一位女孩的奶奶病了，长久卧床不起，呆在暗暗的卧室里，感受不到太阳的温暖。春天到了，女孩站在外面享受着无尽的阳光，想与奶奶分享这份快乐，便掀起裙摆，接住了这些阳光。女孩小心翼翼地将它们包裹起来，走进卧房兴高采烈地对奶奶说：“奶奶，我把阳光带来了!”说着便把群摆打开：“咦?怎么阳光不见了?”奶奶咯咯地笑起来，抚摸着孙女的头：“小傻瓜，你就是我的阳光。”

生活中，阳光便是和睦与友爱，拥有了这些，心中便有了阳光。

我还记得我在四年级的时候，仅仅是因为一件很小的事与好朋友吵了起来，我们的脾气都很倔强，谁都不肯吃亏，死要面子。那天我回家，一脸沮丧。妈妈看我沉默寡言的，不再像是以前那个活泼的我了，便问：“你怎么了?好像不开心啊?”我心里又后悔又着急，认为自己不应该因为一件小事而与朋友闹别扭。

终于，苦闷再也抑制不住，倒在妈妈的怀里边哭边说出了今天的事，妈妈并没有说我做得不对或批评我，而是带我到阳台上。我站在阳台上，只觉得太阳有些刺眼，但是很暖和，把我刚才的苦闷与痛苦蒸发得一干二净。

妈妈说：“今天你和她都失去了心中的阳光，都变得很痛苦。那我们何尝不让痛苦消失，让阳光来温暖我们呢?”我恍然大悟，原来心中的阳光是如此重要，它让我感觉到爱的存在。第二天，我找到她说：“看，外面的阳光多好!我也希望我们像它一样好。”我们相视而笑，一切矛盾由温暖的阳光而融化。

留住阳光，让我们感觉到温暖。

和谐，大至世界各国，小到家庭个人，无不包含着一个哲理：和谐生美。可是我们如何将和谐遍布于整个世界呢?只有从我做起，从身边做起，从小事做起，依靠我们的双手，才能构建一座座和谐的大厦。

我与田田是从小玩到大的朋友，记得有一次因为一件小事发生分歧，闹得大家不欢而散。事后我们都有些后悔，但是主动与对方打招呼谁也不愿意干，害得我们两个好友如同路人，让我感觉很无奈。我们之间说话少了，冷言冷语却多了起来，这一切都是因为这一件小事而产生的不和谐的音符所害。我鼓起勇气，主动找他谈话，他也热情待我，我们之间的关系越来越亲密。可见，和谐在这世界上是多么重要啊!

和谐，多么美妙的音符。假如没有人与自然的和谐，天空将不再湛蓝，湖水将不再翠绿;没有和谐，两国就会发生战争;没有和谐，邻里关系就会越来越差;没有和谐，公司的生意就会清淡;没有和谐，就不会有如此美好的今天。

马克思和恩格斯是一对好友，他们共同编创的《资本论》享誉全球，假如他们不能和谐相处，荣辱与共，在困难时不伸出援助之手，他们两人还能在一起编写出这本巨着吗?在马克思困难的时候，恩格斯总是向他提供援助，资助马克思二十多年。他们在一起度过了多少个日日夜夜，可见和谐是成功必不可少的因素。

毛泽东与周恩来这两位领导人更是和谐相处，他们在一起研究作战方案，共同赶往前线，观察敌情。假如他们不能和谐相处，同舟共济，会有我们中国现在的繁荣昌盛吗?假如他们不能和谐共处的话，说不定我们正受日本侵略者的统治。

和谐是社会稳定的因素，是亲请的基本纽带，是个体之间沟通和交流的途径，珍惜我们的和谐环境吧!

How to get happyness

there is no doubt that happiness is the most precious thing in the world. Without it, life will be empty and meaningless. If you wish to know how to get happiness, you must pay attention to the following two points.

First, health is the secret of happiness (the key to happiness). Only a strong man can enjoy the pleasure of life.

Secondly, happiness consists in contentment. A man who is dissatisfied with his present condition is always in distress.

mid-autumn day is a traditional festival in china. almost everyone likes to eat mooncakes on that day. most families have a dinner together to celebrate the festival. a saying goes, "the moon in your hometown is almost always the brightest and roundest". many people who live far away from homes want to go back to have a family reunion. how happy it is to enjoy the moon cakes while watching the full moon with your family members.

Every child is surrounded by the deep mother love. However, we often turn a

blind eye to the love. One day I deeply felt the love.

One day I hurried home for lunch after school, because there would be an exam

in the afternoon and I had expected to go back to school early to prepare for

the exam. But when I got home, the lunch was not ready yet. I felt unhappy. When

the dishes were served, I forund none I like. I ran out of my house angrily and

wanderde on the street for a while,hungry. Then I walked to school.

When I got into the classroom, I saw a lunch box on my desk. One classmate

told me that it was my mother ther that had brought it here.After opening the

box, I found my favorite food inside. My eyes was moist with tears.

When I am making mistakes, my parents will never be angry with me. I am so thankful to them for they are so tolerant with me. I learn many things from my parents, they show me how to be a tolerant person. They will not blame me for the small mistake that I make, instead, they will educate me in the gentle way. Unlike some parents who are strict to their kids, they will be very angry and said the hurting words, making the children feel sad. Being tolerant to other peoples mistakes is the best way to solve the problem. People will appreciate the kind act and make things goes on the easy way.

自然界中的音响世界真是太丰富了，太迷人了！让我们静下心来倾听一下那奇妙的声音，去见识一下另一个五彩缤纷的世界。

一天，风婆婆在逛街，无意间发现大地伯伯好久没换新衣服了，于是风婆婆“呼，呼……”几下，大地伯伯便换上了新衣服。树叶宝宝们发出“沙沙”声，因为它们在为树妈妈跳最后一支舞，也在为风婆婆表演，它们含着泪和树妈妈告别。落到地上，泪水也滴落在地上“吧嗒，吧嗒”。

在风婆婆劳忙一番后，大地伯伯又换上了新衣服。但调皮的灰尘弟弟在风婆婆身边跳来跳去，呛得风婆婆咳嗽起来“吁，吁……”。雨婆婆看见自己的好姐妹在打扫，她也来帮助风婆婆，还带来了她的小外孙——雨滴。她这些可爱又淘气的小外孙一会儿在屋檐上玩蹦极“扑通。。扑通”。可外孙又跑到大树爷爷的背上“沙啦，沙啦……”雨滴们在给爷爷饶痒痒呢，乐得大树爷爷哭笑不得；又一会儿雨滴去小溪哥哥家串门，它们可高兴了，又蹦又跳的，“叮叮咚咚”，像一曲欢乐的歌谣；又像钢琴家们齐奏。这种音乐，是大自然纯天然的歌曲，没有掺杂任何东西，是对自我的熏陶；这种音乐，是让人重振精神、心旷神怡的最好方法。

大自然中的音乐是让人回味的，让人品尝的。在那个与众不同的世界里有太多太多值得人留恋的地方。
