In the past two years， my parents took me to travel to many places，

Mickey Mouse is the memory of my childhood. I like to watch cartoon so much

when I was in primary school, Mickey Mouse is my favorite cartoon character. He

is so cute and funny, the things he does will make me laugh happily. I will

never forget his voice, even though I grow up. Mickey Mouse is like my friend

and accompanies me all the time.

Summertime is the best time of the year. There is no school for months and

I get to do what I want. With no tests and no homework, Im as free as a

bird.

I do many things during the summer vacation. I relax by reading books and

watching TV. I also hang out with my friends or travel with my family. However,

The lucky-number has become increasingly popular in daily life of modern

sociality. For example, the number eight means big money which people like most,

while the number four means death.

Some people believe lucky numbers so deeply that they will afford a

telephone with numbers without four and others which is bad in their mind. They

argue that the lucky-number really can bring good luck, and, at least, no

evidence testifies they can not.

As far as I am concerned, there is no such relationship between the numbers

and lucky, for the reason that numbers their self are given certain meaning for

the purpose of application of mathematic. And, in addition, man should not

depend on lucky which, in their mind, the numbers gives them.

There was once a man that thought he knew everything, and he kept showing

off to the people in his country. As time passed, many people began to feel,

that this smart man, could even beat the professor of the king. Now this king

was very proud, but the professor was not so at all. But the professor said,

“Don’t say it too soon;” and from those words, he began to decide which hard

question to ask the man.

At last he thought of a funny question, “He shall never find the answer!

Ha!” it all happened that the clever man whom I have told you; had a big stage.

All the people that have questions, should stand on this stage, and ask him what

the problem or question is.

One day the professor piled up in the line, and waited for his turn. When

it was his turn, he asked the smart man, “I don’t think you could answer this

question my lord,” said the professor smiling, “I could answer all of them

foolish professor!” shouted the man with an angry tongue, “Tell me what the

question is, and I shall prove to you that I can answer every question; if I

can, then I shall ask you a question; if you do not give me the correct answer,

then I shall kill you!” shouted the man.

“But what if you don’t?” asked the professor, “Then you shall stand on this

stage and I shall hire servants to serve you;” said the man with a laugh. The

professor then began his question, “What is the first tower in 1910, and 1911;

and 1912, and 1913…and 2016? And what is the height of them? If they all stack

up, then how tall would it be?” “Ugh, give me a sec would you mind?” and then he

began to calculate; but he couldn’t find the answer.” “What’s wrong?” asked the

professor with a smile, “Couldn’t find the answer, perhaps?” “No, I-I-I-I just

ne-ed… Ugh, fine; you win! Ugh!” and so the professor soon became king and ruled

his country wise and well. People asked him many other questions, and the

professor answered them all. The clever man that thought he knew everything,

however, was locked up in a cage for his cruelty to the king.

The moral of this story is, when you think you know everything; don’t think

so; for maybe a question will ruin your brain----Lulu read.

I have a good plan for this weekend. Actually, I bought three concert

tickets for this coming Sunday evening, and I will enjoy the music with my

parents. It will be performed by a String Quartet from Denmark, called

Nightingale. Since I have learned to play the piano and am a classical music

fan, I cannot wait any longer for this musical activity this weekend. It would

be brilliant, if today were Sunday.

I am so grateful about the things I have, such as the love from my parents

and my friends. They always stand by my side when I have troubles. So I can grow

up as a strong and positive girl. Some children take what they own as the

certain thing, but I think we should be grateful to life and return something to

those who love us.

I feel very happy since I started working in this company. I have been

getting along with everybody here. I am very grateful to you, an excellent boss

who have been so helpful and understanding. I might have done a lot of things

wrong or have made you unhappy once a while. I promise you that from now on, I

will try my best to do my job. I sincerely wish that if I make any mistakes,

please do not hesitate to tell me.

Recently, the news reported a small boy was studying while he helped his

mother to sell the products. Many people gave him great praise, because he could

focus his attention, but their children always wanted to play. This boy is such

strong that he must make a difference in the future. His mother is so lucky to

school. Most of the children will go to the park. In the park， some children are

My grandfather likes to play Ping-pong so much. He will play it for an hour

everyday. Sometimes he asks me to play with him, and I refuse because I want to

play computer games. But recently I want to experience this sport, so I practice

it with my grandfather. I find that I fall in love with Ping-pong. It makes me

I have a busy father. He works in a big office .He has a big company. He is

busy every day. He has many thing to do.

He has no time to go home for lunch. He gets home at 7：00 p.m. At home he

初中部学生上副课，教室讲话、看小说、玩游戏的众多，老师不管，不愿意管是因为对学生失去信心。但是如果老师用来严格的方式来管教，会这样吗?

有些老师上课不认真、不仔细，马马虎虎，对着书本念完就让学生自习，这是一位让人尊敬的老师吗?老师应该仔细教解，认真教些全面的知道，您觉得对吗?

然而仅仅需要上课认真是远远不够的。在初三，学习任务多初中，精力大时间却少。而学生没有时间干脆不做。我认为因该给初三的学生多一点学习时间，更好的在中考取得好成绩。我希望在每个上学日的晚上加一节45分钟晚自习课，或在星期六上午上四节课，下午自习两节课;再放假。这样初三的学习可更好的有时候学习。更好的帮助贵校初中部成绩的提高。

I’m Li Hua, one of your students in China. It’s almost a month since you left us. We all miss you and are very grateful for what you did for us.

We are busy as usual. We had an English speech contest the other day. I won the first prize! This again reminds me of all your kind help. Today the crime rate in cities of our country is rising. Many citizens

often complain about the thefts and robberies that have taken palce in the areas

they live in and appeal to the governments at all levels to take effective

measures to reduce the crime rate.

如今犯罪发生率在我国众多城市呈现出上升趋势。许多公民常常抱怨在他们生活的地方，偷窃和抢劫常发生。他们希望各级政府能采取有效措施来减少犯罪发生率。

Faced with criminals, some people are so frightened that they shamelessly

give up the fight and other people turn a blind eye to them. However, some

people are brave enough, to risk their lives to fight the criminals.Their

fearless actions prevented the criminals from doing evils, saved the victims,

and protected the public properties.

面对罪犯，好些人因为过于害怕而无耻地放弃了斗争，和其他人一样，睁一只眼闭一只眼。可是，还是有些人有足够的勇气与罪犯斗争。他们无惧罪犯的行动阻止了犯罪分子做邪恶的事情，拯救了受害者并保护了公共财产。

To reduce the crime rate, we all the people should receive a law education.

Criminals must be severely punished. Meanwhile we should set up a foundation to

reward those who fight criminals. It is also important to call on people to

learn from those heroes and encourage more people to stand up to crime.
