First of all,its important to keep the standard sitting position while you are reading and studying which means that you cant put your eyes to close to the books or notebooks.Secondly,you should keep on doing eye exercises during the ten-minute break carefully.Thirdly,try to look far into the distance during the break,too.Besides,you should remember that if there is something wrong with your eyes,go to see the doctor in time.I believe that if you do as what I say,you can keep on owning good eyesight.

it is unive rsally known tha t f riendship is one of the eternal themes in the litera tur e of all languages . this is because human beings were born to need the warmth and laughter of f riends . however it is impos sible for us to make friends with everybody . we have to choose tr ue friends . some of us like similar friends , while others differ ent f riend s . per sonally , i pr efer both .

上五年级了，繁重点学习负担压得我透不过气来，哥哥见我这么辛苦，想让我放松放松。于是，决定天天带我去跑步。一开始我有担心，我能跑远吗?跑步需不需要带一些毛巾，要不要穿专业的运动衣……我的这些想法全遭到哥哥的摇头。我问哥哥：“那要带些什么去?”哥哥说：“你只要穿上你觉得宽松的衣裤就可以了。”第一天，我们来到一条马路，哥哥好像早有计划似的，停下来往前看了看，呀!一条长得望不到头的大马路伸向远方，我紧张的，还有点发抖地说：“哥，不会是这条吧?”哥哥说：“对，就是这条。”我差点儿没晕倒。这么长的公路，要何时才能跑到头呀!哥哥好像看出了我的畏难心里，二话没说，就朝前跑去，我也只好跟着跑。那时正是正午，烈日当头，嗮得我们直冒汗。

我摇头晃脑地跟着哥哥身后，还没跑到十分之一的路程，我就喊累了。哥哥鼓励我说：“加油，跑到头就去吃冰棒!”我一听到冰棒这个字眼，就觉得浑身上下充满了力量。又开始跑起来。嗨，你还别说，越跑越轻松了，越跑越有趣。因为我们边跑边有说有笑的，讲学校的趣事，讲跑步的好处，讲谁谁谁运动得了世界冠军……我们的心越跑越大，越宽，越远……不知不觉中，我们已经跑了大半年了。我们身体跑结实了，学习也越跑越好啦!跑步让我明白人生就像一场马拉松。如果你犹豫了，别人就会轻而易举的超过你，如果你不顾阻碍不顾一切地冲向终点，最后你就会获得成功，享受成功的喜悦。

柳树已经发芽了，轻轻的甩着柔美的头发，像是一位婀娜多姿、亭亭玉立的仙女在为自己梳妆。桃树急不可待似的，将花苞露在了温暖的春天的风中。最美丽的当属迎春花了，一个个黄色的花苞挤在一起，花蕊向外面探去，似乎也想看这美丽的春景，它就是温暖的春天的使者，为人们带来了温暖的春天的消息。看着一片百花齐放，万物复苏的场景，我心中的烦恼已经随着冬天的脚步消失得无影无踪。

来到湖边，冬季里结的厚厚的冰，已经在微风中消融，取而代之的是一潭清澈见底的湖水，微风吹来，波光粼粼，充满了诗情画意。隐隐约约中还可以见到水草在在水中微微浮动，像一双翅膀在蓝天中飞翔。湖底的鹅卵石，已经磨得发亮，向下瞧瞧，正如一条小鱼在游动，自己的倒影浮现在水面上，也变得那么美丽。

天空中，一排大雁飞来，整整齐齐的队伍，浩浩荡荡，从遥远的南方给人们带来温暖的春天的生机。枝头上又重新拥有了悦耳动听的鸟鸣，仔细聆听这动人的鸣叫，使人似乎来到了一片静地，青山，绿水，花朵，没有了浑浊的空气，没有了肮脏的河水，一片天上人间般的美丽，一种从未体会到得意境。那小鸟似乎飞到了我的心中，啄走了心中的灰尘，为我敞开了心扉。
