The Korean people have the custom of drinking "wine" at the feast. This wine is often brewed before the "year of the year". 朝鲜族的年夜饭丰常丰富，大大小小的盘子七八十个，有的人家甚至达上百个。其中占特殊位置的是‘岁酒’和‘德固’二种。
