国庆节那一天，我们市的政府广场热闹极了。很多人来到政府广场，有休闲的、有渡假的……整个广场充满了欢声笑语。

那天政府广场与别日不用，看，一个20多米高的旗杆矗立在广场的正中央，一面五星红旗正迎风飘扬，而旗杆下面有好几百盆鲜花将旗杆紧紧围在中间。

广场的北面是一座大厦，大厦前面的天空中，飘着6个挂着条幅的大气球，条幅上写着庆祝节日的标语。广场西边的市政府办公大楼，大楼楼顶正中央也飘扬着一面五星红旗，国旗下悬挂着金色的国徽，楼顶前边有25面刀形彩旗，使大楼变得既庄重又充满了节日气氛。东边是大剧院、博物馆和电信大楼，虽然从这些建筑物上见不到更多的彩旗和标语，但它们的白、青、绿的色调显得比往日更加洁净。广场的南边布置成一个立体大花坛。它由三部分组成：中心花坛呈圆形，其外部直径达24米，花坛中心为直径15米的圆形音乐喷泉，可随音乐节奏的变化喷出8种水形，中心水柱高度可达15米；花坛东侧是一座长10米，宽4米高3米的“庆祝建国____周年”立体组字花坛，它与中心花坛交相呼应；花坛南北两侧，各摆一座直径为2米，高为1.8米由鲜花组成的大型花篮。

国庆长假，我们全家去夫子庙游玩。可是那里人山人海到处挤得水泄不通，买东西排长龙，吃东西排长队，爸爸说：“还不如回家度假”。我们只好扫兴而归。

回到家，我决定好好和我的芭比玩一玩。说起芭比我还很得意的，有的是爸爸买给我作奖励的，有的是我的生日礼物，还有的是用压岁钱买的。数数，我已有五个芭比了！她们有的金发碧眼，穿着华丽；有的棕发披肩，一身休闲；还有的芭比有着一头漂亮的卷发，非常迷人……

今天我“突发奇想”，决定给她们洗个热水澡。我先把她们带进浴室，打好水后，把她们脱了个“光”，虽然都是芭比，可是她们的皮肤从浅肤色到深棕色各不相同，表情也不一样，难怪芭比这么让人着迷！我用洗发水把她们的头发洗了一遍，就像妈妈给我洗的一样，先搓出泡泡，再用清水冲干净，最后还用吹风机吹干，让她们的头发弥漫着清香。然后我把所有的衣服“调包”了，高贵的公主穿上休闲服也挺时尚的，而“运动小子”穿上晚礼服也文雅起来，一样迷人。

我的“十一”长假虽然没出远门，可还是一样快乐精彩！

The conception of money is different for the old and the young. The old

generation believes that money should be saved in case of the urgent situation,

while most young people think that money should be spent to realize its value.

When I was struggled about the different opinions, I saw the news report about a

man got back his money that he saved in the early 1990s, which was about 1000

RMB. People made their comment that this amount of money meant so much at that

time, which could buy a nice big house, while today it was just a big meal in

the restaurant. This news inspired me to make reasonable plan of money. The old

way to treat money is not suitable, because money will lose its value as time

goes by. I choose to spend part of money while saving another part of it.

今天虽然是国庆节的第四天，乘客还是感到挤挤的，可见现在国庆节热潮正旺着呢!

星期四下午，我在站台排队坐车，上了车，看见一个空位，便坐在位子上。坐在我前面的是母子俩，儿子大概五六岁，他坐在妈妈的膝盖上，两人一个坐位。

车子到了安居园站，上来好多乘客，其中有位六十岁的老人，车一开动，老人就站不住了，东倒西歪，握住扶手的手十分吃力。此时，坐在我前面的孩子从妈妈膝盖上跳下来，恭恭敬敬地指着妈妈的膝盖说;"老爷爷，您请坐。"这出乎意料的举动，让那位母亲措手不及，脸刷地一下红了起来，只好站起来让座。车厢里的人们终于弄明白这是怎么一回事，哄堂大笑起来。这个可爱的孩子，忽闪着一对大眼睛，还丈二的和尚摸不着头脑呢!

我站起来，上前扶着老人，坐在我的座位上。老人立刻露出了灿烂的笑容。

母子俩回到原来的座位，妈妈对着孩子的耳朵说了几句悄悄话。不一会儿，他大概是明白了，自己也笑了起来。

车厢里充满了笑声，生活是这么的美好!

The winter morning is very cold. I dont want to get up at all. The bed is

so warm and comfortable, but the outside is too cold. Every morning, my mother

pulls me up from my bed. It takes much longer to get up. But I like the

breakfast in winter morning, because mother often cooks hot food for me. It

makes me much warmer. Because of the cold weather, father often takes me to

school, so I dont have to ride my bike or take a bus. In one word, the winter

morning is cold and I just want to stay indoors.

Today is Christmas Eve, the street is very lively.

People put on their holiday costumes, some wearing masks, some wearing

Santa hats, some holding glittering light sticks, everyones face showed a

丰都鬼城是一座靠山面水的古城，春秋时节称“巴子别都”。传说这里是人死以后归属的地方。这里古木参天，寺庙矗立，在庞大的阴曹地府里有仙道，释，儒，诸神众鬼盘踞各庙，各司其职从苛刑严法统治的幽灵世界。分别为阎王殿，鬼门关，阴阳界，十八层地狱，奈何桥，黄泉路，望乡台等。奈何桥边有一个简介说奈何桥有名试金桥，右边为健康桥，左边为财富桥，意思就是健健康康，升官发财。传说走过去的人就能健康平安和升官发财。传说进了门有过三关才能证明自己是一个善良的人，否则就会被恶鬼撩神缠身。还有生前是一个善良的人的话就可以平安的从桥上走过，如果生前做过许多坏事就会被污浊的波涛中的铜蛇铁狗狂咬。

鬼门关是进入鬼国后的必经之路，这是人死后进入这里的第二个关卡，两旁有十八个鬼王和门小鬼把守。森严壁垒，像铜铁一般不可破。无论那个亡魂来到这里都要接受检查，看是否有这个通行证，这个通行证就是路引。它是人死后来到阴曹地府的凭证。在这张长三次，宽二次的黄纸上印有”为丰都天子阎罗大帝发给路引和天下人，必备此引，方能到丰都地府转世上天，上面还盖有“阎王爷城隍爷丰都县太爷”三枚印章。凡是人死之后，即烧掉它，亡魂就拿着它到鬼门关，经查验无讹后，方能入关。

鬼城丰都以悠久的历史，独特的文化类函，神奇的传说，秀美的风光展现了它的独特价值和魅力。

This semester, my class has a new English teacher. She is a young and

beautifullady. We have a great impression on her. However, after several classes

later, things have changed. Firstly, she always talks in English. We dont

understandher words. We tell her that, but nothing changes. Besides, she always

asks usin English. The result is that we cant answer her question, because we

cant understand her. In addition, she is serious and never smiles to us. We

feel so depressiveto have her lesson. Therefore, all students are afraid of

having Englishlesson.

People always say that we are lacking of the eyes of realizing the beauty in life. I can’t agree with it anymore. Last week, I woke up very early in the morning, so I decided to take a walk. The street was very quiet and there were many old people dancing in the square. Without many cars, I realized the city looked so clean and beautiful. 我们先玩了海盗船，海盗船荡的越来越高，我非常的害怕，动都不敢动一下。玩好海盗船，我们又去玩了幽灵船。幽灵船里的幽灵真的是太可怕了，有的脑袋掉下来了;有的像吸血鬼;有的幽灵有两个头，肚子里还有九个头;有的只有手在写字，头却离开了身体;还有的头和身子都从棺材里出来，非常的吓人。我紧紧的抓着妈妈的手，跟在妈妈身边。终于出来了，我呼出一口气。

Last night, I watched a movie, it is about two teenagers, they have cancer,

but the boy is positive about life while the girl is negative about life. They

meet each other, then the girl is affected by the boy, she starts to see the

beautiful things in her life. I am so moved by the movie, though the ending of

the movie is not so perfect, we see the change of the girls life. The topic of

the movie is to tell people to be positive about life, no matter what happens,

even the bad fortune they get, they still need to smile every day. People need

to find the beauty of life, so they wont life live without meaning.

I caught a cold today

In this morning，I felt very uncomfortable when i wake up,after i got up，i

sneezed continuously,so i realized that i had caught a cold.Then i went to the

clinic nearby my home to see the doctor, the doctor prescribed some cold

medicine for me and told me to drink lots of hot water. After taking the pills i

had a good sleep,now i feel better,I hope i will be better soon.
