Since I go to high school, I have many annoyances. On the one hand, I am

作为高二年级学生，我们应向高三年级同学看齐，学习他们的精神，那种富有激—情、拼搏向上的精神。

教学工作是一项需要师生共同努力才能获得双赢的工作。所以我今天想借用我们二（10）班上学期所经历的事情，就班级管理、师生关系和学习这三者之间的关系问题，谈谈我个人的两点浅见。

我要说的第一点意见是：民—主化班级管理是促进学习的有效途径。

所谓民—主化班级管理，有两层含义：一是指班主任和有关任课老师要有明确的尊重学生个性，充分发挥学生主体作用的意识；二是充分发挥班委会的核心作用，千方百计地创造条件让全体学生主动参与班级管理，让学生人人能展示自己的风采，有机会发表自己的意见。通过充分尊重学生情感，创造一种良好的、和—谐的、积极向上的班级氛围。我们二（10）班在上学期直始致终执行学生轮岗值日制，做到全班学生全员参与班级理管，及时发现问题，学会处理问理，让每个人都成为班级的真正主人。

我说的第二点意见是：良好的师生关系是搞好学习的催化剂。

师生关系直接影响到学生的情感投入和学习兴趣。一般来说，如果那个学生的情感倾向于某个老师的话，那么，该学科的成绩肯定有所提高或者更加优秀，上课听讲和平时作业也会更有激—情，学习效率也会随之提高。反之，就会厌学，甚至弃学。现在强调构建平等的师生关系，但怎样才叫平等？这个尺度不好把握，平常的教学中，常因为一些误解或冲动，导致师生之间的不和—谐，此时学生颇受委屈，老师也觉得委屈，这样对教学来说就有直接的不利影响。所以，在这个问题上，我个人认为，宽容和谅解，尊重和赞许，信任和等待是化解师生矛盾，建立良好师生关系的关键，有了良好的师生关系做基础，何愁学习上不去？我们二（10）的科任老师在这点上，确实让我感动，比如：物理老师陈小梅老师为班级捐赠奖品，语文老师和数学老师都被加入到班级组建的网络群内，通过网络平台与学生进行情感沟通，这些我认为对班级管理和提高教学质量都是有益的。

老师们、同学们，在这个明媚的春天里，我们怀着梦想和承诺共同走进了新的学期。我们应以满腔的热情投入到新学期中去，这实现自身的目标而奋斗、拼搏！我们必须明确：高一的同学已经度过适应期，应全面投入高中学习人生，养成良好的学习和人生习惯，为“放飞希望，成就梦想”夯实基矗而高二年级，正是知识和能力大幅度提升的关键时刻，是学习任务最繁重的时期，我希望所有的同学为自己制订新学期的计划和目标。尤其是面对学习过程中的困难和挫折要有百折不挠的精神，要有信心和恒心。要知道：“有信心有恒心的人，可以化渺小为伟大，化平庸为神奇”，相信你们的未来不是梦。
