现在我明白为什么每次铮姐要我们上去分享一些东西，作为一个销售，必须要锻炼自己的口才，不断突破自己，艾莫老师也说了不仅要敢说，还有能说，会说…把自己的兴趣变成爱好，把爱好变成特长，把特长变成专长，把专长变成专业，在“蓝海”是一个展现自己的的平台，刚到一区陈总就给我说过，我的优势在哪，要做我自己，不要太拘束，茫茫人海当中总有一个是属于我的，总有一个会为我每天的辛苦而买单…

对于销售公司来说，人员流动很大，而作为一个新人来说，我们现在必须要抛下我之前的一些东西，在蓝海成长，跟着陈总和铮姐的脚步慢慢蜕变,可能前面的路程会很辛苦，但是在自己的心里必须要树立一个目标，当自己坚持不住的时候告诉自己，这么久的时间都过来了，再坚持一小时，再坚持30分钟，再坚持十分钟,再坚持…我觉得我是可以做到了，我对自己很有信心

大家好！今天我演讲的题目是“我爱我的祖国”。

说起祖国，我总会有一种自豪感。因为我的祖国是——中国。

五千年的风雨沧桑，铸造了不朽的华夏文明。血脉的代代传承，为每一个炎黄子孙在骨子里便刻印上了中国的印记。

滔滔黄河，滚滚长江，哺育了一代又一代的中华儿女。在这片古老而又神奇的土地之上，中国人一直用自己的劳动与智慧书写着传奇。从女娲补天、夸父逐日的神话传说开始，中华民族便登上了历史的舞台；紧接着，三皇定伦、五帝治世，中国先民凭借着自己的智慧与劳动告别了原始社会，走进了最初的人类文明时代；在之后，二十四朝风和雨，各有千秋史自明，中国曾一度成为世界的中心，世界的目光也曾一直聚集在中国这条巨龙身上。

万里河山秀色美，祖国风光无限好。三山五岳，四海五湖，茫茫草原，涛涛林海，荒漠戈壁，万里平川，华夏大地之上，处处都是迷人风光，流连其中，如梦如醉，感叹自然之神奇，欣喜祖国山河之壮阔。这就是中国大地，这就是我们世世代代所居住的地方，我们所深深爱着的地方。

The International Childrens Day (ICD) is celebrated in numerous countries, usually (but not always) on June 1 each year.

The ICD had its origin in the World Conference for the Wellbeing of Children in Geneva, Switzerland in 1925. It is not clear as to why June 1 was chosen as the ICD: one theory has it that the Chinese consul-general in San Francisco (USA) gathered a number of Chinese orphans to celebrate the Dragon Boat Festival in 1925, which happened to be on June 1 that year, and also coincided with the conference in Geneva.

June 1 has since been observed as the ICD by numerous countries, especially by Communist countries; in the Western world the ICD is usually celebrated on other days of the year (if at all)， and there is often little public awareness about these celebrations. (See the section on Germany below for further discussions.) Consequently there is sometimes a misperception that June 1 as the ICD was a Communist invention. Nonetheless, in recent years even some groups within the United States started observing the ICD on June 1.

There is a example, a seiner high school student was eolled by Tsinghua University in a high scores but after 1year he was dropped out by the university, whyThe reason is sample, after he stepped into college he began high on or suspected to addicted to web game, he started to be truant, violate the college rules, finally, he failed many courses, and the university didn’t forgive him anymore. There are lots of other stories like this one, because of internet, college students had to give up their college life. What makes these unhappy things happenedIn my opinion, the main reason is that under the Chinese education system, every student is strictly surprised by their parent’s, the teachers and school before college entrance examination, they have little freedom. After they go to the college, the parents left them alone, the teachers started to give them enough belief, so they can do everything they want include surfing the internet without control

Even so we still .shouldn’t give up our right study life, we shouldn’t forget the reason we spend extra 4 years in college: we need more useful knowledge, so that we can have a good job, a good future.

Internet is a rapier, it can help you gain more ,it also can make you lose more, it leys on what will you choose.

生活在现代社会中的人们，在很大程度上难以适应它变换不定的节奏和规律，在物质飞速更新和精神停滞摇摆的矛盾中无所适从，因而产生一种无可名状的不安和焦虑，这或许也是当前的个体的人和整体时代所共有的精神状态。

近日，在参加了一次学习《弟子规》的培训之后，我第一次真正的看清了自己身上存在的不足。

《弟子规》讲述了人在家、出外、待人、处事上该学习的良好品德。强调孝心、孝行，从而达到对父母孝敬的目的。

我记忆最为深刻的便是姜老师给我们播放的《迟来的爱》、胡斌自述《我被十三所学校开除》。他们把自己以前的那些“恶行”都讲给大家听，让大家引以为鉴，这是需要多大的勇气啊!我们能不能像他们一样能够深刻反省和认识自己的错误，并努力去改正呢?

通过《弟子规》的学习，让我认识到作为一个人，首先要懂得感恩，而最要感谢的便是要感谢父母的养育之恩。翻开《弟子规》，第一章便是《入则孝》。孝敬父母，并不需要你做出什么惊天动地的事来，可以是平日里一句简单的问候，一个会心的笑容……这些看似简单的行为，其实对我们的父母而言是最大的欣慰!

现代社会的现实竞争和快节奏的变化，需要人去适应，需要提高自身的修养，从书中学得“工欲善其事，必先利其器”，对这话的印象很深刻。为了一些微小的利益或某个职位而与同事明争暗斗，或总是在上级面前表现自己，是职场中人最容易犯的毛病之一。这种做法，从近的方面看，也许会暂时得到些好处，但同时也会付出伤害同事关系，落下钻营势利的不良形象的代价，更重要的是一旦把精力和心思都用在这方面，势必将影响到正常的工作。其实，每个时代有每个时代的生存环境，每个时代的人也都有各自的生存方式，生存需要的是智慧与诚信，充分运用自己的智慧而谋求生存之道，才是人活着的最高境界，才能在人生路上长远顺利地走下去。

学习《弟子规》不仅仅是简单的背诵的过程，应该是一个反思的、自我检讨的过程。《弟子规》所包含的内容很多，我们不可能每一点都做到，但是只要我们努力去做，用心去做就行了。学习《弟子规》，不仅是一个人提高个人修养的过程，更是我们思想升华的过程。

工匠之行，在行动中体悟修行的乐趣，工匠精神不是口号，它存在于每一个人身上，心中。长久以来，正是由于缺乏对精品的坚持、追求和积累，才让我们的个人成长之路崎岖坎坷，这种缺乏也让持久创新变得异常艰难，所以，在资源日渐匮乏的后成长时代，重提工匠精神、重塑工匠精神，是生存、发展的必经之路。

看过一则报道，说的是：截止2012年，寿命超过200年的企业，日本有3146家，为全球最多，德国有837家，荷兰有222家，法国有196家。为什么这些长寿的企业扎堆出现在这些国家，是一种偶然吗?他们长寿的秘诀是什么呢?研究者发现他们都在传承着一种精神——工匠精神!

“在我们的生活中，取得某一方面的异于常人的成就，方能给你带来真正的满足感。而取得这种成就的唯一方法，就是去热爱这一部分的工作。”不可否认，“工匠精神”是一种奉献精神。它可能默默无闻，无私地贡献着自己的光和热，从而确保了一个集体的正常运转。试想，若没有这种精神，一个集体将会怎样?作为你所在的集体中的一分子，我们都应认识到“今天我以我所在的集体为荣，明天集体以我为荣”，“我是这个集体中的一员，我应该对我的集体负责”。

在我们的学习和生活中，我们应该有工匠精神。比如：在学习的时候，我们要用一种执着、精益求精的工匠态度积极的面对学习，将学习中的任务当做工艺品去雕琢。在生活当中，不要再大费力气去寻找什么捷径了，承担责任，把自己当下的做好，捷径可能就来了。所以请大家在学习生活中做到精益求精，脚踏实地，传承工匠精神，做一个热爱集体的成员。

我仿佛是一束阳光，存在黑暗的深渊里，但我相信至少书可以陪伴我，带我走出这片黑暗。人的一生经历了无数次失败，以前我不会去想它，但终究还是要面对现实。当我还在阴影里的时候，是书告诉我“失败是成功之母。”于是我克服了困难。

我仿佛是一滴水，被滴到了大海里，但我知道海是由千千万万滴水组成的。当我还不懂团结时，当我还在和同学闹矛盾时，是书提醒我团结的力量有多大“一根筷子容易折，一把筷子难折断。”于是我融入了这个大家庭。

我仿佛是那零零碎碎的知识，千千万万个我构成了知识的宝库。在这座宝库里，有你想要的智慧，只看你有没有发现的眼睛。在阅读中不断的去寻找，不断地去增加知识“学海无涯书相伴。”只要努力，你就会是下一座宝库。

雨果说过“书籍是造就灵魂的工具。”与书为舞，我坚信只要有光就有光明；与书为侣，我感叹一滴水就是下一片海；与书为伴，我相信再微妙的知识也会成为宝库！

今天晚上我和妈妈一起看了一次感人肺腑的演讲,里面有一小段讲到一位女孩子、妈妈和酒店老板的故事。

故事发生在苏州,小女孩子跟妈妈吵架,妈妈说了几句,告诉孩子你已经读高中了，妈妈下岗了，每天给人家做清洁工。小女孩子对妈妈说: “妈妈我不是过意的,是马虎了”.妈妈说: “孩子啊,妈妈要是工作马虎了,这钱谁给我呀,你连这次小小考试都马虎,你以后高考怎么办”.那恨心的孩子关上门,离家出走,多么少的事情,十几年的养育之恩,这一关门, 就可以放弃,晚上妈妈发动全家所有人都找不到。那孩子八九点钟了,一个人走在江边,她又冷又饿,流着眼泪恨死自己的妈妈;走到酒店门口,老板看见了,给她一碗面。她接过了过来,狼吞虎咽地吃起来,忽然跪下对老板说:“你比我妈妈还要好”.老板听了小女孩子的话说:“凭你这句话就不给你面吃。我只给你一碗面,你就那么感谢我,你妈妈养你这么大,那么幸苦,你不感谢”;孩子一下恍然大悟地跑回家,妈妈晕倒床上了,可怜天下父母心。

我看了这段故事后,感想到父母的爱是无私,是多么伟大.想想自己有时为了一点小事都接受不了父母指责,有时还跟父母发脾气;后悔自己没有养成一个好习惯,真的很惭愧, 父母给我吃好的穿好的,含辛茹苦养大我,我连一句感谢的话都没有。请爸爸妈妈原谅我以前的无知。你们辛苦了,我爱你们。

随着经济的日益发展，威海已变得越来越美丽，马路上车辆川流不息的景象随处可见。然而由于有些人交通安全意识的淡薄，在车水马龙的马路上演了一幕幕不可挽回的悲剧。当你看到一个个鲜活的生命消失于车轮之下，当你发现一阵阵欢声笑语淹没在尖锐的汽笛声中，当你面对那些触目惊心的场景时，能不感到痛心疾首吗？

人的生命是最宝贵的，只有有了生命才能创造财富，才能使世界变得更美好。只有同学们的欢声笑语、活泼身影，才能使我们的校园充满阳光，充满生机。但是人的生命又是非常脆弱的，如果我们不重视安全，视安全隐患而不顾，对安全问题措施不及，防范不严，责任心不强，把生命当儿戏，那么造成的后果不堪设想。交通事故猛如虎狼，我们身边随时都潜伏着张牙舞爪的杀手，随时都威胁着你的生命安全。一件件，一桩桩血腥的报道，令人胆战心惊，一幕幕惨剧目不忍睹。只因为忽视了安全问题，一个个生命如鲜花在瞬间凋零，后果带给社会、家庭、亲人只是悲痛欲绝的伤心，沉重的打击，血的教训。到那时，这一切都为时已晚，我们失去的已经太多太多，对生命的关爱，不能成为美丽的词藻，难道只有失去之后才能醒悟？由于安全意识的淡薄，难道我们不该反思吗？而我们今后应该怎么做，更令人深思。

记得有一个故事。几个学者与一个老者同船共渡。学者们问老者是否懂得什么是哲学，老者连连摇头。学者们纷纷叹息：那你已经失去了一半的生命。这时一个巨浪打来，小船被掀翻了，老者问：“你们会不会游泳啊？”学者们异口同声地说不会。老者叹口气说：“那你们就失去了全部的生命。”

虽然这只是一个故事，但其中蕴含的哲理却耐人寻味。灾难的发生对每个人来说，不分贫富贵贱，不论性别年龄。无论咿呀学语，还是学富五车，无论幼小纤弱，还是身强力壮，如果缺少应有的警惕，不懂起码的安全常识，那么，危险一旦降临，本可能逃离的厄运，却都会在意料之外、客观之中发生了。尤其是我们这些自我保护能力弱的小学生，更应该从小做起，从自我做起，树立良好的交通安全意识，养成良好的安全习惯，才能远离交通安全事故，保障家庭的幸福和社会的和谐。

遵章守纪，就是尊重生命，尊重自我。当我们能做到这一切的时候，我们的社会便向文明的彼岸又靠近了一步。重视交通安全，是我们每个人的义务，更是我们每个人的责任。让我们携起手来呵护这文明之花，让我们远离伤痛，珍爱彼此的生命吧。

不知不觉已经开学几个星期了，大家又进进了紧张而繁忙的学习生活中，同时也迎来了我们班举行的班干部竞选活动。作为五(5)班的一份子，我想竞选学习委员一职。

有句话说得好：“知识就是气力。”正由于有了知识，在这世上才会有天才。既然我想当学习委员，我就会以身作则，在各方面严格要求自己，为同学们树立一个好榜样。在这些年里，我被评为了“三好学生”、“优秀少先队员”的称号，作文也经常在班上作为范文来读，还在全国作文比赛中获得了奖。在我竞选之前，我也曾当过学习委员，在治理的基础上有一些经验。我希看，我能凭着我优异的成绩，能得到同学的认可，继续成为学习委员。

《弟子规》这本书，它从孝顺父母、尊重长辈、兄弟和睦、做事谨慎、诚信做人、德爱相待等方面都做了深入细致的说明，使我明白了许多道理。《弟子规》教诲人们首先要有孝顺长辈的心，要有一颗友爱的心;只有一个人的品德上进了，才能做好人，而我们学习的根本就是：人的品德修养。

“入则孝、出则悌、谨而信、泛爱众、行有余力，则以学文”是《弟子规》的总纲领。只要我们认真地去学习、去感悟，就会明白许多的道理，为人处世哪些可以做，哪些不可以做，有了做人的准则，在生活工作中就会有正确的判断，及时纠正自己错误的言行。

通过学习《弟子规》，我深深地认识到自己做的远远不够，尤其是在孝敬父母方面还要好好努力。去年我的爸爸患直肠癌，需要我的帮助和照顾，我却借口工作忙，单位不准假。现在回想起来，真是不应该。父母对我那么好，我有什么理由让他们在需要我的时候使他们失望呢?我也生过病，他们是那样的细心照料，无微不至，而我呢?既缺乏细心，又缺乏耐心。学习《弟子规》，我想不仅是一个提高个人修养的过程，更是一个思想升华的过程。对一个人的成长来说，是十分必要的。爱周围的人，爱这个世界。只有这样，这个社会才变成和谐的社会，这个世界才变成和谐的世界。

《弟子规》是一本集中国传统文化的精华，以学规、学则的形式，三言成语的体例，浓缩了八德(孝、悌、忠、信、礼、义、廉、耻)知识的教育范本。其通俗易懂“便于诵读讲解而皆切于实际”，不论从工作到生活，还是从做事到做人，廖廖1080个字，就把人类社会所提倡的、反对的，遵道的、违德的讲得明明白白清清楚楚，内涵丰富。《弟子规》本身就是“道”是“德”。所以要牢记《弟子规》，并用它来要求自己、检查自己、反省自己，做到敦伦尽分。大量的事实证明，能按《弟子规》的要求来规范自己言行的人，绝对在家庭中是一个好儿女、好夫妇、好父母、好兄弟姐妹，在单位是一个好员工、好同事、好朋友、好领导，在社会上是一个德高望重的圣贤之人。

《弟子规》本身就是一种规范，一种道德品质的规范;同时也是一个让大家去身体力行、自我管理的行为规范。它不是拿来要求他人的，而是通过自己的践行来引导、带动身边的人一起学习，一同力行，逐步提升自己的素质，提高家庭生活质量，改善工作、生活环境以及社会风气，从而达到构建和谐家园、和谐社会的目的。

我学习《弟子规》深刻领悟到以下四点：1、做人要懂得感恩;2、待人接物要怀着恭敬之心;3、为人要谦虚;4、要找准人生目标。《弟子规》教人向善，培养增长人的德行，目的是让人活得有意义，并从《弟子规》学到做人的智慧。

让我们一起来聆听圣贤的教诲吧，从尽人伦之本分做起，做一个好儿女，一个好丈夫，一个好妻子，一个好父亲，一个好母亲，一个好员工，一个大家心目中的好朋友。只有这样，我们才能承担更多的社会责任，为社会的和谐与安宁贡献自己的力量。我愿与大家共勉，在教书育人这个事业中，严格要求自己，怀着感恩与恭敬之心来待人接物，谦卑待人，身体力行，勤奋学习，不断提高个人修养和素质，为教育的发展做出自己的贡献。

Last week, I took part in an English speech contest which was held by our teachers. There were twelve students in the final contest. I was one of them.

Fifteen minutes before my turn, I picked my topic and prepared for it. I wrote down the outlines and organized what I was going to say. However, when I stood in front of all judges and students, I was extremely nervous. My mind was totally empty.

Then I took a deep breath to relax myself and started my speech. The result was not as good as I expected, but I preferred to regard it as a challenge to myself, whose process was the most important for me. I can learn a lot from this contest. I am sure I will be better next time.

忙忙碌碌一天加上晚自习后放学回家，真是又困又累，吃夜宵都没有味道。这样的日子很单调，也许有时候想念许多小学同学，有时候赶着上课还是一双朦胧的睡眼。讨厌死板的校服装，从不穿着它到处走。星期六、星期天的时间真很短，孩子脾气真想犯，慢慢懂了做人的辛苦和梦想真是太难，还好我会努力，看每一个人都在为了生活而起早赶晚，把握自己不再松散。

今天，我有一个梦想，我希望自己能考上一所中意的高中。我为着梦想，`每一天都苦苦寻找着充实自己的辅导书与练习卷，为着光明的未来而努力。

秋风吹弹佳节临，茑啼燕语动人心。

花色满园关不住，教师个个乐融融。

啊！幸福的回忆，85年第一个教师节掀动着我们教育者的衷肠，擂动着教育革命的战斗鼓点。我国第一个教师节恢复到现在，已有20年了。20年来，党和政府在全力推进经济建设的同时，始终把教育放在优先发展的位置，办学体制改革，全国教育事业取得长足发展。我们全体教育工作者以对党和人民教育事业的无限忠诚，爱岗敬业，为人师表，呕心沥血，辛勤耕耘，为教育的振兴和社会经济的发展作出了重大贡献。教育工作者无私的奉献，党和人民是不会忘记我们的，广大教育工作者为教育和社会发展作出的功勋将永载史册！

千里青云展开路，待鲲鹏奋搏，气概高扬爱国情，20年化雨催春，看桃李芬芳，弦歌普奏尊师曲。广大具有高尚的情操、渊博的学识和精湛的教育艺术的教师，在社会上树立了人民教师的良好形象，受到广大学生的衷心爱戴和全社会的普遍尊重。

20年来取得的令人瞩目的骄人业绩：教育“两基”特殊教育，“素质教育”凝聚了教育工作者的无穷智慧和辛勤汗水。“国家兴衰，系于教育”。要突出教育优先发展战略地位，努力打造教育强国，着力提高教育内在品质，全面提升教师队伍素质；要进一步关心支持教育，努力形成尊师重教的良好风尚，这是党和政府对教育的决策，更体现了党和政府对教育的无比重视，对教师的亲切关怀，作为教育工作者一定要做学生喜欢的老师，办人民满意的教育。

要投身建设小康的伟大实践中，广大教师肩负着为国储才，为民育才的光荣使命，面对当前国际国内社会经济发展的新形势，我们教育工作者一定要与时俱进，以办好人民满意的教育为目标为党和人民作出新的贡献。走向二十一个教师节的途中，我们全体教育工作者将有新的色彩，新的歌曲，新的步伐，新的节奏。

在新的战斗中，将有新的纪录，新的热度，新的高标，新的旅程！

在新的战斗中，将有新的创造，新的发现，新的欢乐，新的幸福！

教育事业是人民的事业，人民的事业靠人民来办，智慧在人民之中，力量在人民之中，作为人民公仆——教师，在走向二十一个教师节的途中，要更好地做到身在人民之中，心想人民之事。让我们同乘时代的列车，带着新的希望，新的力量，奔向振兴教育改革这个新胜利的远方！
