三、不按规划乱批建房，收取村民建房费用没有收条。

我们xx村是xx镇最边远的一个村，靠近村前镇，村庄零散，本来村民建房是最好规划的，可是村干部不坚守原则，不按规划乱批人情房，人面房，使村庄道路不通畅，村容村貌不整齐，使村民怨声载道，更为严重的是，收了村民的建房费用不开收条，不按期办理建房手续，每幢房屋收取的费用少则上千元，多则上万元，收了钱不开收条，这些钱到哪里去了，为什么不帮村民按期办理建房手续，这难道不是严重的违法贪污么?

四、请问有关领导及有关单位在我们xx村干部一年有多少工资，有没有标准?

我们村委会有部分干部家里没种田又没办什么企业，但在几年内要供几个子女念大学，结婚成家，还要建房买房买车，这些钱哪里来的，这可不是一笔小数目，一般的小老板都很难做到，还有个别干部经常在外饮酒作乐，严重影响党在群众心中的崇高形象，严重破坏了党群关系。这样就形成了我们村委会和行政村的干部不为群众办实事，只为钱，更谈不上为人民服务，
