我喜欢运动。运动可以使我精力充沛、可以使我思维敏捷、可以使我动作协调、可以使我身体健康，有了一个健康的身体，我才能够更加努力地学习。春天，我喜欢到郊外草地上奔跑、夏天我喜欢到水中游泳、秋天我喜欢爬山、冬天我喜欢在雪地里打雪仗;天气好的时候，我喜欢到外面跳绳、骑自行车，天气不好的时候就在家里跳舞。我不仅自己喜欢运动，还喜欢看体育比赛，特别是有中国队参加的比赛，每当看到我们的运动员拿到金牌、升国旗、奏国歌的时候，我和运动员一样激动。当然，我的运动主要是强身健体。

我爸爸非常喜欢体育运动，他希望我能够成为一名优秀的网球运动员，或者一名优秀的游泳运动员，可是我知道，现在我的任务是锻炼好身体，好好学习。妈妈说，学好知识才能更聪明地运动，而拥有健康的身体也能促进学习成绩的提高，他们是相辅相成的，每一样都不能懈怠。我要好好学习，也要坚持运动，我还希望身边的同学、朋友能和我一起学习、运动。

我喜欢的动物My Favorite Animal

Ilike dogs, because they are man’s good friends. They can do many helpful thingsto us, such as guarding our houses, greeting guests, helping the police, and soon. Some trained dogs can even lead the blind people and save people’s lives.So they‘re treated as our family members. I hope someday dogs will be in greatharmony with human-beings.

我喜欢狗，因为它们是人类的好朋友。他们可以为我们做很多有用的事情，如，保护房子，问候客人，帮助警方等等。一些受过训练的狗甚至可以引导盲人、拯救人们的性命。所以他们都被当做是我们的家庭成员。我希望有一天狗能与人类和谐共处。

我喜欢星期天，全家人在一起聊天、看电视、上公园玩，真带劲儿！可今天却与往常不同了。

由于妈妈要锻炼我的动手能力，便在上班前嘱咐我：“削一个苹果。”“削苹果？谁不会呀？”对我来说，削苹果简直不费吹灰之力。想到这儿，我的脑海里立刻浮现出了妈妈削苹果时的情景：一把锋利的水果刀在她的手里成了一只既乖巧又温顺的小羊羔，刀子在妈妈手里显得十分听话。不多久，一个光溜溜的苹果便出现在我的眼前。苹果皮又薄又长，真有趣。

于是，我也满怀信心地拿出了一把锋利的水果刀，和一个又大又红的苹果，勇气十足地开始削了。首先，我让刀成了骑士，让它骑在大苹果上，看准后，使劲儿“咔嚓”一刀削了过去。结果可想而知，苹果皮算是给我削下来了，可苹果身上的一块肉也被苹果皮拖泥带水一块儿被抠了出来。我静下心来，定睛一看，只见那被我削下一块肉的地方像一张嘴，似乎正疼得龇牙咧嘴地对我说i：“哎哟！哎哟！我的身子可算是被你这个行为艺术家彻底给毁容了！”我见状，顾不得管它，又让水果刀在一边站着，把苹果捏稳了，打算随时随地给它先“开膛”，再“破肚”，最好再把它给吃了。与此同时，我一边为苹果做好下一步开刀的手术准备工作，一边对苹果刚才对我的诉苦做着答复，漫不经心地自言自语道：“你就别叫苦了，你本来就是给我们食用的，没权论‘毁容’！更何况，我还没把你个削好呢！你就忍着点儿吧！等做完了‘手术’，你再来抱怨也不迟呀！”说着，便一刀砍了下去。结果出人意料，由于我心不在焉，因此削苹果时也没有尽全力，更别提什么全力以赴了。因此，虽然苹果皮带着苹果肉一块飞溅了出去，可这回受牵连的却换我上阵了---别提什么削苹果了，没把我手指头给削下一节来，就已经算我福大命大了。最后，苹果在我费了九牛二虎之力后，终于给削好了。可乍一看，它不仅坑坑洼洼的，还变苗条了，确切一点的说，应该是比草莓大不了多少，成立一个名副其实的超小型三十八面体。

正在我一筹莫展之时，天降一颗“大救星”---妈妈回来了。我赶忙上前一五一十地向她倒起了苦水。妈妈听后，一本正经地对我进行了指点迷津：“削苹果时，应让水果刀横卧在苹果之上，用力要均匀。”我听后，恍然大悟，立刻照着妈妈的说的去做了，果然削出了一个圆溜溜的苹果，虽然不能把苹果削得和妈妈一样，但苹果皮也长长的，苹果让人看了垂涎欲滴。

通过这次削苹果，我明白了：“世上无难事，只怕有心人。”在这特殊的星期天中，我的收获可真大呀！不仅吃上了自己削的苹果，还悟出了道理，真是受益匪浅。

我喜欢体育，喜欢篮球，所以每天下午我都会去打篮球。

今天下午，我又去了，教我们篮球的项老师变戏法似地拿出一个球，顶在手中。球听话的很，怎么也不会掉，就像孙悟空逃不出如来佛的手掌心，你说神奇不神奇!

项老师说：“今天，我们来打比赛，王郑淇、王圣栋、单祺舒一组，虞邦泽、姚晨、小胖一组。说着，把球向上一扔，我们看着空中的球，眼睛发光，都冲上去抢。最后，王圣栋向上一跃，脚上像安了弹簧似的，一下子蹦得老高，抢到了球，传给了我。我带球冲了上去，糟糕，前头来了一只拦路虎，小胖在我前面。我一个急刹车，又一个转身，把球传给了单祺舒，单祺舒又传给了王圣栋，王圣栋一跳，一只手把着球，往球架投去，”好。“我和单祺舒大叫：”1：0，我们赢了一分。“

第二个球时，小胖把球抢了，传给了虞邦泽，虞邦泽往球架一投，”啪“的一声，球没进，掉了下来，这时，小胖以最快的速度把球抢了回来，自己向上一投，进了，1比1平。我想：”下一个球我一定要进。“

第三个球从项老师手里发出来的时候，我用力一跳，把球往地上一拍，王圣栋抢到了球，冲了上去，一下子冲过了姚晨和虞邦泽，最后是小胖，王圣栋冲不过去，一转身，一个完美的传球，传给了我，这时，我边上没有人，我看准球架，一投，”进了，我们赢了。“我们大声地说，开心的一蹦三尺高。

回家的路上，我还想着今天的篮球赛。
