下不久，汽车上来了一个头发微白，大约五十岁的妇女，站在我的左后边。就在此时，我看到坐在我后面的那个人一咕噜地站了起来，想百座位让给她。她起先不肯，说她只需站着就行了。但我后面的那人并不懈气，恭恭敬敬地把她请到座位上。她也不再推辞缓缓地坐下，最后说了一句话：“我女儿也总是将座位让给别人。”难道这不是课堂吗?

“介词+名词/代词”所构成的短语称为介词短语。现将Unitsl-16常用的介词短语按用法进行归类。

1.in+语言/颜色/衣帽等，表示使用某种语言或穿着……。

2.in + Row/ Team/ Class/ Grade等，表示“在……排/队/班级/年级”等。

3.in the morning/ afternoon/ evening/ 表示“在上午/下午/傍晚”等一段时间。

4.in the desk/ pencil-box/bedroom 等表示“在书桌/铅笔盒/卧室里”。

5.in the tree表示“在树上 (非树本身所有)”;on the tree表示“在树上(为树本身所有)”。

6.in the wall表示“在墙上(凹陷进去)”;on the wall表示“在墙上(指墙的表面)”。

7.at work(在工作)/at school(上学)/at home(在家)应注意此类短语中无the。

8.at + 时刻表示钟点。 9.like this/that表示方式，意为“像……这/那样”。

12.from与to多表示方向，前者意为“从……”，后者意为“到……”。

8.It’s time to do…/ It’s time for sth. 意为“该做……的时间了”，其中to后须接原形动词，for后可接名词或V-ing形式。
