But to me, I was nervous but excited. This was my first and precious train life because before going to school I have been staying with my family. The train life is impressive on everybody; we had a lot of activities, for example giving a speech on a stage or singing together or playing basketball. When I was young at high school,I couldnt stop dreaming about my college life again and again.Suffering too much pressure form college entrance test,I always admired college students for their relaxed life in college.

Thats the first world title for China Womens Volleyball Team. Everyone was shocked by this news. At that time, China had just been out of the "Cultural Revolution". Their victory was the result of all the former volleyball players effort. In 1965,a famous coach of Japan was invited to China to help train the China National Womens Volleyball Team. In 1982, the China National Womens Volleyball Team won the gold medal again at the World Womens Volleyball Championships in Peru under the leadership of Yuan Weimin.

一阵阵枪声，一片片笑声，喊声、加油声……操场上响成一片。一幕幕激动人心的时刻，一次又一次在我眼前出现。我们班里的同学左盼右盼，终于迎来了这一天，那就是运动会了，班里的同学都说：“一定要和二班，三班分个胜负！”我的心像着了火似的：怎么女子60米还没开始？一个激动人心的消息传到我耳中，我飞快的跑到操场上。操场上的人可多了。有的在做热身运动，有的在玩，有的… …我又一次站在了起跑线上，面对强手我的心一下子跳了起来。只听“砰”的一声，操场上有一匹“野马”在疯狂地驰骋，我就像一支离弦的箭，飞一般地冲向60米的终点。我后面的四名运动员也紧追不舍。10米、9米、8米、7米、6米……“倪慧丹冲啊，加油啊！”同学们的加油声，老师的鼓励声，还有呼呼的风在我耳边呼唤着。时间越来越紧，离终点的距离也只有5米了。我越跑越快，勇猛地冲向终点。 “破了吗？”我和同学们议论纷纷，9秒44没破，我垂头丧气地走着，从小学三年级到五年级，我年年破校记录，可今年却没破。我的泪水像要涌出来，老师和同学们都安慰我：“没事的，你已经尽了自己最大的努力！” 回到班里，同学们知道我得了第一名都欢呼雀跃。 赛后，操场上又沸腾起来，“砰，砰……”这震耳欲聋的枪声，一次又一次地回荡在校园的上空。

2015年10月12日，这是个不平凡的日子，因为这天是中国自行研制的神舟号飞船的第六个，由长征二号运载火箭，搭载着它升空，这也是历史上的突破，因为它将搭载着费俊龙、聂海胜两名宇航员飞天，宇航员还将进入轨道舱内进行操作，这也是历史上的第一次。

这天北京航天中心与酒泉卫星发射中心的操作人员很早就来了。他们正紧张的进行操作，把数据统计到最精确。只剩下20分钟了，大家都注意着火箭的状况，希望不要出现意外。还有10分钟了大家更紧张了，毕竟这样的飞行是第一次嘛！我的心也渐渐绷紧了。只有5分钟了，我的手已经捏出汗了。进入一分钟倒计时了，这时我的心都快蹦出喉咙了。50秒、40秒、30秒、20秒、10秒、9、8、7、6、我忐忑不安的坐着，好像在飞船内的不是别人而是自己，再看看别的同学他们也非常紧张，有的捏着拳头，有的转着铅笔，还有的用手指敲着桌子。5、4、3、2、1、点火成功，我的心随着火箭的升空而平缓。一二级火箭行驶了400秒后与三级火箭分离，三级火箭点火或继续，冲出了大气层，随后整流罩分离，一会儿三级火箭熄火，它载着飞船滑行，过了几秒钟后，船箭分离，我的心似乎已平静但还是有点紧张如果太阳能帆板打不开那不就前功尽弃了吗？过了几秒钟后，飞船打开了太阳能帆板，此时大家响起了热烈的掌声，我的心里也有一种说不出的高兴和欢乐。

我非常高兴，原来，自己只见过发射中心和模拟飞行过程，这次我看见了真正的卫星发射的全过程，能不让人高兴吗？

It is quite often seen that many students walk their pets on campus nowadays. For the owners, it is really good enjoyment and happiness. But for the other students, it may not so good. As more and more students bring their pets to campus, a cry for forbidding the pets brought to campus is higher and higher. For me, I think the owner shouldn’t take their cute pets on campus for the sake of clean.

现在，大学生在校园里遛宠物是一件很常见的事情。对于宠物主人来说，这肯定是一件很惬意和幸福的事情。但是对于其他的学生来说，却不是那么好。禁止在校园里养宠物的呼声随着越来越多的学生在校园里养宠物也越来越高。就本人来说，从整洁的角度来考虑，我认为学生不应该带他们的爱宠来学校来养。

Firstly, keeping pets in dormitory will make dormitory smell bad and cause noise pollution. Pets couldn’t go to toilet and flush their waste as human does, so they just urine everywhere, which makes the place smelly. Besides, pets can make lots of noisy which is annoying especially at night. For other students who live with the owner, it is absolutely a disaster for they have to suffering from both the terrible smell and the disturbing noise.

首先，在宿舍里养宠物会让宿舍里面很难闻，并且会引起噪声污染。宠物并不会像人类一样可以自己去厕所并冲走它们的排泄物，它们到处大小便会让宿舍里面有很大的味道。另外，宠物会制造出很多恼人的噪音，尤其是在夜间。而对于同居一室的其他舍员来说无疑是一场灾难，他们不得不忍受那些难闻的气味与烦人的噪音。

Secondly, raising pets can be time-consuming and even affect their study. For students, they are supposed to spend more time studying. If they put their focus on their pets, then they will have less time to study. Not to imagine that they will do good in their study.

其次，养宠物很浪费时间甚至会影响学生的学习成绩。作为学生，应该多花时间在学习上。如果学生把精力都花在宠物的身上，那么学习的时间会更少。更不用说他们的学习成绩会好到哪里去。

In conclusion, I don’t think it is good for students to raising pets on campus in consideration to the good of the public hygiene and also their improvement in their academic performance.

总之，考虑到学校的公共卫生和学生的学习成绩，我不认为在学校养宠物会对学生有好处。

“砰”的一声，裁判员手持发令枪朝前打了一枪，别班的运动员如离弦的箭一样也是飞快地跑了出去，我坐在草坪上，紧张地看着为我们班的运动员捏了一把冷汗，眼看着别班的运动员遥遥领先，心里仿佛开始有一只受惊的兔子乱蹦乱跳，久久不能平息。

忽然一位运动员从我身边跑了过去，我再也坐不住了，连忙起身呐喊助威：“加油！加油！”可是，我们已经被远远甩在后面了我，我们都绝望了，我心想：难道就这么输给别班了吗？我的好朋友看透了我的心思，告诉我：“你不要乱想，我们班即使不能拿第一名，也不会是最后一名，我们要相信他们。”我点点头，继续为他们加油，并且更加卖力了。

终于，我们班的运动员像“黑马”一样从最后一名跑到了前三名，全场都沸腾了起来，为运动员加油，最后我们班得了第二名，今天，这激动人心的时刻是运动员刻苦练习的成果，更是老师们的心血变成的。

Last summer, intolerable heat, so mom and Dad brought our family went to see the ice sculpture museum.

As soon as we walked into the ice sculpture museum, we felt the chill of the inside, and I knew it was only minus six degrees Celsius. Were just like going into a big fridge. Ice sculptures in the ice sculpture hall are lifelike. It stood the ancient "Four Beauties": Sha Shi, Mochizuki Pipa Wang Zhaojun, Diao Chan, Yang dancing, all lovingly pathetic. The side see also the twists and turns of the bridge deck and handrails, sparkling, shining. There are all kinds of ice sculptures at the side of the bridge. It was found that the eaves of a unique Pavilion were flying, the pillars were beautiful, and the chairs were exquisite, so that people could not help sitting down and resting for a while. Cool air around the body around, make people feel comfortable.

What impressed me most was the two high ice slide. The ice is as smooth as a mirror, and we "Hula" it slips underneath. My sister and I climbed up and down excitedly, screaming with excitement, even the coat was flying, and the clothes were soaked in.

运动会因为时间紧迫的原因,广播操比赛和接力赛被换到了10月21日.晨会上,分各个年级进行了广播操比赛.||| 到五年级组了,放眼望去,大家都做得十分整齐、到位,所有同学都想为自己的班级增光添彩. 看!我们班的同学们,一个个精神抖擞,起劲地做着,脸上挥洒着他们的阳光自信、天真纯洁!时间一分一秒地过去,不知不觉中,大课间到了,接力赛的时间也到了.“呯”的一声枪响,我班的运动健儿如离弦的箭一般射了出去,飞跑着,坐在草坪上的我们,一个个都禁不住站起来,甚至跳起来为他们呐喊助威,男子比完了,女子组运动员该上场了,各就各位后,我们对柳倩说：“加油!”她点点头,那目光,那眼神,使人浑身是力量!我的心跳在加速.随着枪声响起,我也感觉自己在跑,好紧张,一棒、两棒、三棒、三棒交完后,我默默喊,冲上去,超过前面的!虽然还在加油鼓劲,我快绝望了,突然一个熟悉的身影闪过,是柳倩,我突然振奋起来,她的速度真快,一会儿就超上了前面的几位,我对她刮目相看——小小的人能跑那么快!果然,柳倩不负众望,在小组里遥遥领先.运动员们个个气喘吁吁地回来了,在坐的伙伴有的递水,有的捶背,还有的竟然递上了巧克力给他们补充能量.这时,杜梦静跑来,对我们说：“我们班第一名,光播操也是!”“耶!”“太棒啦!”每一个人脸上都洋溢着自豪的神情、微笑,整个操场充满我们的欢笑.双喜临门,怎不令人兴奋呢?要知道,在往年的运动会上我班成绩都不如人意,总是垫底的.||| 这个激动人心的时刻是同学们和老师们用辛勤的汗水换来的,这些运动健将放学后刻苦训练的情景浮现在我眼前……激动人心的时刻不仅是赛事,还有我们纯洁的友情!我们用最天真的欢笑、泪水、童年,一起谱写最动人的友情乐章!

上学期中，“叮铃铃”，随着清脆的上课铃声，各班被老师推荐来竞选大队干部的同学都已各就各位，盼望着李校长的到来。

不一会儿，李校长来了，在黑板上写下了几个大字：竞选大队干部。顿时，在座的同学有的欢呼，有的紧张，有的还翻出演讲稿在作补充，阶梯教室了就像炸开了锅。

李校长让我们安静下来，让我们想想，自己适合任哪个岗位。顿时，我心里乱极了：当大队长吧，能力强吗?副大队长?定会被别人推下台的。大队委呢?还有可能当上，不过这是大队阶级最小的“官职”，岂不是显得我没骨气?我要竞选副大队长!正当我快要举手时，已经有一双坚定的小手举了起来，那是竞选副大队长组织部长的罗礼……同学们都认真的听着，我却将小手慢慢地举了起来，向讲台走去。

上了讲台，我顿时紧张起来，怀里像抱着一只小兔子，怦怦地跳个不停。“我想竞选副大队长学习部长……”当我下台时，台下不约而同地响起了热烈的掌声。哎，心里的大石头总算落地了，同时我也有点儿得意，心想没有人敢和我竞争了。可谁知天有不测风云，五(1)班的李玲月也要竞选学习部长，紧张得我不知如何是好，虽然我俩成绩都差不多，可她的经验却比我丰富。我只得一边紧张，一边继续听其他同学的演讲。

不一会儿，期待 已久的投票时间到了，有李校长宣布结果。这时，我紧张的程度已经到达了手指冰凉脚 、腿脚发软的地步。“副大队长学习部长：五(4)班李晓慧……”我激动地跑上前去，接过那令人羡慕的“三道杠”牌子……

回首往事，自我出生以来，中国的进步与发展历历在目。现在的中国，早已不是以前的那个懦弱而又目光短浅的“东亚病夫”了。中国已经一步步的走向了世界的顶端，而她的这些足迹都让我们中华子孙感到无比的自豪与激动。

例如：2008年的第29届北京奥运会。偌大的鸟巢中坐满了人，不仅仅只有中国人，更多的是外国人。此时，人们已不在乎中国的过去，而是在心中充满了对中国的希望。国人们，不是在鸟巢亲眼目睹历史性的一刻，就是在家中与亲人坐在电视机前关注奥运会开幕式。那绚烂的烟花、那壮大的表演人群、那整齐的韵律，都让我们无比激动，也让发达国家们大为震惊。这让他们知道了：中国正在强大，中国是他们欺负不了的!

再譬如：2009年的60周年国庆大阅兵。60响礼炮轰鸣，让中华儿女热血沸腾的《义勇军进行曲》奏响，鲜艳的五星红旗像一束火焰在天幕上燃烧。在鲜艳的八一军旗引领下，陆军学员方队、水兵方队、空降兵方队、二炮学员方队、三军女兵方队、武警方队、预备役方队、女民兵方队等14个徒步方队，迈着整齐步伐动地而来。这整齐、铿锵的足音从历史深处走来。铮铮足音，传递着一个共同心声：无论过去现在未来，无论如何艰险困难，我军都是党和人民最可信赖的力量!看着这些整齐的军队与个个精神抖擞的战士们，我情不自禁地喊出：中国，我爱你!

还有2010年的上海世博会。世博会那时各国人们有的来到中国观看表演，有的坐在电视机前一边津津有味地吃东西，一边全神贯注地看节目。原本平静、安宁的城市顿时热闹起来：一幢幢高楼大厦拔地而起，一排排整齐、豪华的别墅让人眼前一亮……世界一流的体育馆向各国的朋友招手，到处都飘者彩旗，到处都长满了美丽的鲜花……世博会不仅仅是上海的，也是中国的，更是世界的。2010年世博会，带给了上海更加繁荣昌盛的未来。2010年的世博因为选择了上海而成为了历史上最耀眼的一次!

……

这些都是中国腾飞的见证，我们因为中国而欢呼、雀跃，为了中国而激动、自豪。中国的这些重大事件，都是我人生路上最最激动地时刻。我为中国而骄傲!

如果把回忆折叠起来，如果把时间翻转回来，翻回到了那激动人心的试客。只听见“砰砰砰”惊天动地的声响。

“加油，加油，加油!”一阵阵巨大的声响划破沉重的空气，透过急促的呼吸声打到了每个运动员的耳膜上。我们知道，观众在看，支持我们的人在看。

时间只剩下了仅有的八秒，此时比分是98：96。这八秒意味着比赛的输赢，意味着队员们的汗水是否有意义，意味着是否会让支持我们的人失望。

我们每个人都知道我们都已无力再打加时赛，我们都知道我们只能把希望投放在一枚三分球上，而这一球会是决定我们输赢的一球。

七秒。队员们死死盯着每一位对手，眼神像一匹匹饿狼一般狠狠地扑向敌人，死咬不放。汗水极速地摔落在地上。肌肉不停地收缩、伸张，呼吸急促。 六秒。敌人开始进攻了!“防住底线，底线空了!”我们以雷霆电闪般的速度补防底线。“两人夹防他。”瞬间，两名队员向控球敌人夹上去。越逼越紧，越逼越紧，球断掉了!“快进攻!”五秒。

队友以他最大的力气和最快的速度将那沉重的球划破空气传到了我的手上。“加油!加油!加油!”鼓励的声音在球场回荡，我以我最快的速度运过了半场。 四秒。我放慢了脚步，最终停了下来。观众们都感到吃惊，一阵阵疑问的声音传来。，为什么不快攻? 是我放弃了快攻?是我再也没力气了?是我失去了赢的希望了。 不!不是的，我站在了三分线外? 三秒。

这是最后一球了!我该选择自己出手，还是该选择相信队员，让他们来绝杀? 两秒。只听见“砰砰，砰砰„„”惊天动地的声响!急促的呼吸声，观众的鼓励声。汗水急速摔落的声响，肌肉急速收紧的声响! 一秒。我已没有时间思考了!我急速地下弯腿部，这一刻，全场安静了下来，只剩下了“砰砰”的惊天动地的心跳声。

我将球投了出去，心跳更加急速的跳动!进了!进了!全场欢呼!队员们都高兴地跳了起来，胜利的光线把杀戮唱成诗篇!
