透过几年的工作我学到了很多知识，同时还培养了我坚韧不拔的意志和顽强拼搏的精神，使我能够在工作中不断地克服困难、用心进龋加入公务员的行列是我多年以来的一个强烈愿望，同时我认识到人和工作的关系是建立在自我认知的基础上，而我感觉到我的工作热情一向没有被激发到最高，我热爱我的工作，但每个人都是在不断地寻求取得更好的成绩，我的自我认知让我觉得公务员是一个正确的选取，这些就坚定了我报考公务员的信心和决心。所以我参加了这次公务员考试并报考了…，如果这次能考上，我相信自己能够在…中得到锻炼和有获得发展的机会。公务员是一种神圣而高尚的职业，它追求的是公共利益的最大化，所以要求公务员要为人民、为国家服务，雷锋曾这样说过：人的生命是有限的，可为人民服务是无限的，我要把有限的生命投入到无限的为人民服务中去，这就是我对公务员认知的最好诠释。所以，这个职位能让我充分实现我的社会理想和体现自身的价值。

大家下午好!很荣幸能在这里面试，让我有向各位考官学习与交流的机会，现将自己的情况简要介绍一下：(这句话其实是可有可无的，不过一般在群面的时候还是很有必要用到的)

我叫XXX，来自于中国最美的乡村—婺源(有必要用几个词修饰下自己的家乡)。性格比较温和、谦虚、认真细致、踏实、吃苦耐劳、有较强的责任心和社会适应能力(这里可以用一些修饰性的词语对自己的性格做一个简单的介绍，当然是好的方面啦)。即将于2014年7月毕业于江西工业职业技术学院，作为一名电子商务专业的大学生，我更喜欢平面设计方面的内容，在大学三年的学习生活中，我对平面这一领域的相关知识有了一定的掌握，同时具有实际的操作能力与技术(这里就是为了体现自己的专业技能以及期望的职业发展方向了)。

为了使在校所学的知识更好地应用到实际生活中，于20xx年12月有幸来北京中科院计算机所培训中心，通过三个月的实践训练，全面系统地学习了平面方面的专业知识与技能，能够应用平面设计的相关软件(Photoshop图像处理软件、Illustrator与CoreIdRAW矢量绘图软件、InDesigin与Pagemaker排版软件)做基本的图像处理、海报、企业宣传册等，能够将所学知识真正应用到实际生活中。(主要交代你之前的实习经验以及技能运用方面的状况，最好用一些具体的数据来表达)

在投身于社会之际，为了找到符合自己专业和兴趣的工作,更好地适应社会,我希望自己能够做到一种被别人需要的一种状态，至于做什么，就是在实践中，不断的学习、不断的锻炼.因此，我希望加入贵单位，如果能够成为公司的一份子，我相信我一定在自己的岗位上尽职尽责、踏踏实实地贡献之集的一份力量，与公司共同促进、发展。(这段话其实是有缺陷的，虽然看上去很通顺自然，但是整体上给人一种夸夸其谈的感觉，编者的主张就是：直接说出你将来的发展方向，以及你的职业规划，3-5年的规划等，这样会切实的多，也会让面试官觉得你是一个脚踏实地的人)

“世界之大，人才济济”。我承认自己还不是最优秀的人才，但是我希望之集是此岗位最合适的人选，希望有幸能够被贵公司领导予以特别考虑。今后我在好的方面再接再厉，不足之处有所改善。我的介绍到此结束。谢谢!

now i will introduce myself briefly.i am 26 years old,born in shandong province . (general introduction)

i was graduated from qingdao university. my major is electronic.and i got my bachelor degree after my graduation in the year of XX. during university, i spent most of my time on study so that i have passed cet4/6 . and acquired basic knowledge of my major.(education background)

in july XX, i began work for a small private company as a technical support engineer in qingdao.because im capable of more responsibilities, so i decided to change my job. and in august XX,i left qingdao to beijing and worked for a foreign enterprise as an automation software test engineer.because i want to change my working environment, id like to find a job which is more challenging. moreover motorola is a global company, so i feel i can gain the most from working in this kind of company ennvironment. that is the reason why i come here to compete for this position.
