今天是实习授课的第二天，我早早地准备好今天讲课的内容，但真的要上课时，我心里却不免有点紧张，因为昨天是我第一次上讲台用自己的方式去向学生传授知识啊!今天在上新课之前，我必须先要把昨天的内容

简单复习一下，这可正是对我教的好坏一个全面的检验......上课了，我表面上镇定自如地走上了讲台。一些常规的课堂程序之后，我开始了课堂复习步骤，出乎意料的是学生们反应迅速，对答如流。说真心话，看到这我心里真的感到无比喜悦。

昨天穿了整天的高跟鞋跑来跑去，傍晚到住处时脚痛得很厉害，都是高跟鞋惹的祸。今天我终于放弃我坚持足足两天的“职业淑女装”计划，改穿帆布鞋了，虽然看起来有点“不敬业”但至少我精神状态好多了，晚饭也算是能咽下了。今天下午总负责人赫老师给开了个小会，会上总结了一周班级的基本情况，听起来都是些琐碎的小事情，例如老师的表现是否合格，学生课堂表现等等。赫老师用聊天的方式很细心的分析着这些，不仅仅吸引老师们的注意，连所有其他负责老师也不自觉的被吸引过去了，我在一边看着赫老师，一边瞧瞧其他老师的反应。真不知道让我发言的时候能不能也有这样的效果，希望有吧。不过接手前的这个星期有点像被判“死缓”，哈哈。

天正式给学生上高中的课了班上有20几个学生和听课的老师，但是我一点没有紧张。因为可能培训的时候适应了吧上课做了一次单元测试，所以后来我就讲了一节试卷评讲课，一节单词的讲解。讲试卷时明显就发现了自己的不足，知道答案却难以讲解的明白。每个题目都得到字典上去寻求解释，还需要向老师请教如何讲解。很多很细微的知识点也要向学生解释清楚的。经过这几节课的实践，自己虽然还是难以把握讲解的方法，总算还是学得了一些。自己感觉在讲解试卷时，内容会很枯燥，同学们听着也很无聊，开始在下面做别的了，谁料被坐在下面的老师发现了，把他们教育了一番，可能是我光顾着自己讲了，都没怎么注意下面的同学的反应。这一点以后一定得避免。回顾这四周的时间我是专心的，但专心不一定等于成功，我究竟是一名实习生，在知识的构建上还存在着许多断章，还缺乏教学经验，甚至因为读错了某个英语单词或某个字后，或者写错了某句话，老师把错误指出来后而无地自容。但是我想通过两个月的实习我一定会越来越好的。

在升旗仪式上，除了升国旗之外，还需升上另外七面班旗。这七面班旗代表着七个在这周全校表现得最为优秀的班级。在这样的制度下，有的班旗可以一个学期连升多个星期，而有的班旗却一次机会都没有。一面班旗，代表着一整个班集体的荣誉和自豪。同时，也能激励全校其它师生向这些榜样班级学习。班旗的升起和降下，正是对全校师生最好的鞭策和鼓励。这是一种无形的督促。

在观摩了这样一场升旗仪式后，感动之余，我也备受启迪。

在对学生们的教育教学管理的过程中，只是有爱心和责任心也是不够的。如果想做好这份工作，还需要一份儿智慧。就好比班旗，全校日常规的管理其实是多么平常的一件事情，但加以一些巧思，无形中既督促全体学生们做好班级常规，又无意识地培养了他们的集体荣誉感。真是起到一举多得、事半功倍的效果。

Aducation is not an end, but a means to an end. In other words, we do not educate children only for educating them. Our purpose is to fit them for life.

In some modern countries it has been fashionable to think that free education for all can solve all the problems of society and build a perfect nation. examination as the only way to measure a student’s school work.It seems that the

aim of school education is to achieve the temeness of students for society

rather than to cultivate the unique minds for the individuals.But we must

know,the school should to teaching the methods of learning,but not many

formulas.

Besides,most of school in china always think studying more important than

other activities,which is a wrong view.Obviously,active participation in school

activities can better our health as well as our study.Students need not only

work hard on their studies,but also often join the school various activities.The

most important is school should to make proper arrangements of physical

recreation and intellectual activities to enrich the school life,improve the

student’s comprehensive quality.

School eduction has played an important role in people’s life. When reaching three tears old, the little children will go to kindergarten for a preschool education. And then they will take part in the primary school, middle school, high school, college and so on. School eduction almost run through people’s whole life. So it is very important. We all know that thereare many knowledgeable teachers in school will teach the students. But it’s not enough. School eduction needs the coordination of family education. The British educator, Hosea Ballou once said,”Education commences at the mother’s knee, and every word spoken within the hearsay of children tends towards the formation of character. 我觉得安利科是个孝顺的孩子，也是个善良的孩子。他天真、活泼、好动，在他生活中有许多关怀他的好朋友，时常鼓励他，安慰他，所以他才可以顺利成长，也可以从中获取经验。

给我记忆最深的是二年级的学生罗贝蒂，他为了保护一个一年级的小学生朱利奥不被马车撞到，自己却来不及躲开，被马车把脚骨压碎了，经后只能靠拐杖行走了。在我们的生活中，帮助别人的同学是有的，但像他这样了为保护别人而牺牲自己的同学，我们就不一定有幸遇到了。看到这一个故事，令我想到了报纸上的一则报道：一位九十多岁的老太太倒在人行道上。20分钟里，竟没有一个路人上前搀扶。等到120急救车赶到时，老太太已经去世约20分钟了。同样是两个值得帮助的人，但是遇到的结果却完全不同，一个得到了别人舍命相救，一个去世了很久才被人发现。这些行人跟舍身救人的罗贝蒂简直是差之千里。

从孩子们下车，到父母们给他们脱掉厚厚的防晨寒的衣物，再到目送孩子们进了校园。这样一切的行为和眼神，都被身在一旁的我们看在眼里，感动在心里。我曾观察到这样一位母亲。目送女儿进了校门之后，本可放心离开。但她一边调转摩托车，目光却一直停留在渐行渐远的女儿身上。调转完毕后，她仍足足驻留了有十五秒钟，直至女儿的背影完全消失不见，才慢慢离开。

黄校长说，只要看到家长们这样的眼神，他们就必须把学校的教育办好，承担好这份沉甸甸的爱和责任。这样的思想，这样的追求，以前丁老师也给我们灌输过。但那时太过不以为然，我们以为好好对学生、认真对学生、全心全意为学生，这又有何难？这两天才明白，哪有我们想象的那么容易！

孩子是家里的唯一，是每个家庭的希望。要想成为一名合格的教师，最基本的道德素质就是爱心和责任。具备了这两点，你才能拥有承担这份沉甸甸责任的资格。
