因此，一家学校或者组织，应该是一个平台。校长作为这个平台的创建者和维护者，肩负着重要责任。你不再仅仅是通过这个学校或组织去实现自己的财务自由和理想，你还对这个组织中的成员有了一份责任——因为你造了这艘船，你邀请他们一起登上了这艘船，所以你不能由着自己，由着自己的懒惰、懈怠、畏惧、沮丧占据和控制自己，不能由着自己的消极和不作为，让这艘船随意停止，让这艘船上的人停止体验、停止提升，进入今日重复昨日、明日重复今日的无聊循环，扼杀他们在人生中的丰富可能性。

所以，校长不能逃避，企业家不能退缩，因为你肩负着更大的责任。你的人生宿命，就是带领大家，不断尝试新的可能，实践、失败、总结、再实践……在带领组织披荆斩棘前进的同时，拓宽组织成员的人生境界，也不断突破自己的极限。

你选择了这条路，所以你有义务为了信任你的人一直走下去。这是我们作为校长、作为领导者共同的使命!
