成功者的经验告诉我们，自信是通向成功之路的必经之路。我们学生中就有许多缺乏自信心，懦弱的表现:则上课不敢举手回答问题，考试作弊!大则都是对前途失去信心，失去希望。的确，人生会遇到许多挫折和失败，但只要坚信自己，勇于拼搏，成功就会在眼前。

自信的人，懂得“天生我才必有用”的道理。依靠必胜的信心，在艰苦的搏击中，驶向成功的彼岸。

同学们!相信自己。给自己加油，相信自己是成功的源头，拥有自信，就拥有了力量。也就会拥有成功!

多年前的一个傍晚，一位叫亨利的青年移民，站在河边发呆。那天是他30岁生日，可他不知道自己是否还有活下去的必要。因为亨利从小在福利院长大，身材矮小，长相也不漂亮，讲话又带着浓厚的法国乡下口音，所以他一直很瞧不起自己，认为自己是一个既丑又笨的乡巴佬，连最普通的工作都不敢去应聘，没有工作，也没有家。

对自身的蔑视和残忍有不同的表现方式，自卑便是最常见的对自我的憎恨和与自己过不去，轻视自己，没有主见，用别人的判断标准扼杀自己的信心，这是许多悲剧的根源所在。因此，自卑是自信的天敌。是人生的陷阱。科学家爱迪生说："自信是成功的第一秘诀。"自信是独立个性的一个重要成分，是人们从事任何事业的最可靠的资本，自信能排除各种障碍，克服种种困难，使事业获得完美的成功。记住．不是因为有些事情难以做到，我们才失去自信；而是因为我们失去了自信，有些事情才难以做到。所以，学会接纳自己，学会欣赏自己，将所有的自卑抛到九霄云外，是成功最重要的前提。

我最欣赏“持之以恒”这种性格了，我平时一点儿也不坚持。比如说画画，画一半，我就觉得太无聊，灵感也没有了，就不画了；写日记也是，原本想一天写一篇日记，写几天，就开始觉得太麻烦，一点儿新意都没有，而且习作素材也感觉仿佛慢慢地减少了，我便变得爱写不写，又半途而废了；写作业，我写写玩玩，一点儿也不专心致志，结果知识也没记在脑子里，写作业时间也延长了……这真是得不尝失啊！

以后我决定不管做什么事，都要持之以恒，再也不半途而废了！因为当我每次看到与我同时登陆的博友得到小红花或校信通推荐时，心里总是半喜半忧：喜的是博友得上了小红花，忧的是我怎么还没评上。我以后一定要努力加持之以恒，创造出更好的成绩！

做事一定要持之以恒，不能三心二意，否则你将就一事无成！即使你几天才做一件事，你也要将他进行到底！

其实成功没有秘诀，真正的秘诀是在自己的心中！

自信是对目标执着的追求。水滴石穿，绳锯木断，当一个人执着于一个目标，并脚踏实地不懈奋斗，他一定会收获辉煌的成功，至少会书写一段无悔的人生。正如居里夫人曾对友人所说的那样，“我们必须要有恒心……无论代价有多大，这种事情必须做到”。为了改变新中国的贫油面貌，李四光风餐露宿，披荆斩棘，足踏千山，脚涉万水，风尘苦旅30载，相继发现大庆油田、胜利油田、华北油田等多处油田，并成功预见了今天正在开发的新疆大油田，成为共和国杰出的地质学家。为了解决亿万生命的吃饭问题，袁隆平废寝忘食、潜心钻研，以稻田为家园，视秧苗为亲人，白首不坠青云之志，浮华难动济世之心，为中国和世界粮食生产做出不可磨灭的贡献，被誉为“杂交水稻之父”。为了弘扬雷锋精神，建设和谐中国，郭明义几十年如一日，爱岗敬业，对工作一丝不苟;无私奉献，为他人雪中送炭。在他的感召下，雷锋精神在大江南北薪尽火传，而他也成了人们心中一座巍然的丰碑。所以，若想成功就得坚韧执着，就要忠于自己的梦想。

历史上无数成功的事例和经验证明了自信之于成功的重要，然而，盲目的自信是自负，要不得。前秦苻坚，过于自信，刚愎自用，导致80万大军在淝水之战中惨败，他自己也身中流箭，仓皇逃回北方。骄傲自满，毫无自知之明，怎能不吞下失败的苦果?真正的自信，应当建立在对自己、对他人、对时势清醒认识的基础之上。
