In every city, there are always a main street known for its lantern fair,

on that special day, the street will become as bright as daylight in the night

with myriads of lanterns and streams of spectators. At this moment, the

happiness in the heart is beyond all description. By watching various lanterns,

eating sweet Tang Yuan, and hanging out with the people we love, thinking of the

bright future in front of us. It’s worth everything.

荐寒假里，我读了一本书名叫《大林和小林》，作者是我国童话大师张天翼先生。这本书很有趣，而且很感人。

一次偶然的奇遇，使大林和小林这对双胞胎兄弟俩失散了。结果，弟弟小林被绅士狗皮皮捡到后，卖给了四四格，而小林的苦日子也来了，他不仅要去炼金刚石，还要给四四格送早餐。四四格不满意时，还“给打得皮开肉绽，血一道一道地流了下来”。但他从不抱怨，当别人遇到困难时，他总是伸出援助之手，是一个能干、乐观和善良的人。哥哥大林成了富翁叭哈先生的儿子，改名叫唧唧少爷。他整天吃喝玩乐，过着饭来张口，衣来伸手的生活。最后，变成了一个大胖子，一个好吃懒做的寄生虫，结果饿死在金子堆里。不同的环境，让兄弟俩成了不一样的人。书中让我印象最深的就是四四格一顿饭居然吃了72头牛、6头象、几头猪和1200个鸡蛋。

DragonBoatFestival, often known as Tuen Ng Festival or Duan Wu Festival, is a traditional Chinese festival held on the fifth day of the fifth month of the Chinese calendar. It is also known as the Double Fifth.[citation needed] It has since been celebrated, in various ways, in other parts of East Asia as well, most notably Korea.

The exact origins of Duan Wu are unclear, but one traditional view holds that the festival memorializes the Chinese poet Qu Yuan of the Warring States Period. He committed suicide by drowning himself in a river because he was disgusted by the corruption of the Chu government. The local people, knowing him to be a good man, decided to throw food into the river to feed the fishes to prevent them from eating Qus body. They also sat on dragon boats, and tried to scare the fishes away by the thundering sound of drums aboard the boat and the fierce looking dragon-head in the front of the boat.

In the early years of the Chinese Republic, Duan Wu was also celebrated as "Poets Day", due to Qu Yuans status as Chinas first poet of personal renown.

Today, people eat zongzi (the food originally intended to feed the fishes) and race dragon boats in memory of Qus dramatic death.

It is quite usual that one meets failures, for ones life can never be

plain sailing. However, diffhrent people hold diffhrent attitudes towards

failure. Some people think it a heavy blow to fail in achieving something and

they can not endure failure. When they meet failure, they will be seriously

dejected and can never pluck up their courage to try again. However, others

think it natural to meet failures in ones career. Therefore, they are

psychologically prepared. When they meet failures, they will not be frustrated.

Since I come to college, I feel so excited about the new life. Before I go

to college, I have pictured the wonderful life here, but now I find I have many

problems and the campus life is not as wonderful as I think. I need to adjust my

lifestyle.

In high school, in order to inspire students to study hard, teachers always

picture the amazing life in college, so most students treat college as the

paradise. But when they start the new life, they find the difference between

dream and reality. For me, I think I could play most of the time, joining

parties and making a lot of friends. However, study occupies most of my time. I

have so many lessons to learn. Sometimes I even have class at night. This makes

me feel unexpected.

But the time to study is not the only annoyance for me. I feel so

我把勺子在端上面不久，就看见勺子上就冒出来许多小气泡，消失后，只见一粒一粒的微小水珠溅在了桌子上，好似一颗颗小豆子。

过了几分钟后，只看见勺底漆黑一片，勺子却什么也没有，就知道，这一定是水了。

当实验第二勺时，勺上却出现了许多盐。这回我们总算搞懂了，原来大土豆会浮是因为盐呀!

2、因为香蕉里含有丰富的维生素，那是天然的，无法取代；护肤品是人们自造的，有一些黑心的人，为了夺取利益，表面上打着“含有丰富维生素”的牌子，实际上，一点维生素都没有。

我喜欢香蕉还有一个原因：香蕉好吃。香蕉的味道简直就是太美味了，当你拨开它那金黄的皮，看到淡黄色的肉，你就会恨不得赶快吃掉它，咬一口，软绵绵的，甜甜的，十分好吃，吃完一个，就会想在吃一根。

今年暑假，我在爸爸的工地上与他一起读了四大名著中的《西游记》一书，我们还观看了电视连续剧。《西游记》对我的启示有三点。

一、做任何事情都不是一帆风顺的。人的一生想要实现自己的理想，做成一件事情，肯定会遇到很多困难。只有克服这些困难，才能取得最终的成功。就像《西游记》里面，唐僧师徒四人取经遇到了九九八十一难，而且走了十四年，才最终取到了真经。

二、我们要勇敢地战胜困难。我们小学生学习的时候，会遇到很多的困难，学习没有捷径，只能靠自己勤奋刻苦、努力付出才能战胜困难，达到胜利的彼岸。孙悟空就是我们的榜样，他从不怕妖魔鬼怪，一路拼杀，终于到达了西天，并被封为“斗战胜佛”。

三、坏人最终是会被打败的。取经途中，唐僧师徒遇到了很多的妖怪。这些妖怪有的本领很大，法力高强，但最终都被打死、收归，坏人是战胜不了好人的。我们小学生要做一个善良的人，善于帮助别人，以“慈悲为怀”，才能在以后的人生道路上取得辉煌的成就。

我有时禁不住的想，悟空是吴承恩先生将自身情感灌注得来的人物，还是集合那千百人身上的一部分而成的塑性?师徒四人总是他最有主见，执着向着目标方向，即使天寒地冻，路遥马亡。细数悟空前半生，离经叛道，放荡不羁，我却觉得他一直追逐自由两字，然而发现责任才是归宿，汪国真先生有一问诗，我以为选择了远方，便只顾风雨兼程。

敢问路在远方?路在脚下，梦在远方。
