话说一次400米比赛，刚听老师说完，我腿就开始发软，一想到气喘吁吁的场面我就打颤！可是一切总的发生，随着老师的哨声，我们站到了起跑线的位置，“上帝啊救救我吧，我可不愿意成为倒数三名中的一个啊”，我在内心求救者，可是上帝也听不到我的求救声！只听一声哨响，我与其他三名选手像箭一般被射了出去。刚开始，我跑的入蜗牛一样漫，为的是节省体力，以便来个最后冲刺。果然，天助我也，只见前三名同学因为前2圈的飞奔而消耗了大量体力，脚步变得愈来愈慢，汗珠像断了线的珠子一个劲地往放下掉，“哈哈，太棒了，天助我也”我想着，“第一非我莫属。”正当我得意忘形之际，后边一个选手突然像骏马一样飞驰而来。“完了，快点赶上，千万不能被追上呀。”我焦急的想。我脚下像踩风一样快速的跑着，“快了，加油，坚持住！”我为自己鼓劲，同时也把最后的力气都用到了冲刺上，两米、一米、半米...,愈来愈近，忽然震耳欲聋的掌声一同想起，“第一”我欢呼着，脸上豆大的汗珠往下掉，但心里美滋滋的！

就是因为这件事，我爱上了跑步，与跑步接上了不解之缘。正是因为这件事，每次跑步时，总能想到那震耳欲聋的掌声，这就是我最喜欢的一项运动--跑步，它不但让我获得了荣誉，而且使我锻炼了身体，我很喜欢它！

“要活就要动”、“多动一分钟，多活二分钟”……，这几句话大家早已耳熟能详了。但对我来说，它们可不只是标语和口号而已，我喜欢运动，而且常常运动，跑步、跳绳、游泳……等等都是我的拿手项目，而其中我最喜欢的运动是——玩拖曳伞！

去年，我们全家到泰国旅游，在第三天的行程中安排了许多水上活动：充满惊奇，让人大开眼界的浮潜；惊险刺激，乘风破浪的香蕉船；以及海上飙速，风驰电掣的水上摩托车，我都一一尝试过了。但是，当导游叔叔向我们介绍拖曳伞时，我更是按捺不住自己的好奇心，早就摩拳擦掌，跃跃欲试了呢！然而，没想到有胆子尝试这项运动的团员竟然寥寥无几，而且我还是唯一自告奋勇的孩童，所以大家都得叫我一声：“黄大胆”哩！

在工作人员的协助下，我穿上救生衣，绑好拖曳伞，然后按照指示开始助跑，在众人的惊呼声中，我眼角的余光竟然瞄到奶奶双手合十，彷佛正在祈求妈祖娘娘照应这个“向天借胆”的憨孙呢！在快艇强力的牵引下，当我跑到甲板尽头前，只觉得双脚瞬间踩空，身体便逐渐上腾，而那种感觉更像是漂浮——凌空漂浮！

和坐飞机一样，映入眼帘的是：地上的景物像袖珍博物馆里具体而微的模型；但不同的是：水清沙白、椰林树影的热带美景，都已跳脱窗框，自由的在我的脚下伸展摇曳；还有清凉的海风拂过我的脸颊，在我的耳边轻声低唱，使我全身的细胞都有一种说不出来的舒畅！我真是爱死了这项运动！

玩过拖曳伞后，我更能体会到莱特兄弟对飞行的热爱，那种像小鸟一样，飞入云端的滋味，如果不曾亲身体验，那真是太可惜了！爸爸答应今年暑假还要带我去玩拖曳伞，随着身体的起飞，把烦恼和压力也一起抛到九霄云外。啊！我真期待暑假赶快到来，让我可以再次凌空飞翔！
