中国共产党走过风雨九十五年，江山依旧如此多骄。回首这95年来，中国共产党走过的是一条艰苦奋斗的道路。

1921年7月，中国共产党在国家危难之际诞生了，以毛泽东同志为首的第一批中国共产党人在暗探注意、外国巡捕搜查的情况下，确立了党的纲领，旗帜鲜明地把社会主义和共产主义规定为自己的奋斗目标，并且坚持用革命的手段来实现这个目标。中国共产党人，团结各族人民，艰苦奋战，****了封建主义，官僚资本主义，帝国主义三座大山，建立了新中国。

1956年，完成了轰轰烈烈的“三大改造”后，中国共产党八届全国代表大会针对当前中国社会的主要问题提出了总路线，比较正确的指出了中国社会发展的方向。但由于过于激进，造成了后来的“大跃进”运动和“人民公社论”，使中国社会的经济遭遇了“大风暴”。但中国共产党并没有因为这样的重大失误而畏葸不前，他们始终在摸索着前进的方向，终于在1978年12月18日，召开了历史上的伟大转折会议——十一届三中全会。

十届三中全会的召开成为党的历史上一个革命性的转折点。以邓小平同志为主要代表的中国共产党人，总结建国以来正反两方面的经验，解放思想，实事求是，实现全党工作中心向经济建设的转移实行改革开放，开辟了社会主义事业发展的新时期，逐步形成了建设有中国特色社会主义的路线、方针、政策，阐明了在中国建设社会主义、巩固和发展社会主义基本问题，创立了邓小平理论。在解放思想、实事求是思想路线的指引下，中国共产党开启了改革开放的伟大航程，中国由落后走向繁荣。

在社会主义建设的新阶段，xx结合我国现代化建设的实际情况，站在历史和发展的高度上提出“三个代表”重要思想。“三个代表”重要思想是对马列主义、毛泽东思想和邓小平理论的继承和发展，反映了当代世界和中国的发展变化对党和国家工作的新要求，是中国共产党集体智慧的结晶，是党必须长期坚持的指导思想。始终做到“三个代表”是我们党的立党之本、执政之基、力量之源。

十六大的召开提出了要全面建设小康社会，为了贯彻落实党的十六大精神，实现全面建设小康社会的历史任务，以xx同志为总书记的党中央提出了坚持以人为本，全面、协调、可持续的科学发展观。

而如今的十七届五中全会已经召开，它制定的“十二五”规划勾勒出我国未来五年、经济、社会、民主民生方面的发展路径与图景。从提出全面建设小康社会到2020年完成这个目标,目前已经’赛程过半’，’十二五’是全面建设小康社会的关键时期,是深化改革开放、加快转变经济发展方式的攻坚时期。综合判断国际国内形势,我国发展仍处于可以大有作为的重要战略机遇期,既面临难得的历史机遇,也面对诸多可以预见和难以预见的风险战。
