几天前，南京发布了雾霾红色预警，学校都停课了。我无聊地在家看着电视，心想：雾霾啊雾霾，你什么时候走啊?不经意间，我朝窗外看去。天哪!天空灰蒙蒙的，失去了往日那湛蓝的色彩，像一块很久没有擦试的镜子;远处几座高楼大夏补大雾淹没了。四周一片模糊;来来往往的行人们都戴着口罩。大街上还是往日的繁华，可是这里的天是灰的，空气也是灰的，整个南京像一条很脏很脏的毛巾，空气中满是灰尘，繁华的景象似乎也被这无限的灰笼罩住了，每个人心中一片灰暗。

这时，耳边传来了天气预报：“明日雾霾将继续笼罩南京，请大家做好防卫工作……”我面对灰色的南京，情不自禁地想：大家要少开车，少抽烟，保护环境人人有责，不要让雾霾使南京变成灰色!

我很奇怪，就跑去问妈妈，妈妈告诉我：“通常人们说的雾霾实际上是由雾和霾这两种天气组成的，雾霾天气看起来像起了大雾一样，但实际上有很大的区别。大雾是由地面空气中的水汽凝结形成的，而霾则是因为空气中极细微的灰尘颗粒，细沙颗粒，病毒颗粒等均匀地悬浮在空气中，他们交织在一起就是雾霾天气。这种天气对人体的危害非常大，我们如果吸入了这些细菌，病毒，就很容易生病，严重的话还会致死。”

据我所知，雾霾天气都是由汽车尾气，工厂排放出的废气等二次污染造成的，所以我们现在除了要减少户外活动，多喝开水之外，更应该保护环境，爱护我们的家园，让雾霾天气远离我们。

“宝贝，快来把口罩戴上”最近几天，从来都反对带口罩的妈妈总是让我带口罩。因为现在淮安的空气质量非常不好，大家总是骂雾霾，可是又有谁知道，这雾霾的背后是人们没有环保意识而造成的呢？

外面的天气是一片灰暗，我的心也跟着充满灰意。“唰”一辆大客车从我眼前划过，汽车尾部，有一股黑烟匆匆而上，让原本灰暗的淮安城又“绣”上了一层危害。我捂着鼻子跑走了，这样的环境还能让人生存吗！“咳咳”我随声望去，原来是几个没有带口罩的路人呀。看到他们紧皱着眉头，我忽然想起这样严重的空气污染给人体也带来了许多不必要的危害——

吸入了太多空气中的细菌，大家都会知道对人体的肺部很不好，并且还会缩短人的寿命，这空气的污染带给我们的危害真的太多了！写到这里，我不由的把笔放下了，望着窗外灰蒙蒙的天空，我的心中不禁多了一丝担心，担心这样的空气到底要延续多久？这雾霾还会带给我们带来哪些伤害？这些雾霾仿佛住进了我的心里，令我陷入沉思……

但世界总是充满希望，每当我走在回家的路上时，总会看见一些身穿有黄色背心的清洁工阿姨们，而只有她们这些普通的不能再普通的人，才能带给我，带给社会一丝温暖。她们不分白天黑夜都辛勤的劳动，为我们美好的生活做出一身的奉献。如果每一个人都能向阿姨们一样，那这个世界该多么美好啊！我心想这些清洁工阿姨们带给我们多大的帮助啊！

Thank you very much for your concern. Last months several places in Beijing were blanketed with thick yellow fog. Everything around disappeared from oursight. Some highways were closed. Traffic jams were commonly seen in the streets. Many people, especially children and seniors, even found it difficult to breathe. As a result, local hospitals were crowded with people who had problems with their noses and lungs. Part of the cause was the dry weather, but the severely damaged environment contributed a lot to this nightmare. Personally I didn’t get any health problems in the haze because I stayed mostly indoors.But to make a significant change we really have to do more to protect our environment. To live a better life we have to push on with the economy, but it wound be meaningless if we have to achieve it at the cost of our breathing air.

今天早上，我从温暖的被窝里爬起来，望了望窗外，哇!白茫茫的一片雾，我仿佛置身于仙境。这时，听妈妈在跟爸爸说：“今天的雾霾可真大，连对面的房子都看不清了。”这时我才明白，原来窗外白雾腾腾的东西叫“霾”。

那么雾和霾有什么区别呢?就让我给大家介绍一下吧。

雾是由大量悬浮在近地面空气中的微小水滴或冰晶组成的气溶胶系统，是近地面层空气中水汽凝结(或凝华)的产物。雾的存在会降低空气透明度，使能见度恶化，如果目标物的水平能见度降低到1000米以内，就将悬浮在近地面空气中的水汽凝结(或凝华)物的天气现象称为雾;而将目标物的水平能见度在1000-10000米的这种现象称为轻雾或霭。形成雾时大气湿度应该是饱和的(如有大量凝结核存在时，相对湿度不一定达到100%就可能出现饱和)。就其物理本质而言，雾与云都是空气中水汽凝结(或凝华)的产物，所以雾升高离开地面就成为云，而云降低到地面或云移动到高山时就称其为雾。一般雾的厚度比较小，常见的辐射雾的厚度大约从几十米到一至两百米左右。雾和云一样，与晴空区之间有明显的边界，雾滴浓度分布不均匀，而且雾滴的尺度比较大，从几微米到100微米，平均直径大约在10-20微米左右，肉眼可以看到空中飘浮的雾滴。由于液态水或冰晶组成的雾散射的光与波长关系不大，因而雾看起来呈乳白色或青白色。

而霾呢?主要有悬浮在大气中的大量微小尘粒、烟粒或盐粒等颗粒物在低层大气的稳定层下部累积所形成的集合体。如果天气晴朗，空气比较干燥稳定，风又小，大量很小很小的肉眼看不到的干尘粒均匀地浮游在空中，使空气变得浑浊，远处的光亮物体呈现出黄色或红色，黑色物体略微呈现蓝色，这就是霾。这时空气中水平能见度通常在10公里以下。

这种天气又为什么会有霾呢?其实都是一些污染造成的。工业污染，尾气排放，这种种行为都会产生“霾”。所以，最好的办法就是不超标排放污水，污气，这样我们的家园才会变得跟美好!

10月21日，我市突降大雾，能见度降低。气象专家预计，由于气象条件依然不利于空气中污染物扩散，雾霾天气或将继续加重，并将持续。此次雾霾天气主要是由于昼夜温差在10℃以上，较大的温差在我市市区形成了逆温层，持续逆温和弱风气象，水平和垂直方向上不利于污染物扩散，积累形成了雾霾天气。从气象条件上来说，冬季不利于污染物扩散的气象条件较多，每逢临近供暖期，必然出现大雾，今年冬天也不排除会再次出现雾霾天的可能性。为了防范雾霾在生活中带来的种种不便，提出以下建议。

一是合理安排好生产、交通和群众生活。雾霾天气市民应尽可能少出门，取消晨练，非要出门时最好戴上医用口罩防护，避免呼吸道受刺激导致疾病发生;外出归来，应立即清洗面部及裸露的肌肤。患有心血管疾病的人，尤其是年老体弱者，不宜在雾天出门，更不宜在雾天晨练，以免发生危险。

二是倡议采取建议性污染减排措施。公众自觉采取节能减排措施，尽量乘坐公共交通工具出行，减少小汽车上路行驶;停车时及时熄火，减少车辆原地怠速运行;施工工地自觉增加洒水次数，减少建筑工地扬尘。教育主管部门可以根据天气情况制定针对极端天气的安全防护预案，当遭遇沙尘天气时，叫停课间操、体育课等户外活动，可以将体育课安排在室内进行，或临时调课，不要让孩子成为吸尘器。

三是农业部门积极推广先进的耕作制度。积极推广免耕法，将作物残茬留于地表，在秋季整地期间，禁止城郊及周边县市农民大量焚烧秸秆，避免产生浓重的烟尘。

四是建立和完善雾霾天气的动态监测 “预警系统”。加强PM2.5监测网的建设，针对我国雾霾天气的特点，研究雾霾天气动态监测方法，利用卫星遥感、雷达和探空等手段对雾霾天气的形成、发展和扩散进行跟踪观测，形成一个实时的雾霾天气监测“预警系统”，并及时发布信息，以利于提前安排好生产、交通和群众生活、尽可能减少损失。

雾霾天气虽然造成空气质量严重下降，但只要注意防范，注意合理的安排，就可以减少雾霾给人们生产生活带来的危害。
