People always say that we are lacking of the eyes of realizing the beauty in life. I can’t agree with it anymore. Last week, I woke up very early in the morning, so I decided to take a walk. 炒什么菜呢?妈妈平时最爱吃西红柿炒鸡蛋，就做西红柿炒鸡蛋吧!我先拿了四个鸡蛋和两个西红柿，学着妈妈的样子把鸡蛋打入碗里，这时我遇到了麻烦：不知道放多少盐才好。突然我想起妈妈平时炒鸡蛋只放一点点盐。我照例放了一点，搅匀后放在一边。把油倒进锅里，没多久，就听见有“嗞嗞”的声音，原来油热了，我赶紧把鸡蛋倒进锅里，不停地翻着，并把鸡蛋弄成一块一块的，倒入盘里，这时我才松了一口气。当我回过头去拿西红柿时，发现西红柿还没有切。就急忙拿起刀切起西红柿。我先是放在案板上切，可是弄了一案板西红柿汁。这时我突然想起妈妈平时是拿着切的，我也照样子小心翼翼的向碗里切去，不到一会儿，我就把西红柿切好了。我打开火，等锅里的水干了，就又在锅里放了一点油，等到油冒烟，我赶快把西红柿倒进锅里，在锅里左右翻动了一会儿，再又把鸡蛋放回锅里，放了南德调料和味精，搅匀后，倒进盘子里，一盘香喷喷的西红柿炒鸡蛋就做好了。

我打开电饭锅一看，绿豆已经“开花”了。我知道绿豆茶也烧好了，就把它们盛了出来，端上桌，去叫醒妈妈起床。

妈妈起来看到桌子上的饭菜，惊奇地问：“这是谁做的?”“我做的!”我自豪的说。“真的吗?我的孩子长大了，会做饭了!”我听着妈妈的夸奖心里美滋滋的。

这顿饭是我平时看妈妈做饭时一点一滴学会的，看来真是“处处留心皆学问”啊!以后在学习、生活中我还要认真观察、处处留心，学会更多的知识。
