今天月考的试卷发了下来，我打开卷子看到上面的分数大吃一惊，语文75分，数学竟然只有68分。天哪!怎么会这样?

老师见我们都看过了卷子后说：“咱们班这次月考算是全学年中不错的了，有些同学进步了，但也有一部分同学退步了。”听老师这么说我感觉自己是班上最差的，周围好像有许多鄙视的眼光盯着我，脸上不禁发烫并低下了头。

我心里不停地埋怨自己，怎么这么差劲，不但有些题不会，就连会做的题也马虎的一塌糊涂。就拿语文卷子来说丢分最多的是成语填空题，竟然被扣了5分，在家里爸爸总是让我没事的时候经常翻看成语词典，平时还给我讲成语故事让我加深印象，可我就是不理会。

再说数学就更让人沮丧，因为马虎竟然丢掉了22分，比如：第五大题中的第2题，我将小红的距离标反了，结果所有的顺序全变了。还有第六大题中的第3题，我将活动项目看窜了，结果虽然答案巧合的对了，可是整个过程全都是错的。计算错误在整张卷子中也不少，哎，我怎么总爱犯马虎的毛病啊!

通过这次月考我不但感到了自己学习的退步，更感到由于以往不努力学习，以致根基不扎实。为此我要下决心从现在做起：平时多积累一些成语和好词好句，每周都要默写学过的生字，养成长翻看字典、词典的好习惯;上课时注意听讲，回家认真完成作业，无论在平时或考试的时候都要仔细读题，克服爱马虎的毛病。随着年级的升高，学习的难度加大，我必须抓紧时间在短时间内让自己赶上其他同学，随着他们一起升入风华中学。

首先，我讨厌英语高考试卷中最后一道试题被叫做“书面表达”，叫做“（英语）作文”难道有困难吗？如果说尽管是高考，实际写作情况算不上“作文”，那么，我们汉语考试中，小学生写的文章应该叫什么呢？叫“神马”吗？现代高考英语写作从本质上讲，写的水平大约也只能算是等于中国小学生汉语作文的水平。我们的孩子写作文，很难写出自由的、真实的内容来，高考英语作文从内容看、从形式看也是空空如也。如果持怀疑态度，你大可以看看高考以来英语作文的参考范文。正因为如此，我的学生在我的倡导下，开始了双腿走路的英语作文习练：也就是，作业本练习应试作文（100词左右的试卷末题“书面表达”）；日记本练习自由作文，无字数、题材、体裁限制，随便写。

一般而言，应试作文是“八股文”的翻版.每一种文体或题材内容都有相对固定的格式，也就是作文被“格式”化了，它是可以用来检阅学生英语习得的一些情况的。但是如同选择题的标准化一样，作文按照作文的“标准化”写作，根本就不如干脆考单句翻译或者句群翻译，免得徒有其名，未有其实。

下面是借用博友博文中的一个片段，对于其中的现象，不知你以为然否？华东师大的一位研究者曾经在中学做过一个简单的即兴调查：“作文写过自己妈妈的，请举手。”课堂上的学生几乎都举起了手。“文章里写自己生病，妈妈送去医院的，请举手。”多数又举起了手。“写去医院的时候，是半夜，天正下着大雨的，请举手。”举手的仍然是一大片。“写妈妈吃力地背着自己，身上被雨水淋透的，请举手。”下面不仅举起了一大片手，而且还有哄堂大笑。

我想坚持让学生双腿走路。一方面，不瞄准应试，那是十分危险的；另一方面，坚持自由写作，“吾写吾心”会更好的锻炼学生的写作能力的。

时间过得飞快，一眨眼之间开学的第一次月考已经结束了。然而留给我的是无法挽回的时间，面对一张张伏而不尖和“绊脚石”是的分数令我不禁陷入沉思，看看一道道不该错的题目被打上大大的叉号时，心底里感到无限的自责。

对于语文试卷，虽然有的同学说：“有的题目没有讲到。”现在回想起来，才觉得自己是多么的可笑，多么的无知!“没讲到”只不过是推脱自己责任的理由，掩盖自己平时没有定时定量认真预习的错误。如果说，自己按老师教导的那样，从开始就认真预习的话，即使老师没有讲到又有多大关系呢?所以责任只能在自己身上。预习历来是学习的一个重要环节，如果我们做不到课前预习和复习，那么一定会使自己的学习大打折扣的。

知识是靠日积月累的，人不可能在极短的时间内把大量的学习内容灌输到大脑里去，“饥一顿，饱一顿”的，“三天打鱼两天晒网。”“临时抱佛脚，”这才是学习赶不上去的根本原因。

另外，还要做到举一反三，不但做到把老师要求背的内容一定背熟，还要用理解性的方法去记忆!做到融合贯通，举一反三，这样才能在遇到变通灵活的题目时，才不会手忙脚乱，出现错误。

上周四的月考结果出来了，本班成绩是意料之中的糟糕，从入学成绩来看，我班英语有20几个不及格，这就已经奠定了后来的结果，很多事情真的是大家都心知肚明的。也许，是真的我水平有限，都是从初一接手的新生，差距怎么就这么大呢?

从成绩分析来看，满分有3个，90分以上的20个。差距就在这一部分上，在平时上课提问来看，只有这一部分同学比较积极，而80分以上的有12个，这些同学，需要在平时多加提问和关注，争取到更高的层次上来。70分以上的只有2个，60分的只有一个，中间力量太薄弱了，可以争取的太少了。剩下不及格的，都在十几二十几三十几分左右，真的是太难提高了，而且，这部分同学不光英语不及格，其他科目也这样，我现在束手无策了。不过，我也不能放弃他们，在期中考试之前，多下点功夫，希望能有所提高。英语在现在来说还是比较重要的科目，如果一开始就不及格，就很难再提高了，所以，对那一部分不及格和六七十分的同学，课后补补课，能提高多少是多少吧。

教学反思

上一周我们学校进行了一次月考，试卷下发后我进行了深刻反思。我班学生人数相对其他班少，现有人数47，及格44人，满分一人，90分以上28人，70到90段13人，本次试卷是一单元检测题，题目没有做过但比较简单，全在课堂教学训练的范围，通过分析尖子生太少，需要加强对尖子生的培养和训练，提高90分以上学生的做题能力，努力打造70到90段学生，加强对这一段学生的辅导和督促。前一段教学从26个字母开始，对学生要求平等，这次通过成绩发现了学生的差异，根据学生成绩，在以后的教学中加强分层教学，减轻学生心理压力，提高学生学习效率。在教学中注重培养学生[此文转于斐斐课件园 FFKJ.Net]良好的学习习惯，提高学生认真细心做题的能力。

教学反思

Last weekend, our class had a public benefit activity.

In fact, we went to nursing homes to recite English and Chinese texts and sing songs for them for the old ladies and men. A few days before, we read a text about the loneliness of the people in the nursing homes. So we are volunteering to hold this volunteer labor. We have prepared our own part at for a week. On Saturday afternoon, we brought our performance there and showed them one by one.

The old were laughed happily, so did we. It’s so good to have such an activity.

上个周末，我们班进行了一场公益活动。

事实上，我们去了养老院给那儿的老爷爷老奶奶朗诵英文和中文文章、唱歌。前几天，我们看了一个关于老人们在养老院的孤独的文章。所以我们主动举行这次公益活动。我们准备自己的角色准备了一个星期。上周六下午，我们一样接一样地向他们展示我们的表演。

老爷爷老奶奶们都开心地笑了，我们也很开心。像这样的活动真是太好了。

昨天月考完了，可心里却始终不能恢复平静。以前我对学习中抱着一种不冷不热的态度，心情好就读，心情不好就不去理睬。可是随着时间的推移，我逐渐对这种态度感到排斥。因为我长大了，知道了什么叫做“为自己活着才有意义。”可是当我知道自己错了的时候考试却来临了，这是我就象那爬在热锅上的蚂蚁--团团转，怎么半呢?就要考试了，我还有许多的知识没掌握牢固。

于是我就采用了临时抱佛脚的方法，专攻我的弱项，于是就形成了一个顾己失彼的局面。老师说如果顾己失彼那他就不会成功。

我知道现在后悔已经来不及了，可是现在知道错了也不晚啊，因为现在只是一次小考，人生中还有无数次大考在等着我们，所以只有努力了。考试时，望着那些雪白的试卷，我心里非常的紧张，害怕自己会出错。可是再仔细的看下那些题目，心情平静了不少，因为那些题目我都做过，只要仔细一点就不会出错。于是我慢慢的仔细的应付了7门考试，我觉得我还没有到那种无可救药的地步，只是上课不太认真罢了。

从这次考试中，我知道了宁愿上课认真点，也不要临时抱佛脚了，因为这样会失败。

走出考场，我释怀了，因为我不敢肯定自己考得是好是坏。或许这次考试即使失败了，也能给我深刻的启示和影响。
