我自己也有过一次与老师的一个刻骨铭心的记忆。我是因为父亲工作调动的原因从黑龙江转学到新疆的。我在老家是最优秀的学生之一，尤其是数理化，在中考通考中，我是全地区惟一数学得满分的两个学生中的一个，数理化老师经常夸奖我，说我悟性好，我自己也很自信很努力，小时候的理想是当一名科学家或者工程师。我来到新疆通过考试进入了一所重点高中，这个学校的教学进度比正常的快大半本书，我开始每天自己看书给自己补落下的功课。有一天，化学老师提问我当天要讲的新课，我说我还没有来得及看。老师批评了我，说天天在补课都补到哪里去了？

我无声地流着泪，我感到很委屈很冤枉，我敏感的神经联想到她这样说我一定是因为看到过我和男生在校门口讲话，认为我没有把心思好好用在学习上。老师的指责深深地伤害了我的自尊心，之后她居然再也没有理过我，我也不再喜欢化学课了。命运的作弄，我又被化工系录取了。大学四年我是在煎熬中度过的，一心想着考个别的专业的研究生远离化学。幸运的是我今天终于改行做了记者，但我很痛心我虚度过的大学时光，痛心我曾经理想的破灭。

Cassim’s wife did not take long to realize the piece of pure gold coin. She

took it off and called Cassim, “Husband, I know you suspect that you are a rich

fellow; but your brother Ali Baba is ten times as rich as you, he does not count

his money; but measures them.”

Cassim looked at the gold coin and knew at once, “Ali Baba just pretended

that he was a poor fellow and borrows anything we have,” Cassim was not even

pleased at his brother’s good fortune, but was the opposite. And then Cassim led

his wife to Ali Baba’s house, “Ali Baba, tell me, where did you get all of this

good fortune.” At that moment, Ali Baba knew that the secret had been spread

though his own wife’s stupidity. “Look Ali Baba, if you don’t tell me where you

got this gold; I shall tell everybody, and not only will you get no more, but

you will have no more gold in the rest of your life! Ha!” laughed Cassim.

And so Ali Baba told him where he found the gold, and even the words he

knew of how to make the door open and shut. And so Cassim woke up early the next

morning, and took with his ten donkeys to fill the gold. He arrived at the place

where Ali Baba had told him, and pronounced these words, “Open Sesame!” the door

instantly opened wide, and inside of course; he found a chamber of pure gold,

and in it was gold.

Cassim filled as many bags of gold as he wanted. But when the robbers

arrived he was still filling. When the robbers found out, they used their swords

and soon killed him.

3、5月2日上午，期中考试前10名和班级纪律、德育标兵共13人到二级电站进行了野炊活动。

4、实行值日班长值周制度，实行组长选组员制度。继续落实量化管制度。

5、继续落实体能省脑制度，并对体能省脑制度进行升级。

6、针对课前不能及时入静和课堂纪律存在问题的状况，我们开展了“课前入静”与“遵守课堂纪律”大讨论。

四、良好现象

1、晨读气氛活跃，以__同学为龙头，每天早晨教室就呈现一派读书的热火朝天的场面。

五、当前要务

六、特别提醒：

1、从5月1日起，实行夏季作息时间，上午时间不变，中午2点30分到校。晚上8点20放学。请家长把握孩子到校的时间。

2、严禁下河洗澡。每年堵河都有孩子不幸溺水，因而望家长对孩子进行安全教育。

3、教育孩子远离三种人：精神病患者，赌博、吸毒人员，扬言要报复社会的人员。因为今年外省发生多起侵害学生生命的事件。

4、明年中考体育加试40分，内容包括立定跳远，跑步，肺活量测试三门。望督促锻炼。

我的孩子是四周岁入园，现在已经五岁半了，在这一年半的时间里，荣幸地接受过几位老师的教育，她们就是白如、白鹭，王文霞老师。在她们辛勤的培养与备至的关怀中，孩子一天天长大，我真切地感受着她一点一滴的变化，真是高兴在心里，感激在心中。

孩子的身体素质不好，在来贵园这前，几乎是上一周休三周。但自从转入贵园经家长与老师沟通后，几位老师对孩子是倍加呵护，特别是在孩子吃中药其间为了不担误孩子上课，老师们主动承担给孩子喂药的重任。

因为是中药在喝前还需加热，孩子告诉我老师用自已的饭盆给热，并鼓励她要坚强。还说我在园喝药一点也不苦，因为有老师陪着。每当我问起她幼儿园好不好、老师好不好的时候，她都说好。虽然答案很简单，但她对幼儿园、对老师的亲近感让我欣慰，因为这是她全面地接受幼儿教育的前提条件。

其实，对于孩子能学到多少知识，我不是十分关注，我更关注的是孩子的身体素质、道德品质、行为习惯、学习兴趣。而园中合理的膳食结构、先进的教育理念、科学的管理模式、敬业的教师队伍，恰好营造了一个良好的空间，让孩子健康快乐地成长着，进步着。

特别是在12月18日举办的住园活更是让孩子感受倍深，在老师们的精心看护下不仅让孩子们学会了自理能力，而且能让孩子体会到做老师和父母苦的心。在此次活动结后，她开始每天早晨为父母挤好牙膏放好洗脸水让家很感动。我希望这种活动多举办几次。

经过这一年半的学习和生活，现在郝丁漪已经具备了一定的学习能力，并且对英语，口算和朗诵产生了浓厚的兴趣;生活中能够自己吃饭，收拾玩具，自己刷牙洗脸洗袜子，同与家长主动沟通，讲一些园里有趣的事情;和小朋友活动中懂得谦让、合作、帮助、宽容。在见到长辈时能主动鞠躬问好，她还拥有更为可贵的语言表达能力、想象力与创造力，好奇心与进取心……这一切的切都归功于我们的老师。

在网上我看到过这样的呼吁——“不要让孩子们成为分数的奴隶!”是啊!为了考个高分，孩子们的招数可谓层出不穷：考试前偷试卷，考试时作弊，考试后改分数。悲哀呀!我们的孩子们在“分数”的重压之下内心开始畸形发展，长此以往，我们的孩子们还算是“健康人”吗?我在上大学时经历过这样一件事，一个家庭贫困平时学习成绩很优秀的同学，因为在一次考试中担心自己没有发挥好，怕拿不上高分，得不到奖学金，对不住辛苦养育自己的父母，居然溜进老师的办公室偷偷改分，让保安逮了个正着，这个学生一时想不开，竟然从六楼的窗口一跃而下……

在惨痛的事实面前，我们该觉醒了，其实让孩子们成为分数的“奴隶”，罪魁祸首就是老师和家长呀!如果不是我们一味地追求高分，孩子们怎能变成这样呢!他们的童年应该是快乐幸福、无忧无虑的!可是您肯定会说，国家选拨人才的方法就是考试，如果不追求分数，我们的孩子怎能在考试中胜出呢?

伟大思想家老子这样说过“天下难事，必作于易;天下大事，必作于细”，也就是说过程决定结果，细节决定成败。我们在追求高分这个结果时，一定要关注孩子们的学习过程。学习如耕耘，春播种，夏施肥，秋收获，冬积累。其中的每一个过程都是必需的，我们只有用汗水辛勤耕耘，才能体验收获时的喜悦。考试后，我们不要只顾着关注分数的高低，一定要帮助他们分析、总结得与失，这样有利于我们找到一个新起点，保持一个好心情，用一颗平常心投入到下一轮的学习中。我相信“雨后不一定有彩虹，但至少会是万里晴空”。

第三，就是没有及时发现她情绪上的小满足，惰性、倦怠性等等，我真是个粗心而愚笨的妈妈。

还好，有_教师您，及时召开家长会，让我及时警醒，及时改正我的缺点和不足。

所以，在假期，我主要是让___把各科的教材重新梳理一遍，每科都做一本练习册，我给她核对答案，和她一齐研究错题。经过这种方式，让我了解了孩子哪些方面存在问题，有的是理解题意有误;有的是她脱离题目的主干，单纯去研究选项造成“干支分离”现象;有的大题语言随意性强，不会运用书中的术语进行答题，数学计算不准确，步骤不完整等等。

I’m a second year student of your university writing to tell you about my

humble opinions of the learning environment in our school.

Although we’re enjoying the modernized buildings equipped with advanced

computers sufficient lights and well-installed desks and chairs we do find it

hard for us to concentrate on study when we’re in the classrooms. For one thing

the annoying noise made by the vans and cars disturbs our studies. For another

the classrooms which are supposed to be used for self-study are unavailable for

they are usually occupied for meetings by various kinds of associations.

Faced with such a hard nut we should find ways to crack it. I suggest that

our school should construct some special lanes for the traffic and provide

associations with specific rooms to have their meetings in order to provide a

better learning environment for us.

您好!开学两个星期了，知道大家比较惦念孩子在学校里生活和学习的情况，特此向家长朋友们做一简单汇报，并就和孩子接触中发现的问题向家长朋友提三点建议。

亲爱的家长朋友，新学期教师没有调动，而且今年学校没有招收七年级新生，学校的师资比去年有明显好转，常规工作就不说多了，孩子在学校两年了，我们做什么，怎么做，大家都比较清楚。我想谈谈这几天的两件小事。

一件是自习课时我到九年级三班，有男生说话，我问他为什么说话，他挺冲的说(可能习惯如此)快放学了，借同学饭卡用。我告诉他，借饭卡没错，但自习课上做这件事情就不合适了。这个同学点头的时候放学铃响了。

第二件是下午放学后，我到九年级宿舍，在门口发现有一个男孩子叼着烟，宿舍里还有两个男孩趴在床上全神贯注的玩着手机游戏。几个孩子很难过，因为我把烟和手机都暂时扣留了，而且请他们到老师那儿去承认错误。

家长朋友们，学习是学生的主业，成绩是衡量一个孩子成功与否的重要标志，所以我们要好好教学，争取让孩子在一年后升入理想的学校，但学习不应是一个孩子成长(成功)的全部，他们还应该有健康的身体，良好的习惯，平和的心态，优秀的品德。所以，我想向大家提几条建议：

1.每天坚持做好两件事：第一件事，肯定和赞美孩子做得对的事情。第二件事。孩子做错事的时候，肯定孩子的动机，找出孩子做得对的地方【我发现那个男同学抽烟的时候问他，烟从哪儿来的。他说路上捡的。其实烟就在他口袋里(撒谎，说明他知道吸烟是不好的)】。

2.乐于善于和孩子沟通，学会换位思考，真正理解孩子。15、6岁的孩子，正处在风华正茂的时候，正处在孤意独行的时候，容易进取，也容易平庸，大家都很忙，都有养家糊口的一摊子事情，但无论如何，请和孩子做好沟通，聊聊生活、同学、学校、社会，请在孩子有困惑有问题的时候理解他们，向他们微笑。

3.培养孩子的好习惯。让孩子喜欢运动，喜爱读书，参与家务，孝敬老人。运动使人健身，读书启人明智，习惯伴随终生，可能家长们没有时间辅导孩子的学业，不要紧，那是我们的事情，但请您一定能和我们一起帮助孩子养成好习惯。

今天，先说这三点，以后会继续和大家进行交流。
